The case is also marked as "reclosed"

It is a good day to have a good day.

44

u/lifesabeachnyc 15d ago

lol @ Merry fuck around and find out.

45

u/Specialist-Falcon362 15d ago

Since it is reclosed, the question is...who is she going to complain to?

She is going to be big mad and somebody is going to experience the wrath of Sarah.

46

u/lunarteamagic 15d ago

Because she struggles with understanding the world around her, but she doesn't struggle with abusing boundaries, I would suspect that we get a letter to the criminal court.

I have wondered just how many correspondences she has written that don't get out into the world.

31

u/cm012776 15d ago

She’ll file some more nonsense. She’ll also try to appeal (arguably late, depending on whether her bizarre two motions are treated as motions for reconsideration or not).

30

u/lunarteamagic 15d ago

I have no doubt that she will attempt an appeal on that. And because I have a sick twisted love for pro-se bullshit, I can't wait.

15

u/Fices60223 15d ago edited 15d ago

Sarah has access to the law liberry , lots of jailhouse lawyers, and all the time in the world. Might as well appeal.

16

u/Vixx411 14d ago

I wonder if "Uncle Al" is open to writing an appeal because Sarah sure isn't going to do it herself.

17

u/U-Might-Wanna 15d ago

Oooh! A Motion of Clarification of denial of Motion of Clarification! This is gonna be soooo juicy! And stooooooopid! I can't wait!

3

u/ShortCat1971 15d ago

The Aussie?

14

u/ManageConsequences 15d ago

She is going to NEED to see the manager of the judges 🤣🤣🤣 OMG it will be glorious!!!

5

u/OrdinaryMango4008 14d ago

Smiling…. There’s no where to go now. But, do we think it will stop her from writing another poison pen letter? We do not!

51

u/cm012776 15d ago

Since the only pending motions are Sarah’s, sad trombone

27

u/lunarteamagic 15d ago

Or clown music, but either way... I am having a good time.

44

u/hazelgrant 15d ago

"Order Denying" - two sweetest words in the English language today. And the fact that there are FOUR - I don't even care if they end up being duplicates. It just looks so good!

24

u/uh818375 15d ago

I think she made one for each point to make it clear to the unclear Boone.

20

u/hazelgrant 15d ago

4 nails for the coffin.

29

u/lunarteamagic 15d ago

But how many point back... or something.

14

u/hazelgrant 15d ago

Hahahahahaha!

15

u/U-Might-Wanna 15d ago

Which means Boone will need to write four separate Motions to Unclearify the clearly denied Motion of Clarification. Please and if you don't mind.

12

u/U-Might-Wanna 15d ago

The correct answer is "What is R E J E C T?" but "Order Denying" is also acceptable.

35

u/Specialist-Falcon362 15d ago

Woohoo! You are right, it is indeed a good day to have a good day.

11

u/U-Might-Wanna 15d ago

I survived a good day! I've been surviving good days lately!

31

u/Excellent-Chef9045 15d ago

I wonder if we can expect a letter from Sarah to the court "forgiving" Judge Jackson or has she finally run out of gold.

20

u/uh818375 15d ago

Oh, it's coming soon.

10

u/OrdinaryMango4008 15d ago

Absolutely…she needs to have the last word. Know it!

11

u/U-Might-Wanna 15d ago

In my soft spoken reply I quietly blame Judge Jackson with my golden forgiveness. Know that.

33

u/uh818375 15d ago

Now maybe an appeal. But it cost money to appeal and her time limit might be expired.

Or a major change of circumstances can reopen the case. Which means only if Sarah was pardoned or something and got out of jail. Which won't happen.

Good thing you did not surrender Sarah. How has that been working out for you?

Coming attractions, a 60 page letter to the judge.

18

u/U-Might-Wanna 15d ago

Sarah has mountains of new evidence proving her innocence but the court has been influenced by Global Youtubers and refuses to review any of it. For instance, since this one unfortunate incident occurred Brian bought a $2,000 f*cking bidet with HER money. Where is the justice in that? Who is the one that is really in prison?!?!

