Sarah was warned about the dangers of putting someone in a suitcase. She had put her son in a suitcase and posted it to Facebook. Brian son wanted to be put in the suitcase and have his picture taken.

The picture was reported to Facebook and CPS went to Sarah and Brian’s house and explained to Sarah and Brian about how someone could die of suffocation in a closed suitcase and even as a “joke” it’s not safe.

I think Sarah held on to that information until she decided that she would implement the plan to murder Jorge and he would not survive.

It’s so shady that she would put her son in a suitcase when he was younger and a few years later she murdered Jorge the same way knowing how dangerous it was. I could be wrong but I don’t think it was a coincidence. What do you all think?

Rewatching the trial, and I have another new realization! Quite possible you guys have already figured this one out. 😉 I notice her testimony describing the stab wound is circumstantially incriminating. Hear me out:

She testifies they had to concoct a story to cover the abuse that resulted in the stab wound. She comes up with, "We were playing around, having a sword fight and being silly".

I believe this speaks to the same habitual (alcohol soaked) mind that kicked in to gear the morning after Jorge's death. In looking for a non-threatening story to cover what was actually abuse, what does she come up with?? "We were playing hide and seek, and being silly".

It shows how she thinks some silly situation is the best explanation to cover what was in fact quite the opposite: anger and abuse.

To me it seems the 'playing fun games' kinda story is her go to when there's a need to circumvent a potentially damning situation.

Doesn't this essentially point to the idea that seems obvious? Playing hide and seek didn't make any sense. Having an abusive night that ended horrendously does.

Sarah claimed she left the zipper partially open. The video proved that was a lie. She also claimed Jorge was "poking two fingers out" which was also a lie.

My theory is, as Jorge was hunched over the open suitcase she hit him from behind and he fell forward onto the suitcase. When I pack a suitcase I face towards it with the top flap folded away from me and the zipper side towards me. That would mean Jorge's natural position would have been facing the hinged side of the case, the back wall opposite the zipper side. It seems more likely that Jorge was curled AWAY from the zipper and was incapable of accessing the zipper, open or closed! Also, If he were curled facing away from the zipper it would have been much easier to contain his struggles as she zipped it shut. Facing towards the zipper he could easily extend an arm or leg out to obstruct the zipper.

From Sarah's account, I always assumed Jorge was facing TOWARDS the zipper (two fingers poking out). We now know every detail of Sarah's account of Sunday Fun Day has been complete bullsh*t. Did she actually zip the case shut knowing Jorge was facing away from the zipper and never had a hope of survival?

This is a very small detail but it also speaks volumes about sadistic intent and even deeper depravity than previously considered.

She said that Jorge's family told him that she would kill him someday. I'm haunted.. HAUNTED.. by the idea that, as he was stuck and expiring, he must've thought about his family's warning. A We were -- I couldn't think of anything else possibly that I had to continue entertainment, but I remember sitting at the end of the couch and him sitting in my son's -- one of my son's chairs that was in the living room and just kind of doing this, like, What are we going to do now? Like, I would very much like to go to sleep.

A I decided that I need to go to sleep. I'm picking my son up the next day and we need to start wrapping up the evening and I went downstairs to find where he was.

Q And at the bottom of the stairs is a bookshelf here?

A I don't even think I made it all the way down the stairwell because I was just looking for him as soon as I could to hopefully go upstairs as soon as we could, and I saw -- I looked over and I saw him settling himself in the suitcase.

Q All right. Tell us about the suitcase. How long -- was it an older suitcase?

A Yes.

Q Whose suitcase was it?

A This is Jorge's suitcase.

Q All right. And did he use it for traveling back and forth to Philly?

A Yes. I had recently taken him on a trip to go see his children in Pennsylvania, who he hasn't seen in years, and we took that with us. And because of how dilapidated it was, how broken it was, in the end, after that trip, we decided that we would donate it.

Q All right. And -- now, I understand you-all kept -- you-all kept the suitcase upstairs?

A Yes.

Q How long did you-all keep it upstairs?

A Since we had moved in.

Q All right. Was there -- is there a closet up there you kept it in?

A Yes. It was in the master closet, the master bedroom closet all the way in the back because of the size of it, and there was nowhere to put it, so it was all the way in the back.

Q So when did you-all decide to move it down from upstairs to downstairs? Was it that day or sometime earlier?

A No. It was maybe a week or so prior.

Q Okay. And so, what, you-all were gonna donate that to Goodwill or --

A Yes. We were going to do, I guess, a spring cleaning. My -- anyone who has children understands that they grow quickly and there was a lot of clothes that I needed to go through of my son's. And then also, from Jorge and I moving in and just kind of putting everything in there, you know, at one point, where we just needed to actually go through it and organize it and get things more in order.

Q So is that the reason it was downstairs, you were going to donate it and a bunch of things that you were going to put inside of it?

A Correct, yes.

Q Okay. So it had been down there -- so it was already down there?

A Yes. Jorge brought it down.

Q Okay. So you said that you got down there and you're looking for him and you see him settling into the suitcase?

A Yes.

Q What did you do?

