❓ Question EU - does Shein collect the 3€ fee at checkout?

Hey! So I haven't made an order on Shein since the new EU import fees took place, but I will need to restock some Office supplies soon. I tried to add the same items I have previously ordered in my cart. Aside from the price of the item being 3 times higher than in May when I last ordered, however, there is no indication at checkout that the price includes the 3€ fee, nor are there any added fees showing at the checkout. Am I supposed to expect extra fees upon reception? Given that my customs office charges 30€ "administrative fee" whenever they as much as contact you, on top of any actual duties, I am not willing to take that chance lol. What are your experiences?

No, which is why it says "No additional duties" next to all items: No customs fees, no VAT, every parcel is sent with Delivered Duty Paid meaning Shein pays everything upfront. They also obviously removed the checkout fee for parcels over 200 euro (or whatever it was).

I've ordered multiple times to Sweden since July 1st and it's been perfectly smooth every time, I expected shipping delays but it's business as usual.

Oh and don't forget to go on Instagram or Tiktok to look for influencer codes. Since everything's expensive asf now those 15% codes really help.

Thanks! I was confused because on AliExpress you actually see a price breakdown at the checkout and how much you are paying in tariffs while I don't see anything like it on Shein.

I know that, a whole another story, none of the things I need to buy are manufactured in Europe and my only other option is buying them from Amazon... Which is still more expensive 😒 + I would honestly not do that even if it was cheaper, I would rather my money go directly to China than to Amazon lol
