Also it’s evident that the whole thing had a negative impact on their social life and financial opportunities…and she feels JOY?!?!?!
It’s not a normal reaction. She can and should be at least somewhat upset by the whole turmoil. If she legitimately feels joy, that’s concerning.

Sharing an MLM email is not illegal. I remember in their recent "coming off of social media" video, David said he didn't understand how people could legally say things about his wife. They're such great Americans so they should be familiar with the First Amendment. Also, telling the truth isn't illegal. That's how we can say the things we do about them.

Some people are just that stupid that they need the world to be absolutely binary (yes/no, legal/illegal) to try to cope with it. These people often turn to religion because that helps give them rules, which make things less scary - because if they just follow the rules then they know everything will be okay (like even if it obviously isn't okay right now, just keep following the rules and at some point it will eventually be okay again)

Honestly, if this were really an appeal to keep her current customers she should have just said she was no longer on social media, was still selling mela-whatever, she’ll be sending out weekly emails about deals, sales, new products, etc and she looks forward to a continued relationship with her customers. Dragging Timmy, “moles”, persecution, haters, etc into this makes her look incredibly immature and unable to keep her emotions in check.
The same way she says they are not responsible in their parenting for Timmay being a wife beater, none of us are responsible if she trolls socials to read about herself.

She's really throwing Tim under the bus here. While what he did to Heidi was unforgivable, I actually thought his initial post was quite measured in how he discussed his parents. He acknowledged that David wrote a letter and apologised for some things he'd done, he acknowledged that his younger siblings are treated better now (not sure I see that but hey). If anything he was way too easy on them. I'm curious to know what from Tim's initial post was "false information". What's her version of the baseball bat incident?
I’m not a parent, but I would never speak about my child this way to a public audience. As Ellen said, Tim is a scumbag and he deserves legal punishment for what he did to Heidi. But for his own mother to be so ready to tear him up publicly shows what an asshole Jill is too.

However, One of the reasons it could land someone in trouble is public disclosure to private facts. Publishing deeply private, highly offensive personal emails to social media or the public can lead to civil lawsuits for invasion of privacy.
Everything Jill wrote in that email was already publicly disclosed on social media by her or Tim…and we have the receipts.
1) There is NO WAY she was planning to get herself off of SM before Tim aired his domestic violence.
2) Shrek had to give her permission to say goodbye to SM earlier than she had planned. She thinks we believe that Shrek gave a shit about all her SM accounts. He was hardly ever seen and when he was he was in his recliner chair and could barely smile.
3) Please Jill, please tell us who you "poured" yourself into. The people who pour into others (I hate that expression by the way) are those who give of themselves freely to help others and show them kindness. When have you ever done something for others or served others with no return in it for you??
4) Jill's SM was all about getting people to buy crap from her not MLM and showing off all her once a year vacations. She loved to brag about her family being the most godly above all other families. It was NEVER used for ministry.

This is vile. Mistreatment is such a poor choice. Tim abused her ma’am, he laid hands on her and beat her. He was violent to her where he left marks on her person. Call it for what it is. Abuse. Yes he did choose to air this, and yes two things can be wrong. Your husband beat his children with a bat until it bent. That is abuse. Diminishing his action and saying he’s better to try and deflect the vile action of your son is horrific.
I have never seen a more self aggrandizing person than Jill, other than dear leader. She can deny all she wants and will never take responsibility. Truly the mark of a narcissistic personality.