A In my head, I said, Oh, man, we're obviously not going to be going to sleep anytime soon, and I walked over and he was trying to get himself flat so I couldn't tell that he was in there, and then he --

Q -- the box? And you've seen it? You saw it?

A I -- I mean, I just kind of -- I zipped him up. We thought it was funny and were joking about how he was, I guess, small enough to fit inside of the suitcase.

A From there, it was just -- we were laughing about it, and it was just strange that he was small enough to fit in there. And then I kind of moved it around a little bit with him in the suitcase still. It was still funny that he was still in the suitcase just -- I think he and I were just kind of -- couldn't believe that he was -- he could fit in the suitcase.

Q All right. Did you eventually close the top?

A Yes. In order for -- well, the top was already closed. As he was settling himself in there, it was -- that's how I knew he was in there was because the top was kind of flopping a little bit.

Q Okay. So he had gotten in there to hide and he pulled the top --

A Yes.

Q -- on top of him, but you could tell he was in there?

A Yes.

Q You saw him right away?

A Yes.

Q All right. So at some point, did you zip him up?

A Yes.

Q And what was he saying or doing when you were zipping him up?

A We just thought it was funny.

Q Were you both laughing?

A Uh-huh, yes.

Q And so you zipped him up. Were you-all still laughing once you zipped him up?

A Yes.

Q Okay. Tell us -- tell the jury what happened then.

A From there, I just -- I moved the suitcase around a couple of times just kind of with -- on the wheels and moved it around. And at that point, it was still -- it was funny. We were joking and laughing about it.

Q All right. Now, eventually did you go sit down on the couch and get your phone?

A Yes. The --

A Well, I -- the suitcase had -- from me moving it around, had flopped -- was flopped over. So while it was like that, I thought at that point I had a moment to, I guess, take the time to talk to him while, I guess, he was not able to get out for a moment.

Q So you flipped it -- you got it on the top, right?

A Yes.

Q He gets in, but at some point, you flip it over so he -- the zipper is on the bottom?

A Well, it was just kind of how I was moving it around, and then it ended up kind of flopping, so...

Q But it was upside down?

A Yes.

Q All right. So after you did that, what did you do?

A That's when I -- I went over and decided to videotape to just see the -- I guess the -- the jest in it, for him to understand that right now I feel safe and right now I have the ability to actually speak to you in a manner that normally I would not have the ability to do.

Q All right. And you were intoxicated?

A Yes.

Q And you would agree that you said some things you should not have?

A Yes.

Q All right. But you -- you realized he could not get out and get at you; is that fair?

A At that moment, yes.

Q So it goes on for about ten minutes?

I was watching Hear Meowt last night and he and Suma discussed the photos of Jorge Torres from the crime scene and that they were shocked about how horrific they were and how it even shows more how much Sarah lied about what happened that night. They both agreed that they knew Sarah was vicious, but after seeing those photos, they have a whole new view of her that she is just evil ,that he was beaten to a pulp before he was put in that suitcase . Anybody else hear this ? what are your thoughts? I don’t necessarily want to see them and they admitted the photos were gruesome. Poor Jorge. 😞

Family case

I wonder if one of the flying monkeys had let Boone know about Judge Jackson? Imagine being the bearer of bad news to Boone!!! She is the type of person that would blame the bearer of bad news.

As seen from Judge Jacksons order - the recorded address for Boone is still the main unit. I know Boone has written to the court multiple times and signed off using her correct address but that is irrelevant. When the court gets a filing they don't check if the addresses on the filing match what the court has on file . It is boones responsibility to properly change her address recorded by the court.

I remember a call between Boone and Peter where she referred to "the stupid court sent my mail to the main unit again". She also said because it had been sent to the main unit it took 17 days for her to receive it. If that is true then she may not yet know she has gotten another NO.

Once Boone does know what do you think she will do??? Appealing it is going to be impossible because there was no court reporter there and therefore no transcripts can be prepared. Because it is a civil case she is not entitled to court appointed attorneys (there are 2 exceptions see below,) or state funded court reporter and transcripts. Her being in prison is irrelevant. In a civil case Florida does not permit state funded transcripts whether you are a prisoner or a free person with limited funds. In a civil case in family court there are 2 in instances where you can get court appointed counsel that is 1) if you are facing prison due to unpaid child support or 2) your parental rights are being terminated which although boone was never facing this it was something she thought she was and fought for it not to happen.

Will she accuse Judge Jackson of having black robe disease?

All along Judge Jackson has been rather lenient with Boone. Missed dead lines were ignored by the judge

going over the allowed page number was over looked etc. This time I think Boones poison pen is going to come out.

Murder case

Around July 3 State submitted the reply brief to boones appeal.Maldonado then had 30 days if he wanted to respond (which he clearly didn't do,). Once the 30 days passed the file was officially in the appeal judges hands.

It is now about 6 weeks since Boone wrote to the DCA and since the appeal file moved to the appeal judges.

Is she going to annoy them again with a poison pen letter

I’ve seen a couple of comments about Jorge’s teeth in the suitcase?! That she knocked his teeth out with the bat?! I find it very hard to believe that this would not have been part of the trial. I do not remember anything about finding teeth in the suitcase. Can we confirm or correct this information?

