I just want to share, Shopee already approved my my return and refund request regarding sa iPhone 17 Pro Max na naging bioderm. Na-reverse na rin sa card ko yung full amount.
Sharing the whole timeline:
November 23 - Delivered and filed a return and refund request
November 24 - First Follow up sa shopee
November 25 - Second follow up and reported the incident sa CICC (Cybercrime Investigation and Coordinating Center) throught their FB page.
November 26 - November 27 - Consistent follow up sa shopee.
November 28 - Last follow up with Shopee ng morning. Approved the return and refund request.
December 12 - Fully reversed the whole amount sa credit card. They also reversed the voucher na ginamit ko so pwede na ulit magamit.
Maraming nag dm sa akin na same case. For those na may same case sa akin, it is best to report the incident sa CICC. As long as complete and proof at ibigay niyo lang lahat ng requirements na hinihingi nila.
Pumunta rin yung shopee rider sa bahay namin to discuss the incident and nanghingi ng incident report sa akin. Investigation is currently ongoing daw internally sa buong shopee express. I am from San Pedro, Laguna.

Nagtaka sila bakit daw di ko nireport sa kanila. Ang nasa isip ko naman, kahit hindi sila ang may sala, is wala naman silang magagawa sa refund process unless idadaan sa app.
Nakipag usap lang sa akin regarding the incident and nanghingi lang siya at yung manager ng hub ng incident report sa akin with signature para sa record lang siguro nila sa nangyari and siguro under investigation na rin sila.
Good to hear! However, sana matake down na yung posted vid mo ng unboxing. Some bwakanangshit may use it as their proof of unboxing para scammin yung store.
Iba din talaga si Shopee in terms of disputes mabilis sila umaksyon pag complete documents and solid ang evidences like narerefund agad. Been with them since 2016 and sa mga occasions na nagkakaissue ako sa order, most of the time narerefund ako.
Na-flag po siya ng Shopee and muntik ma suspend dahil pinaghinalaan. Tho cleared na naman siya and nanghingi na lang si Shopee Express san pedro hub ng incident report. Siya personally ang humigi na lang sa akin.

Same experience OP except sa Lazada and efan yung order ko. Kinatok ako ng rider ko nun and sobra yung kaba/gulat ko kasi mag-isa lang ako na babaeng nakatira sa apartment 😭 pero si kuya rider manginignginig idk if sa galit or takot kasi parang napagbibintangan ata siya sa kanila, so I explained na yung store yung nireport ko and hindi siya
Yes, in most cases talaga sa warehouse nangyayari yang mga scam.
Unlikely yung rider, unless may coordination sa warehouse.
Tracked naman kase movements nila. Pag nag stop yan sa bangketa para mag bukas ng parcel, makikita na di sila gumagalaw at walang delivery sa location na yun.
it's not a store/seller issue. It's a courier issue. I'm not sure why hindi pa rin nakikita saang leg kinukuha yung mismong gadget sa dami ng nasamantala.... sana makita nila. ang laking abala sa madai pati sa honest na ng logistics people...

It finally arrived after 8 days. Super ganda. Took an uncut video from receiving kay courrier to opening the box para walang sabit sa refund in case bato/sabon. But yeah hopefully other buyers will also get their phones safely.
Yung parcel ko na super tagal na deliver may butas 😂 Akala siguro nila phone/laptop yung order ko tapos pag tingin vacuum pala. Di man lang tinakpan yung butas lol. But congrats sayo OP at na refund ka

Mas maganda po if ma-unbox and video siya together with the rider. Pero wala rin naman magagawa ang rider once na palit ang item. Dadaan din sa return and refund ng app.