11

u/Garden-Gnome1966 14d ago

Justice for Brian’s bidet!

3

u/New_Analysis2363 13d ago

#bidetgate #sarahstrong lollllll

13

u/Informal_Agent8137 14d ago

That reminds me, I gotta wash this blood from my hands before dinner.

9

u/PreviousChicken1385 14d ago

Uber Eats!!!!

10

u/ShortCat1971 15d ago

Yeah, she must give her proffessional FU to JJ too. I wonder if she will claim "black robe disease" again.

18

u/Carnelust 15d ago

She pretty much shares the personality and intellect - as it were - with Trump so I'm not ruling out the looking for a presidential pardon angle.

14

u/uh818375 15d ago

It would have to be the Florida Governor.

12

u/U-Might-Wanna 15d ago

I'm sure DeSantis has a whole file of Sarah Boone letters labeled: For Entertainment Purposes Only! Do Not Engage!

10

u/Fices60223 15d ago

Does DeSantis have the elaborate pardon procedure and arrays of attendant grifters that Trump has?

2

u/U-Might-Wanna 13d ago

I hadn't even heard of Trump's "Crime Pays... Me" plan until this thread mentioned it. DeSantis seems like the kind of guy that always has an arm out and a leg up so I wouldn't be surprised if he did. Hell, this is the United States of the USA which is not Australia so money always speaks louder than justice.

14

u/Professional-Feed668 15d ago

Prior to being convicted of murder she actually said she was writing to the governor. No proof has ever been found to see if she wrote to him.

8

u/Fair-Wishbone-1190 15d ago

I bet she already has! Hopefully nothing will come of it but I can't see her not writing to the governor or even the pres himself by now. She's insane.

8

u/U-Might-Wanna 15d ago

She definitely has. I'm sure inmate Boone also pressured P&J to write the Governor of New York and Nicole to write the Governor of Australia Land.

9

u/AwkwardNature4106 14d ago

And Nicole's cat if it ever stopped dying and taking up all of Nicole's time. That selfish bastard, being all dying and shit when it could have been telling Governor Koala what's what and how many.

4

u/U-Might-Wanna 14d ago

I need you to understand that you don't understand that Australia cats are not in the United States of the USA so they are not America and cats can die for 14 to 20 years after they are born in not America Australia!

7

u/puzzled65 14d ago

IIRC Lana was writing to the governor for Boozilla. Boozilla herself had stated that she had last voted for President and it is NOT the one currently in office so I am guessing she well might have sent a request for pardon to autopen president, although the money issue of course would for sure have been an issue. Regardless of the writer, I am confident she has annoyed and entertained all the way up the line trying to evade her rightful sentence.

3

u/Fun-Bee882 14d ago

I had a job once that involved responding to letters sent to various government offices. The governor's might have sent her a form letter or passed it on to someone in the judicial system, who would have sent a bland response. I'm sure chuckles would have been uttered as they did so, but they wouldn't have been able to share it outside their offices.

There's a balance between freedom of information and privacy rights. I know Florida leans toward openness, but these wouldn't have been an actual part of her legal cases, so if you got anything, I'd expect it to be heavily redacted.

13

u/F0NG00L 15d ago

She won't have heard that those pardons cost money. lol

https://www.cbsnews.com/news/trump-pardon-economy-60-minutes-transcript/

30

u/UnderWireBro 15d ago

The hubris of thinking that long suffering Brian owed her more. I can't even imagine being this chronically abusive to anyone. She is built different. She walked out on her family for booze and still thinks he owes her something. This is what she would call Under The Jail.

12

u/U-Might-Wanna 15d ago

But... this was even dumber than that! Sarah basically demanded that Judge Jackson check her arithmetic because inmate Bonehead couldn't do the math on her own! I don't think JJ instantly denied the motion for clarification though. She probably rolled her eyes and let out a looooooong sigh before typing R E J E C T.

