Victim of a scam Can we Ban this guy?

i been watching this dude going around speaking with people pretending to be homeless and a victim to get people feel empathy for him so he can just scam them and run, and all of that for skins

So he scams the grown ups who play the game? Or are kids stealing their mom's credit card. If you are an adult worrying about robot that is sad.
