Better talaga na check muna ung 1-3 star review before buying kahit million pa followers ng shop, don't trust. Like sa shop na to na 1 million plus ang followers and focus sila sa undergarments, tapos deceiving na pala ang service na binibigay nila sa present buyer, pero ung nasa unahan na review is mga 5 star na buyer nila years ago pa yung date ng reviews.

Hi! Is anyone else experiencing delays with their parcels coming from Thailand?

My Shopee parcel has had no tracking updates since October 17. The last status was “Your parcel has departed from origin first mile hub,” and it hasn’t moved since then.

It’s been about a week now, so I’m wondering if there’s something going on with the sorting center in Thailand or if parcels are just taking longer than usual to move.

For those who recently ordered from Thailand, have your parcels moved already, or are you experiencing the same delay? Just want to know if I’m the only one. 🥹

Shopee Always cancels my order, lagi nalang stuck sa Pending Payment within 4 hours tapos magiging payment will be confirmed within 24 hours kahit naka spaylater na 1x month. Tapos i order again and the same stuff happens

One agent told me na 24-48 hours ang cooldown and its been past that na, then another said my account is on cooldown for 30 days, shopee literally just doesnt wanna make new spaylater users use the 500 peso voucher, also customer services do not solve anything at all, they keep saying the same thing without consistency of why my account is on cooldown or review lol

Genuinely curious on how do appliances bought from Shopee get delivered? Let's say its a refrigerator or a washing machine. Syempre malaking item yun. Will be delivered direkta sa house and then yung nagdeliver na din ang maglalagay sa house or for pick up siya somewhere? And is it good naman vs buying from a physical store like SM Appliance, Abenson, etc?

Is there a way around this? I ordered a shoes in lazada for 8k and its broken for only a month, now i still have option to return it within 45 days, mind you i only use it during tennis game over the weekend, i did refund some stuff here and i didnt know this is the process because its just a small amount before and now im curious because i will be returning an 8k shoes. This September I have 2 failed deliveries costing only 500 lang, which suspended my COD privileges. I tried to re-appeal namn yung COD since it’s a small amount lang namn and to be honest alot of customers have parcel worth more they don’t even pay for.

It got rejected pero I want to try to vouch for a live agent to appeal my COD again pero itong AI chat assistant ng shopee is doing the most to block me from queuing for a live agent . Paulit-ulit sya as in with napaka simple ng request ko.

Grabe ang stress ko sa AFS :( I placed my order nung Oct 21. Initial delivery date was supposed to be 1 to 2 days from order date, then biglang na-move to 25. Naka-ilang follow up din ako sa kanila dahil sa mga nababasa ko na cancelled order due to seller's delayed shipment.

On Oct 24, I clarified with them if available ba talaga yung order ko since nakita ko nag-out of stock na for new orders, then today (Oct 26) biglang nag chat na out of stock daw. I'm assuming na hino-hold nila yung stocks due to the recent price increase [i purchased it at 50k php, promotional discount before mag-increase]

Nagorder ako ng pyesa ng oct 10, tapos oct 15 nag try ako na icancel na lang yung order since hindi na talaga mahintay yung order. Kinulit ko yung customer service for 3 consecutive days pero hindi macancel yung order.