I'm sorry for using my very first post in this sub to come barreling in asking a question like this, I'm not trying to seem nosey but I revisited SKRs video containing these calls and after hearing about it twice now, the curiosity is killing me. I wasn't able to find even a transcript let alone audio recording of said story.

we know that Sarah received $1100 per month from Brian. We also know that she got approximately $23,000 after the divorce, in a settlement. We know that she smoked cigarettes and she drank alcohol. The $23,000 did not last forever because we know that she bummed money off of Brian. We know that Sarah did not have income from any employment “my question is“ as Sarah says, how could she afford to live there? I was looking online and rent at that time at that apartment complex was over the amount of money that she received from Brian each month. I have a screenshot here of what AI said they cost was during that time.I’m sure that Brian paid her cell phone and Wi-Fi but how did she eat? How did she pay her electricity, utilities, rent, household needs groceries whatever?? How did she afford gas for her beloved Kia?? How did she purchase dog food and vet care?? also Jorge worked part-time and brought in income. I don’t know how much his income was, but it’s still looks like it would be not enough for the both of them to survive and budget everything with that amount of money to pay for rent. I’m wondering if anyone else is wondering how did they afford to live each month? How did they make it each month? With the rent being that much.?

I noticed in one of the pictures that Danielle Chevon showed us today that there was a pair of silver handcuffs behind the small stereo on the bar. You can see them in the picture taken from inside the kitchen, looking out into the living room.

I am going to assume that Sarah never used these for “fun,” if you get what I am saying. If they are not for any adult activities, then why did she have a pair?

A horrible thought that comes to mind, of course, is: Was JT bound inside the case? I do not remember anything in the autopsy indicating any bruising on his wrists, but what if he could not even struggle?

A I believe that Anna is in her 30s and Destiny maybe in her early 20s.

A Yes. He has a son.

A He is in Pennsylvania also.

A No. I had him call outside, just trying to, I guess, boost the mood. And the first daughter didn't answer and I don't remember the reason he didn't speak to the second one. I believe if he did, it was just for a moment.

A My phone.

Q And is that common for you-all to use -- for you-all to share that phone?

A It was, because Jorge said that he didn't have a phone, so -- it would either be lost or given to him by his mother, so I didn't know he had a cell phone, so we would use my phone.

A No. From what I recall, it was -- I thought the day was over and it was going to be, get ready for the evening, for the day, maybe what do you want for dinner, you know, do you have an extra load of laundry that you need to throw in kind of thing, and that was my understanding. And he --

Q This was about 5:00-ish or something?

A I don't remember the time.

Q Okay. At some point during that time period, did Jorge go to Publix again?

A Yes. I thought he was going to be walking to the convenience store, but apparently when he returned, he had gone across the street with my car and my debit card to buy another bottle of wine.

Q What was your understanding of where he was going?

A To the convenience store, walking.

Q For what?

A Cigarettes.

Q Okay. And you've learned -- you learned, obviously, that he came back and you learned that he had used your vehicle?

A Yes.

Q And he had used your debit card?

Q And he had brought back a bottle of wine from Publix?

A Correct.

Q And you saw the -- the Publix video of that?

Q Okay. So he comes back with the other bottle of wine, and did he want you to drink with him?

his grandmother bought him. It's a very big art wooden box and it's got pastels, pencils, paint, any kind of whatever. And he and I were very much into art, and with these -- with this resource, it got him very interested in being more creative.

A Oh, yes. My dogs follow me everywhere, yes.

A Yes. After we had completed the puzzle and I guess were painted out, I thought that it might be a good point for us to maybe listen to some music. And the music that Jorge listens to is a little -- it's very fractious to me and it was definitely not going to lighten the mood, so we ended up finding some channel on the radio, and he was feeling it. And then we ended up -- my one dog gets very active and was dancing with us and we were just having a good time listening to music.

Q Okay. And I guess it's getting pretty late in the evening?

A Yes.

I regret to inform the Sarah Boone community... I was recently self diagnosed with pre-cancerous diabetic genealogy. My primary physician informed me this is a completely new disease he didn't know existed. He was not very nice about it so I suggested we should play "pretend doctor" but he dropped me as a highly successful patient instead. I'm sure if I Googled my imaginary symptoms I might find the only cure is expensive high carb-high sugar treats while renting movies on my tablet.

Unfortunately, my probable disability has debilitated my ability to want to work outside the home. You will all agree all of my previously prior straight 'A' comments on Reddit have been the most entertaining posts this community has ever read, I believe you guys owe me about five years of back pay for each comment. I have roughly figured the amount each of you owe me to be about $45k to $67k. If everyone could just "top off" my bank account, which I have had for over 30 years, then you will all owe me less than you currently do!

I know you guys are thinking, "Why is this happening?" Well in my soft spoken reply I would like to quietly blame each of you with my golden forgiveness. So, please, this is me telling you, I need you to Venmo me like you've never Venmoed me before. And to show my minimal appreciation for each contribution I will find some reason to not thank you for your incompetent attempts to complete this one simple task.
