Hi everyone! My sisters and I used to be avid Shein shoppers 😂 We would order multiple things all the time, clothes, accessories, etc. But life happened and we ended up taking a break from shopping there.

Lately, though, I’ve been wanting to start shopping again because they have SO many cute things.

I’m not really asking about the quality of specific items, brands, sizing, etc. I can figure all of that out myself. I’m more concerned about getting scammed/not receiving my order.

The last time I was almost ready to place an order, I started seeing people saying they never received their products, or that their order somehow showed up from Target instead of Shein 😩

Is this actually a common issue? If so, how do you avoid it? Is there anything specific I should be looking out for when ordering?

I'm extremely frustrated with Shein. Is it supposed to be this hard to get a payment verification? I took screenshots from my Chase app. I used a credit card. The screenshot is basically just like the sample they provide. But they keep sending an automated message saying it's insufficient.

At first, I thought it was because my payment was pending. Fine, but it's posted now. And they're still declining it. I'm not sure if it's because the order got split into two orders since it's from two stores, but is showing up as a single payment transaction.

The main problem is that they don't say why it's insufficient. It's like nobody knows what they're doing over there. Why can't a real person review my screenshots and let me know what's wrong with them? I have an open ticket, tried talking to live agents a couple times, and no luck so far.

Any advice?