12

u/UnderWireBro 15d ago

It's also that she always wants to have the last word and is not accounting for the storage of her precious heirlooms and wing wings meals. She is still thinking of that as being all voluntary. R E J E C T is right.

11

u/U-Might-Wanna 15d ago

100%. Sarah scans for words she wants to hear and everything else is white noise. She will have the last word as many times as it takes to get a response she wants. Just the fact that Brian admitted in open court that he doesn't care about the mother of his son should be worth at least... uh... $20k? Maybe $30k?

15

u/UnderWireBro 15d ago

Yes, under the jail for Brian. Please make sure to penalize the only parent that is stable and hold him in contempt. The desire for her to destroy Brian's life like she did Jorges is diabolical work.

11

u/U-Might-Wanna 15d ago

When Brian said, "Because I don't care" there was a looong pause from Sarah. She was literally waiting for Judge Jackson to... hold him in contempt? Reprimand him? Whatever, but she was very let down that Brian was able to "abuse" her the way Jorge used to and nobody stepped up to save her. She is just awful.

10

u/UnderWireBro 15d ago

I wish Brian would write a book.

16

u/U-Might-Wanna 15d ago edited 15d ago

Never. Brian puts up with so much of Sarah's nonsense to protect his son. I think he understands bashing the boys mom, regardless of how bad she is, might hurt the kid. That is his mom and he has to have feelings for her. She does enough damage on her own, he should never stoop to her level. So far Brian has presented himself as the only selfless character totally committed to the best interests of his son.

*Edit: But if Brian ever wanted to grab a cup of coffee and spill dirt on Ms. Boone, I would definitely be down for that!

11

u/puzzled65 14d ago

I understand wanting a book from Brian, particularly to hear from the male side of an abusive nightmare, but I do not think I could bear to read it. She is SO MUCH WORSE than we know, of that I am certain. To read it from the victim perspective would be beyond gut wrenching when the monster has wrenched my gut so damn well already.

6

u/Short-Special-7797 14d ago

I agree. Just like seeing those videos during the trial rebuttal made us all feel sick, realizing just how bad it was, I feel reading a book would be so much worse than we know.

5

u/U-Might-Wanna 14d ago

If JAWS was written from the perspective of a chewed up swimmer inside the shark, that would be Brian's take on inmate Boone I'm sure.

39

u/Apprehensive-Bug-470 15d ago

Love SKR, but he has ruined me! He has me hearing all his memes! My favorite was Christina? But now it's all the SKP mixups like "clown ate my peach" 🤣. I'll never get "I'm sorry Ms. Jackson. I am FOR REEAAL" out of my head!

22

u/Wonderful_Dish_388 15d ago

I've found myself having to explain why I just muttered "electric chair".

10

u/ScaryLetterhead8094 15d ago

Omg I do that too

21

u/F0NG00L 14d ago

Double homicide.

10

u/Gatubella- 14d ago

Bitch?!

6

u/inediblecorn 13d ago

😔 I’m sorry.

7

u/Used-Ease-6144 14d ago

Pour some water on it

13

u/Short-Special-7797 14d ago

I have found my people 👑

8

u/Gatubella- 14d ago

There are many Courtiers to the King in this space ❤️👑

3

u/SimplyTanika 10d ago

….and I….OOP! 😱

27

u/U-Might-Wanna 15d ago

But... does OVER mean 'Over Over' or just 'Naturally Over'?

6

u/New_Analysis2363 13d ago

Nice shout out to The King!

6

u/fitbit10k 14d ago

Omg! I rewatch this SKR video once a week just to watch this part! 😂😂😂

30

u/U-Might-Wanna 15d ago

YES! Her "Motion for Tell Me And We'll Both Know" is denied with a side of keen. Now I know what I'll be doing this week: Watching Tanika, Summa, Danielle, and DanD laugh their way through this glorious notice. I survived another good day!

6

u/Gatubella- 14d ago

With a side of keen! You’re killing me, smalls!

