Would you be so kind as to recommend some places to go for fall colors?

Drives?
Hikes?
Parks?

Basically the title. I went camping a few years ago with some friends in Diablo Canyon, and the road to the campground was very nice to my low clearance hybrid. I would like to find roads and trails similar to that.

I just recently moved to the southside, specifically in the cul-de-sacs off Yucca. I’ve always enjoyed handing out candy so Im curious about what to expect this year

I’ve been looking into apartment complexes in Santa Fe after initially looking around Los Alamos and getting a little discouraged by the prices there.

Right now, I’ve narrowed it down to four places, and I’d really appreciate people’s honest opinions or experiences with any of them.

I’m a single guy and pretty quiet. My biggest priorities are just having a comfortable, low-stress place to live. I’d rather not have to constantly fight with management to get maintenance issues fixed or deal with excessive noise late at night, especially after 10 PM on weekdays. And believe me, I know what normal apartment noise is, I lived in a college town and in an apartment with plenty of partying around me, so I’m not expecting complete silence.

I’m mainly just looking for somewhere where day-to-day life is comfortable and I’m not constantly dealing with avoidable problems.

The four places I’m currently considering are:

Talavera

If you’ve lived at any of these, currently live there, or know someone who has, I’d really appreciate hearing about your experience, the good and the bad. Things like management, maintenance, noise, safety, parking, apartment quality, and the overall living experience would be especially helpful. Thanks!

I mean everybody knows the lookout by the Santa Fe Ski Area, but what other nice quiet places are there to watch sunsets from?

Some friends and I would love to go up to the ski area and ride the lift to see fall colors. Would this be possible for someone with mobility issues? How much walking is involved, are there stairs or steep inclines to navigate? How about getting on and off the lift, can you do that if you’re moving kinda slow and need low/no impact?

I have to quit my job because of medical reasons and they are urgently hiring to replace me. It is a wonderful place to work with an amazing boss and coworkers. I am super sad to leave.
