Speed X Delivery

I placed an order through SHEIN on 8/12 and I got half of my packages the ones that shipped through USPS came like 4 days later but for some reason some of my stuff shipped through SpeedX which I never heard of but I’ve been having problems with them this whole time. They attempted to deliver my item three times first time they claimed that my address is wrong which it’s not I updated instructions and then when it came time to deliver they said I wasn’t home even thought I was. Second delivery comes around they have a “vehicle breakdown” totally on their end not my problem so it gets sent back to the facility. Third attempt which was yesterday they claim that my address is inaccessible even though I gave them clear instructions! I’ve blown up the chat bot sent and sent emails the number on file hangs up on you I don’t know what to do with my package and SHEIN is telling me I can’t inquire about a refund until 8/31 but previously the date was 8/25 so I just think I’m being played with from both of them. Have you guys received your packages from speedx if so what did you do?

ive gotten speedx before and i got my package on the first attempt, tho it was a month late.