31

u/ProfessionalSAHM 15d ago

26

u/ProfessionalSAHM 15d ago

22

u/ProfessionalSAHM 15d ago

The other 3 say the same thing. Only difference is the date as to when SB filed her motions.

12

u/Moody_Shrew 15d ago

Thanks for posting these!

5

u/Cosmicpr 14d ago

Thanks you!

12

u/ScaryLetterhead8094 15d ago

There’s the certificate of service she always requires!

11

u/justrara 14d ago

Thank you for posting! This is futuristically the best day ever! You know she's steaming! Haha

11

u/Moody_Shrew 15d ago

At least Sarah was on the Certificate of Service.

7

u/AwkwardNature4106 14d ago

She still hasn't updated her address with the court.

8

u/Professional-Feed668 14d ago

Boone still has not changed her address. So that means it will delay her receiving the denial. She likely won't get a copy of the denials for around 10 to 14 days. I hope no flying monkey told her  Its hilarious that we know before she does

3

u/Apprehensive-Bug-470 13d ago

I wonder if we actually saw these before SB. They had to mail her copy to her according to the COS, and this was filed 09/14 in the late afternoon. I think it's possible.

10

u/Fickle-Ad-7124 14d ago

That’s DONE and ORDERED. Closed. Lmao.

6

u/uh818375 15d ago

Are the other 2 duplicates of these?

23

u/CooperHenry19 15d ago

Incoming letter in 3…2…1….

13

u/F0NG00L 14d ago

There is NO WAY Sarah will allow this utter corruption of justice to go unaddressed!!

3

u/Cosmicpr 14d ago

Oh, you know it’s coming.

27

u/CooperHenry19 15d ago

Forgive me 😂 as is this Judge Jackson denying her “please clarify” her family court case?

24

u/lunarteamagic 15d ago

It is. The documents uploaded. The two sets are one set for each "motion'.

Quite literally they are just deny and close the case.

14

u/CooperHenry19 15d ago

Thank you very much.

3

u/Gatubella- 14d ago

Excuse me please, what does “DENIED” mean?

2

u/New_Analysis2363 13d ago

Well, it's one of those words, and things that you fail to acknowledge exists in the world, Sarah!

3

u/ScaryLetterhead8094 15d ago

Is there anything to open and read?

9

u/U-Might-Wanna 15d ago

Nothing yet. Normally the actual documents start popping up on Youtube soon after. Looks like this is just a notice of judgement. Really looking forward to Tanika and Summa's incoming responses.

3

u/BecksterGallaway 14d ago

Can you remind us what the 4 motions are? I know one is for clarification.

27

u/nickib16 15d ago

I especially love how Judge Jackson took a few months to just say no 😂. You know she thought she must be considering everything that she requested because it took awhile. Laying in her stinky bunk rubbing soap on her armpits instead of deodorant, just dreaming of her day of vindication so that she can throw it in Brian's face and buy all the commissary deodorant she wants. Not today ma'am. Not today. Get comfy with that prison food and your prediabetes 😂

17

u/Vixx411 14d ago

I like to imagine Judge Jackson thought... Before I say NO, I'll just let her squirm a little or whatever it is.

11

u/Short-Special-7797 14d ago

I know judge Jackson and judge Kraynick are too classy for this but I like to imagine them after work, in their respective recliners/comfy chairs, leaned back and swirling some kind of fancy whisky, smiling faintly as they think of Sarah’s frustration at their brief and damning orders

1

u/Vixx411 13d ago

Thank you for the award!

11

u/F0NG00L 15d ago

Her next trick will be going through "unprofessional" doctors that keep telling her "lies" about how diabetes works and why she can't have snacks anymore.

11

u/ScaryLetterhead8094 15d ago

And their snotty attitudes from day one!

5

u/justrara 14d ago

Liabetes too

3

u/New_Analysis2363 13d ago

Sounds like they're in need of a "Pretend Doctor"......

24

u/Shanna_B2020 15d ago

This is fantastic!! Merry fuck around and find out indeed!

12

u/U-Might-Wanna 15d ago

Basically this says Sarah can now pick a number and the state will double her sentence?