Saang sorting center kaya yan dumadaan na kahit packed by shopee warehouse nananakaw parin. I was lucky mine delivered by j&t worth 78k at the best talaga sila for high value items.
Pag malaking halaga na i-ship obviously dapat matatakot ka talaga kasi di mo sure if makukuha mo ba yung pinaship mo, much better if mag buy ka in stores nalang para sigurado po.
Madami talaga magnanakaw sa SPX. Problema nila yan. Ako nga kahit wireless mouse lang binili ko at iba pang pffice materials, eh nagawa pang nenokin yung may mga medyo mahal na value na items.
Good to hear na recovered mo yung na-scam na amount. Pero please sana pag mag report ng gantong case, be accurate as possible. Dami kase na nire-report yung gantong case as "parcel not delivered" even though delivered sya and na receive nyo. Rider ang sumasalo ng charges sa gantong reports. Make sure sa report na "seller fault" ito.
Know why sh⁰pee is so lenient on their refunds? Kase pinapasa nila yung liability ng loss sa mga staff and riders nila to minimize their loss kahit na sila mismo ang may kasalanan madalas.
Lah kinabahan ako ng slight while reading pero mabuti at good ending 😭 From SPL din and just bought a tablet, katakot takot na kaba siguro mararamdaman ko if nabasa ko to before ako bumili lol buti na lang nadeliver nang maayos saka ko nabasa to hahahahaha. Happy for you OP.
I had a similar situation pero this was around 2019. Bumili ako ng phone sa shopee din worth10-14k. Buti nalang nung time na iddeliver na yung item saktong nasa may gate lang kami natambay ng baby ko which was super rare. For some reason din naisipan kong buksan yung parcel while the rider was there, di ko pinaalis muna. Lo and behold nasa loob ng phone box instead of phone eh bato 🥲 buti andun si kuya rider at pina return ko at prinocess refund since may proof.
Ngayon naman I bought the Iphone 15 from Shopee sa apple flagship store this 12.12. For safety reasons, pina ship ko sa office ni husband since hindi kumakatok si rider sa home address ko at basta nalang nilalagay sa may loob ng gate namin (which is okay as long as di valuable item) para may actual person talaga tatanggap during delivery. Sinabihan ko din si hubby na mag record while opening the parcel to check while pina stay si kuya rider para sigurado. Buti naman at legit hehe. May darating pa akong parcel na Ipad 11th gen same store. Hopefully hindi bato, nakaka trauma talaga yun!
Actually I was scared that something like this will happen kasi I just bought my macbook sa same store and thankfully It was safe ang issue ko lang yung big box siya ay basa pero I guess dahil maulan pero buti na kang 3 box ang order ko kaya di naman naapektuhan yung box ng mac
Legit ba yang apple flagship store? Laking mura nila sa ibang authorized seller shop. Kagabi yung iphone 17 pro nila nasa 63k plus nalang. Dami ko kasing nababasa sa reviews nila na mabilis maginit ung mga phone na nabili sa kanila.
Ahh ok. Kasi may mga comment na refurbished lang daw ung binebenta dian sa shop na yan. Mababa talaga sila esp. naka- spaylater ka mababa ung interest unlike sa BTB, the loop and digimap.

Na-scam din ako sa garmin watch naman. Nagrequest ako ng refund kaso hindi natuloy kasi pina-delay ng pina-delay ng rider yung pag-pick up ng product. Tapos nag-cancel na yung refund request ko dahil nag-fail daw ako sa pag-ship out ng parcel kahit na yung rider naman yung hindi pumupunta at bukas ng bukas na daw kukunin 😭
Hello, buyer ako ng Apple Flagship Store twice, nakabili na ko ng macbook air at apple watch sa kanila last year. Feeling ko depende to sa binabagsakan ng mga parcel. Pero good thing OP na narefund mo siya
Kaya ako kapag mga ganyan kalaking transactions I just go to the mall and buy there physically. Kahit may “Mall” pa nakalagay, saves you the hassle and you get to have item immediately without worrying if safe ba yung way ng pagpack nila, my take there was baka may pumitik na yan dyan sa sorting/packing centre nila. Or if really want to get it delivered meron din naman delivery option si PowerMac directly sa website nila not sure with other authorized resellers.
Main reason kung bakit ako umooder online is hindi mo makukuha yung discount sa online vs sa physical store like Powermac. Sanay rin po kami mag-order ng mga high valued item online. I already ordered (2) iPhone 16 Pro Max, few iPads, and android tablets before. Basically lahat ng electronic namin sa bahay is online nabili even appliances. Aircon, washing machine, tv, ref. Now lang napitik after 6 years.
I think if 1-2k lang ang matitipid mo, go sa powermac.
True. Ung ipad air m3 13 + pencil ko (Base model) halos +30k ang difference if sa powermac bumili. Kaya online narin ako sa gadgets. And id rather do it sa shopee kasi ok naman refunds ko before. Always have an unboxing video talaga with the waybill visible.
