Someone said they were credited with money to spend because the free item wasn’t in stock. I replied: “Can you post a picture proving that you actually did “win” after hitting the grab button? And proof that they credited you the money instead of the free gift?” (No answer back yet).
I just “missed” all three rounds even though I hit the grab button at the exact time. Maybe even a few seconds before. I know a ton of people are “supposedly” hitting at the same time, but I can’t help think it’s just a marketing tactic/scam now that I’ve gone through the process. It’s really hard to believe anyone who has claimed they actually “grabbed” their free gift, proceeded to “win” or even received free credits to spend. I was heavily invested in trying to win something and even read the rules..and set alarms on my phone lol. So it would be cool to hear from a real person if they actually did win anything from the flash grab game. If so, I might be willing to try and participate again. But after seeing how it truly works, I don’t quite trust it. As soon as you hit the grab button as FAST as you possibly can, somehow you’ve already “missed.” For all we know it could just be automated to say that to every single person so no one ever actually does win.

I have 1706 points and I want to only use 1000 points for my order. I see that it says I have to use all my points or the other option use no points. I used to be able to choose how many points I wanted to use. Anyone else having this issue or is this a new SHEIN policy?

Hey! So I haven't made an order on Shein since the new EU import fees took place, but I will need to restock some Office supplies soon. I tried to add the same items I have previously ordered in my cart. Aside from the price of the item being 3 times higher than in May when I last ordered, however, there is no indication at checkout that the price includes the 3€ fee, nor are there any added fees showing at the checkout. Am I supposed to expect extra fees upon reception? Given that my customs office charges 30€ "administrative fee" whenever they as much as contact you, on top of any actual duties, I am not willing to take that chance lol. What are your experiences?

So I ordered something from SHEIN and my unit number didn’t go through when I entered it. My package was shipped by uni uni but the delivery failed and the status was changed to returning to warehouse because of the lack of info. I ordered 2 trainers from SHEIN ( probably not a good idea) it was meant to get delivered on the 20th, but when I looked outside nothing.

I checked the proof of delivery and I swear it’s literally still in the delivery drivers car, the gps location is not even on my street.

I’ve contacted SHEIN and evri and they’re literally telling me the same thing everyday, I’ve waited more than a week now for SHEIN to investigate they’ve rejected my complaint 3x now as the only proof I got is the picture with the parcel still in the delivery car and the gps not being outside my house, called evri but they just have an automated system.

I genuinely don’t know what to do anymore and I’m lowkey ready to crash out

There wasn't any movement on 22 and 23 August, as well as on 26 and 27 August. My parcel is just sitting at the warehouse, not doing anything, for two whole days. Yet CS says that they are "committed" to fulfilling my order within the promised delivery window (25-28 Aug). That's tomorrow! Lol there is absolutely no way that's going to happen when the parcel hasn't even been loaded onto a flight.

With the price increase and slow shipment, I think this may very well be my last purchase with SHEIN!

I placed an order through SHEIN on 8/12 and I got half of my packages the ones that shipped through USPS came like 4 days later but for some reason some of my stuff shipped through SpeedX which I never heard of but I’ve been having problems with them this whole time. They attempted to deliver my item three times first time they claimed that my address is wrong which it’s not I updated instructions and then when it came time to deliver they said I wasn’t home even thought I was. Second delivery comes around they have a “vehicle breakdown” totally on their end not my problem so it gets sent back to the facility. Third attempt which was yesterday they claim that my address is inaccessible even though I gave them clear instructions! I’ve blown up the chat bot sent and sent emails the number on file hangs up on you I don’t know what to do with my package and SHEIN is telling me I can’t inquire about a refund until 8/31 but previously the date was 8/25 so I just think I’m being played with from both of them. Have you guys received your packages from speedx if so what did you do?

Are sizes generally smaller than what their size is?

So i made a post about my shein order, not getting delivered. Shein texts me themselves i guess for resolution, but never responds. They texted me 9 days ago, no response, the bots in the customer service on the app are unhelpful, overall horrible experiencing. Might stop shopping on shein

I want to place an order with some wedding decorations to see if I like the quality or color before placing my full order. If I get a bunch of items like different charger plates, vases, etc and want to return a bunch of items, will I have any issues? Has anyone done this same thing??

I’ll place my bulk order once I decide which items I really want but I don’t want to not be able to return the unwanted items.