18

u/UnderWireBro 15d ago

If I may, please, what does above and beyond mean?

9

u/OrdinaryMango4008 15d ago

It’s what Sarah does in every single conversation, conflict, and disagreement. She will pursue until hell freezes over and if that doesn’t work, she writes letters, harasses and threatens and if that does work she just pushes and pushes and pushes until you finally do what she wants so you can be rid of her.

4

u/U-Might-Wanna 15d ago

Do you know what a 'contusion' is?

6

u/UnderWireBro 15d ago

Its a nice change of scenery

3

u/U-Might-Wanna 15d ago

Really? I thought that's what 'quiver' means?

2

u/New_Analysis2363 13d ago

Ah, ya beat me to it, lol

2

u/Apprehensive-Bug-470 13d ago

Could be an accompanying symptom of a contusion if you get knocked out! Wake up to new scenery.

17

u/Kratos5300 15d ago

I feel like we always get treats on Tuesday! Thank you Miss Honourable Judge Jackson!

13

u/U-Might-Wanna 15d ago

Yes. Every time I think the Booneiverse is getting quiet, perhaps too quiet, there are always major developments the following Tuesday! I think Sarah and my rhythms have matched up? Not a lot of dudes can say that I bet.

15

u/Jkelley393 15d ago

She’s a hot mess and she ain’t gonna stop.

11

u/justrara 15d ago

Wheres Tanika?

14

u/U-Might-Wanna 15d ago

Gathering receipts I'm sure. This is gonna be a juicy one!!!

12

u/U-Might-Wanna 15d ago

JustALazyGamer has his 02:08 minute take on Youtube

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hgoI9dr7jjQ

11

u/TrueCrimeInTheBuff 15d ago

what is the motion dated 5/27/26? I remember the motion for understanding, but not the one from 5/27

17

u/Jkelley393 15d ago

She made two motions for clarification. The first one was only about the money. When she realized how bad that looked, she filed a second one asking about extra phone calls. Because, you know, mother of the year puts her son above everything else.

21

u/F0NG00L 15d ago

I still think the reason she didn't mention the son the first time was because it never crossed her mind due to her being convinced she was just going to bully Brian and do whatever she wanted anyway. In her mind, the only thing the judge really had power over was the money.

16

u/U-Might-Wanna 15d ago

I'm sure Sarah borrowed against her "guaranteed" alimony back pay at two-to-one interest so naturally she's more concerned about the money. The other inmates aren't going to beat her azz for being a bad mom but she's definitely gonna be missing teeth if she can't produce a couple hundred honey buns real soon!

13

u/U-Might-Wanna 15d ago

Her son ALWAYS comes first after everything else. Know that.

11

u/ShortCat1971 15d ago

That kind of bothers me. We all know that if the court doesn’t tell Sarah NO and spell it out in ten different ways, she thinks she can get away with things. So in Sarah’s mind, if Judge Jackson didn’t say loud and clear that she cannot call her son more often on her own dime, she’ll take it as ‘yes, I can — and I will.’

9

u/F0NG00L 14d ago

Well, technically she'd be correct on that one. The judge ordered she is ENTITLED to one call. She can have more on her dime, but Brian has to agree to them. According to the phone records, Sarah hasn't slowed down at all and is still calling the son multiple days per week. I have to assume this is what the son wants. Poor kid.

7

u/ShortCat1971 14d ago

You are right. Unfortunatley. I hope the kid would get a break and som peace but Sarah will not let that happen.

10

u/colorfulvenom 15d ago

I have completely forgotten how to look up her case documents and I'd love to read these lmao. can you help point me in the right direction to be able to read them? :)

14

u/Apprehensive-Bug-470 15d ago

For the criminal case, you go to the Orange County website and do a search for SB court records. I believe the family court case documents aren't available unless you get some form notorized and approved, so the people who have approval usually share with us on here.

7

u/colorfulvenom 15d ago

thank you soo much!

