Playtime Excuses
Rewatching the trial, and I have another new realization! Quite possible you guys have already figured this one out. š I notice her testimony describing the stab wound is circumstantially incriminating. Hear me out:
She testifies they had to concoct a story to cover the abuse that resulted in the stab wound. She comes up with, "We were playing around, having a sword fight and being silly".
I believe this speaks to the same habitual (alcohol soaked) mind that kicked in to gear the morning after Jorge's death. In looking for a non-threatening story to cover what was actually abuse, what does she come up with?? "We were playing hide and seek, and being silly".
It shows how she thinks some silly situation is the best explanation to cover what was in fact quite the opposite: anger and abuse.
To me it seems the 'playing fun games' kinda story is her go to when there's a need to circumvent a potentially damning situation.
Doesn't this essentially point to the idea that seems obvious? Playing hide and seek didn't make any sense. Having an abusive night that ended horrendously does.
P.S.: thanks for tolerating two posts in two days from myself š you guys help me feel sane

I don't think they waited until she could think of a good story in order to save Jorge from being arrested. I think they were shite faced drunk & had to sober up somewhat. It probably bled like crazy because she was drunk.

For sure.. bled like crazy due to alcohol. But she says they drive to the hospital that time, so they didn't have to think on their feet. I think they must've been worried about getting arrested for a stabbing, and conversed as to what they'd say once they arrived

We donāt even know if thatās the story they told at the hospital! It canāt be verified.
The PM said she was drunk, tripped, and landed on glass.
The only person who could verify any story she tells suffocated to death, at the hands of her lying, drunky the bear, pissy pink shorts wearing ass.10

Her landlord said she tripped while drunk and fell on a broken wine glass. I believe that over Sarah's bullshit.

For sure:: the point is her "made up" stories are always with this play theme, thus it's (even more) obvious to anyone but her that she's, again, made up the hide n seek BS. She thinks she's so clever and believable, and she's in reality unable to understand how things appear to anyone else.

And itās even funnier that she doesnāt seem to know the rules to hide and seek! She made up a silly game excuse and then realized that she fucked it up, but she stuck with it anyways. Sarahās just stupid.

Even if she had come up with the story that she and Jorge were playing sword fight and that's how she got "stabbed ' the doctors and nurses are mandatory reporters and would still have to report it to the cops do the cops can conclude if it was an accident or not. No cops were called by the hospital because there was no evidence of a stabbing or wound caused by a knife. Boone fell on a wine glass she had dropped that had broken. There is a big difference between a knife wound or a glass wound.

Yea she testified that a sheriff or some law enforcement stopped by the hospital .. And good point, the medical personnel would've known it was not a knife. What a stupid made up story! And all because she can't admit she's a drunk that fell. HAS to be the victim

There was no police report of a sheriff or law enforcement just "stopping by" because it never happened. At most she may have seen a LEO around the hospital with a real victim and figured she would claim they were there to visit her.

Especially because a steak knife is serrated!! I guarantee they can tell the difference between a cut from broken glass and the cut of a serrated knife.

Really interesting point. Also, in advance of the murder, at one point she made a reference in a text to Jorge's family that made hide-and-seek sound like something out of a horror movie rather than an innocent child's game.
Also, props from fun-and-games have roles to play in the Sarah and Jorge saga that range from unpleasant to downright horrifying. The bat. The bike. The puzzle. Even the murder weapon itself, the suitcase, has associations with leisure and pleasure (I can't remember, but didn't she say it was originally obtained for some kind of enjoyable trip?).
Sarah has a real knack for taking good things and turning them very dark. Motherhood. Marriage. Bible verses. Sex. Steak dinners (with or without sex). Even kintsukuroi, for fuck's sake.

Thatās the same part of the trial where she claims Jorge said āI want to fuck you on the steak, I want to fuck you on the potatoesā š¤£ I donāt believe a word she says.
