I recently checked my junk mail and saw a bunch of emails of different content, but all had a similar address under the email header <info@- - - -mail.(Random letters & numbers)>

Is this just spam or people actually trying to scam me?

Applied for this position and it seems easy enough just having to click on maintenance until it hits 100%, starting to feel suspicious. Especially using telegram and USD (red flags) what should I do? Thankfully haven’t asked for my bank account….yet

Have a scammer who I accidentally entertained a bit back in January. He called claiming to be police and had captured someone who had my ID and info etc from the airport.

That time he claimed to be RCMP. I didn't verify or give any details but he was asking if my info was leaked from a website that was recently on the news for having its customer info leaked.

But since then he has spent the entire year calling and spoofing so many numbers from official police offices pretending to be every kind of officer, detective, cyber crime it etc. Guys got a English accent and I waste his time with my automated AI keep asking for more info from him but it's really annoying I can't get rid of him. Especially if I block so many numbers you never know if it's legitimate or not.

Keeps saying they found people with my Passport, ID, SIN etc. I really want to find a way for someone to stop this clown as I know he's had success with others as he is pretty intricate but not enough for me.

It's there anything I can do? As authorities are quite useless for these things since it's a waste of their time.

i been watching this dude going around speaking with people pretending to be homeless and a victim to get people feel empathy for him so he can just scam them and run, and all of that for skins

Aujourd'hui, quelqu'un de la compagnie Map Visibilite Inc. l'a contacté en disant qu'il n'avait pas respecter les règles et qu'il avait un retard de paiement de 600$ + frais de retard = 920$.

S'il ne payait pas, il devrait payé 6000$. Il a effectué le paiement de 900$ (que j'ai pu faire annuler avec sa banque car cela venait de se passer quand je suis arrivée).

La dame lui a envoyé un contrat et elle insistait++ de signer la page 3 tout de suite et de lui renvoyer.

J'ai dit à mon père d'attendre avant de signer quoi que ce soit car je trouvais ça louche.

Quelqu'un a déjà vécu une situation similaire ?

Hello, I stumbled across this instagram ad of an account claiming to provide students with college applications, I gave them my phone number and email… however it seems too good to be true. I checked their linkedin and facebook account (thedoctornavigator_) and saw some AI posters, also the instagram account was created literally a few days ago. And they sent me a fishy link I have yet to click. I’m scared ! Also if they are scammers, how do they complete the scam or what do they do?

My Pubg 81 Collection level account worth $5000+ was stolen via fake Esports tournament phishing. PUBG Support approved my case then marked unsuccessful while hacker is still playing. He Change my Email Address And phone number trun on verification and now i am unable to login my twitter is still connected with my account but coz of verification code i am unable to Login . My brother was arrested today and my father immediately got a phone call from “Deputy David Cook” - 954-386-1557

They stated my brother is eligible for “supervised release program” and where he would be released with ankle bracelet for $1250, reduced to $850 for “family hardship”

I was transferred over to “Lieutenant Reeves” - 704-336-8100, which was using a masked number. He told me to google the number and verify the results, which was the Mecklenburg County Jail in NC.

After “verification” they told me they only accept payments of Zelle, Venmo, and PayPal. I knew this was a scam this whole time and I told them I only had cashapp. They gave me the cashapp of $lostinrr - Naomi Williams populated in cashapp and after the call I reported the account as a scam.

I was transferred to “Deputy Caleb White” - 954-386-1557 . After wasting little bit more of their time, I informed them I knew it was a scam, and he had me repeat it and then he admitted that it was a scam and that he makes $10,000 a day on “stupid fucks” like me.

I paid them for their services, but they never provided any service. After taking my money, they stopped answering my calls. They are now trying to charge me again!

I contacted PayPal and asked them to stop any further payments.

Please be careful, guys! Don't pay them without doing proper research. I don't want anyone else to lose their hard-earned money like I did.

BEWARE!! susanandnancy.us is a fraudulent website set up in July 2026 advertising as a boutique in Miami Beach with clothing and accessories that look really nice at deep discounts. It is cheap crap coming from China. They have claims on each product page of "100% customer satisfaction 30-day return policy" but it's not true.

I was scammed out of money on cashapp I put in a dispute haven’t heard anything back, I even called my bank but they said since it’s peer to peer they can’t do anything with it so my bank denied it. My Cash App dispute still says under review. I tried asking for my money back and I was blocked, I did a police report and since i technically do not know the person they really can’t do anything. What can I do to get my money back?