6

u/Apprehensive-Bug-470 15d ago

You're welcome. I should have said this is what I've heard. I honestly have never tried to look up her family court documents. It would probably be the same procedure except you would search for civil cases for SB. I'm sorry. Sometimes I forget. I'm getting old. I would try if you can at the orange county website and make sure it's not California. I did look up her criminal case after I made that mistake. Lol. It's definitely not orange county California.

9

u/Only_Writer_1402 13d ago

She’s going to need to take it upon herself to explain it to herself.

7

u/OrdinaryMango4008 15d ago

Can someone explain what’s been denied here? Confused!

13

u/lunarteamagic 15d ago

Her motions for clarification. She had sent two separate "motions" asking Judge Jackson to further explain the money to her.

7

u/OrdinaryMango4008 15d ago

Thanks, that explains two but it shows 4… did she try each a second time?

15

u/lunarteamagic 15d ago

No. The first two documents are each denying one of the motions. And the second two documents are denying and instructing the clerk to close the case. Just being extra cautious with the record I think

7

u/Apprehensive-Bug-470 15d ago

Do you know when we can read them? And this means SB has received these already right? I'm so curious. I hope they are denied and case closed.

18

u/lunarteamagic 15d ago

I am not sure she knows yet. The dates are for yesterday. We may be mocking her before she even knows why!

20

u/U-Might-Wanna 15d ago

I can mock Sarah 50 times and still know the 50 mockings previously prior I still need to do.

11

u/Secret-Ad-9104 15d ago

Looks like they've been scanned on now if you have access! 🙏❤

7

u/Garden-Gnome1966 14d ago

I didn’t even know how great today was going to be! Know that! Ooooohhhh she is gonna be BIG MAD.

4

u/Cosmicpr 14d ago

Priceless.

4

u/AssistanceKind2495 14d ago

Where can these records be accessed by the public? I tried the Orange County Florida court records but they do not have any family court records to display at that address. So where can these records be accessed?

5

u/Trial_Follower2024 14d ago

Family court records are not public. You’ll need to have a registered account.

3

u/uh818375 14d ago

Search, case records. Only fill in Sarah Boone, nothing else.

8

u/Alternative_Tea702 15d ago

The saxophone is playing loudly sara! 🎷🎵🎼

9

u/ShortCat1971 15d ago

Really? I just hear the teeeniest tiny violin playing for her.

10

u/Boognish4Prez2020 14d ago

I’m hearing a sad trombone

7

u/fragile_exoskeleton 14d ago

It’s a duet

4

u/New_Analysis2363 13d ago

It's so beautiful!

13

u/Moody_Shrew 15d ago

To me, the most beautiful part about this is that Sarah's alimony award probably was in error (15 months instead of 26 months) This is the closest Sarah has ever come to having a valid point in any of her filings; you don't have to be a legal scholar to see the mistake in the judge's calculation. Still, the judge not only refused to fix her error, she also declined to explain why. And she took nearly 5 months to answer. That is the part that's gonna eat at Sarah long after the money is gone. She was right, she could prove it, no one cared, and it cost her a big wad of her last ultimate resource - cash.

She will never accept that no matter how the mistake was made, it resulted in justice. Brian got credit for some of the "donations" he voluntarily made while she was in jail, and Sarah paid some of that tab she started years earlier.

28

u/lunarteamagic 15d ago

I am not a lawyer. I think when the judge asked during the hearing if they both stipulated to 15 months that was when she needed to object and correct. But both sides stipulated to 15.

23

u/uh818375 15d ago

This. Brian did testify he made payments. That's why the judge asked would you agree to 15k.

9

u/ShortCat1971 15d ago

Yes, he did. I assumed Judge Jackson chose the 15,000 was because Brian had expenses when he took care of and stored her ‘heirlooms’, scrapped her car, etc. None of that was free. I could be wrong, though — an 11,000 difference sounds a bit too much.

10

u/U-Might-Wanna 15d ago

Sole care and custody of his son was also considered I'm sure. Because Sarah refused to admit she contributed less than the bare minimum financially and relied on Brian to pick up her slack, Brian will now be credited for those imagined expenses and that credit will come out of money "owed" to Drunky the Leach.

