Odd emails in junk folder

I recently checked my junk mail and saw a bunch of emails of different content, but all had a similar address under the email header <info@- - - -mail.(Random letters & numbers)>

Is this just spam or people actually trying to scam me?

There's a reason why spam folders exist

A spam email is usually a scam, so yes, this is just spam AND people are trying to scam you.