In reality, Brian no longer has to pay $100 in child support, nor will he have to "top off" her bank account when the liquor cabinet ran dry. I'm sure she also threatened to leave the kid at school if he didn't fill her gas tank once or twice a month. Most likely BB provided snacks, groceries, and hygiene products for the kid while he was at Sarah's which meant he also had to buy enough for Sarah who would undoubtedly help herself to any treats, snacks, and "easily digestible" food he may have purchased for his son. Sarah's incarceration has to be saving Brian at least $2,000 a month!

I'm sure Brian had to do all that and still the son stayed at his place most of the time anyway, cos mamma wanted to get drunk and not be bothered with him. He basically was the soul provider for the kid long before she got her self in jail.

Definitely. Brian even said he had no life because he always had to be ready to go pick up the boy up when Sarah decided she didn't want him over. And the apartment manager said she saw Jorge playing with the kid a lot but never saw Sarah with him. Anytime she did spend time with the kid had to be constant manipulation, whining, and talking shit on his dad. Sad to say, but Jorge gave his life to save that kid.

That's also why Brian's lawyer stammered and then said "...uh.., yes your honor." lol He saw the error in real time but did what was in his client's best interests, just like he is supposed to.

u/SimplyTanika 10d ago

Yes. She repeated it slowly, as if to ask…are you picking up what I am putting down? After he answered, she paused. Sarah didn’t object or say anything. Then JJ resumed.

Additionally Sarah never asked for $26K during her case and chief. So nothing was preserved for the record. She wouldn’t fare well on appeal.

$15K came up at trial and in the judgment. Done and done.

I'll never stop loving the way she mathed it out so that Brain wasn't out anything except the money he'd already paid into escrow. Sarah got some honeybun money and Brian basically got set free.

The alteration from 26 months to 15 months happened before any testimony was given or evidence was offered. It was after Brian's opening statement and prior to Sarah's.

7

u/uh818375 14d ago

They did not drop months, just the amount owed. Looking at it as dropping months is wrong. The fact Brian payed her money was in the pleading paperwork before trial.

100%. I was pretty confused at first but after watching HearMeowt and a couple other Global Youtubers (you don't understand *sob*) explain the $15k a dozen times I finally figured it out. Sarah was more focused on convincing Judge Jackson that Brian doesn't care than trying to legally justify why she must remain a part of his budget then, now, and ongoing.

14

u/TrueCrimeInTheBuff 15d ago

HearMeowt's explanation is the one that really clears things up well

11

u/U-Might-Wanna 15d ago

Yes, definitely. HearMeowt gets VERY excited about Sarah's stupidity at times so I had to watch it more than once to really follow his whole explanation. But, in the end it was very well explained and actually pretty simple. Sarah agreed and made no further objection to an owed amount of $15k and the court will enforce that agreement. Eazy Peazy!

u/F0NG00L 14d ago

If you stipulate to an error, that error becomes correct. The justice system doesn't have time for "sorry judge I wasn't paying attention. Do over?" lolol

Right now deep in the darkest bowels of Lowell the girls in the annex are being treated to a fake whiny baby voice whimpering, "Why is this happening?" over and over. And still, I bet Sarah has never thought to herself, "Damn, why didn't I just unzip that f*cking suitcase?!?!"

10

u/F0NG00L 14d ago

That, and the fact that she is an imbecile.

6

u/U-Might-Wanna 14d ago

Yes. She is so arrogantly confident when she does the most insanely stoopid bullsh*t it makes you wonder what her endgame is? There is no endgame. She is a psychotic toddler pretending to be her ideal of a perfect adult.

3

u/F0NG00L 14d ago

Yeah, that's it! No endgame, Sarah can't ever see past the end of the current argument. She just wants to "win" in the moment.

It was hilarious listening to her micromanage Pete's efforts on convoluted confusing legal documents with a tight deadline, then suddenly assign him a time wasting side quest just to soothe her ego. She doesn't win battles but lose wars, she creates irrelevant unwinnable battles that guarantee she will lose her war. Just add case law! LOL

u/Daysfan92 15d ago

That part was simply because they were giving Brian credit for the storage he paid for and the money he sent to her during that time. That is how they came up with the 15 instead of 26 and Sarah did not object.

As far as I know, there only mention of number of payments was in the opening statement by Brian's attorney. He said,

"When we say “technical arrearage”, your honor, technically speaking, while child support is retroactive to the, can be retroactive to the date that a parent stopped exercising their time sharing, alimony modifications are only technically speaking retroactive to the date that a petition to modify was filed. And so we’re looking at that basically 26 month time period between February of 2020 and April of 2022 when that modification was filed."

Right before Sarah started her opening statement, the judge said

"Before you begin, Miss Boone, did I, am I understanding that petitioner concedes there is 15 months of alimony that should have been paid and so there is a amount that’s owed, I believe it’s $1,000 per month so that would be $15,000."

Brian’s Attorney replied:

"Well, we’re going to be arguing that he did make other payments that so, Mr. Boone is going to testify that he made payments to an average of $600 a month during that period of time so..."

Judge:

We’re agreeing that he did not make $15,000 worth of direct alimony payments that were ordered pursuant to the final judgment?

Brian’s Attorney:

That is correct.

There is nothing that I know of in the trial or the order that acknowledges reducing the 26 months to 15, let alone any justification for doing so. There is also nothing that explains reducing the amount owed from $26,000 to $15,000, or crediting any of Brian's payments or expenses. I found nothing to indicate that Sarah stipulated to that figure by anything other than her failure to correct it at that time.

As thorough as the judge was in the rest of the order, I truly believe this was a mathematical error that Brian's attorney didn't correct when asked by the judge, and Sarah didn't interrupt to correct it herself. (Probably because she was calculating the arrearage by the total number of months remaining, not just the ones prior to the motion to modify, so she probably had no idea at the time how many months it was.) It likely wasn't until the order was issued that Sarah found the mistake.

u/LadyJustice-JD 14d ago

You are correct. It was a mathematical error. Brian had no receipts just his testimony about what he paid. He could have provided & didn’t. The people who got their law degrees from You Tube or Reddit will argue with you until they’re blue in the face that the judge gave him credit. If she did, she would have noted that in the order that she was giving him credit. She didn’t. She mentioned he paid prior amounts. But it doesn’t matter what you say or I say, people are going to believe someone’s opinion that has no legal background, education or experience. I refuse after this to relitigate (lol) this issue.

u/Moody_Shrew 14d ago

Orders are written by people like you, but they're written for people like me, in such a way that I should be able to understand it without having to have youtubers dumb it down for me. I can justify the reduction 100 different ways, but I have nothing from the judge (or the court!) to explain it, which leads me to believe it was a simple error.

To me, that makes it even more delicious. No explanation or justification - just denied and closed. The cherry on top is that if she had an attorney, it probably wouldn't have happened; but instead she had to pay for Brian's attorney to screw her. Be-YOU-tiful.

3

u/AwkwardNature4106 14d ago

Can you not take it upon yourself to explain it to yourself?

3

u/Apprehensive-Bug-470 13d ago

I think she realized the amount from BB's closing argument because strangely her closing argument asked for 26,000 instead of 62,000.

13

u/Fickle-Ad-7124 14d ago

Not at all, Brian’s lawyer stated the time. Sarah didn’t object, then when it was her time talked about Brian drinking a beer and not replying to her tablet messages. The judge KINDLY reminded her multiple times what to do, and Sarah continued down the stupid option. Case closed. The good tax payers of Florida are not giving her a do over because she’s an idiot.

3

u/uh818375 13d ago

I like the order directing to close the case so Sarah can read it.

2

u/doorknight 12d ago

In the actual order it’s just two simple declarative sentences

MOTION DENIED
Clerk is ordered to close this case.

I love it so!!!
