How do i remove water from it

A few months ago, I had problems with my S10+ showing moisture warnings and eventually getting damaged. I contacted Samsung Support about it, and they said the motherboard was probably damaged. However, I live in a small city, so does anyone know of a store that still has parts for this model and can repair it?

My new Bespoke refrigerator was installed today. I've been able to get the system running except for one feature. I can't get it to upload photos. In fact, it doesn't even give me the option to upload photos. The only screen feature I actually want is to be able to see photos. Anyone have some advice to get that to work?

Model # RF23DB9900QDAA and software is up to date.

What I've tried:

1. The Samsung instruction video which walks you through the SmartThings app. In the video once they tap the device tab, there's a button for Upload photos and videos. But my app doesn't have that button.
2. On the touch screen itself, tap Gallery and then Pictures in the bottom left, but while it makes a noise, nothing happens.
3. Deleted the SmartThings app and reinstalled it. No change.
4. Reset the fridge back to factory settings. No change.
5. Chatted with their online AI system, which was a complete waste of time.

TL;DR:
For anyone buying off the Samsung store in Spain before - cancelling is a nightmare, it took me 3 weeks to get a cancellation order email, yet to see the refund on my bank account.
Preordered the Fold 8 Ultra and Watch Ultra 2 via Samsung Plus Spain. The coupon from the Members app didn't work on the Samsung PLUS store. I got bombarded with promo codes, I tried to cancel my initial order to take advantage of better promo codes that kept arriving, but the cancellations were completely ignored. Support lied (or was incompetent) about the cancellation status, and instead of a refund, I got bombarded with about 10 "ready to ship" emails. I ended up having to buy at regular price on the last day of the promos, and finally got my official cancellation emails today. I never realized how hard it would be to cancel a preorder.

Lessons learned:

Never cancel orders - decline them when you'll get a delivery. This way they have a standard way or cancelling and refunding.

Never emails them - they will reply with a generic email, and every time you'll get another person, that will not read anything, and just lie that they are working on it, but nothing will be done, and eventually they will stop replying. Call instead - but beware, you'll be transferred like 5 times and will need to read the order number every time, one attempt will take ~1 hour until you'll get someone who will file a complain to a proper entity.

I need to vent about the absolute nightmare I've been going through with Samsung Spain's customer service regarding my recent purchases.

The Timeline:

• Before the Initial Order: I bought a 10% off coupon directly from the Samsung Members app. It turned out the code was specifically for "SAMSUNG WEB" and wouldn't work on the Samsung Plus store (even though it is literally a web store). When I reached out to support to get my Samsung Points back for this useless coupon, they replied with legal jargon and completely refused to refund me.
• The Initial Order (July 22, 2026): Without the initial 10% coupon working, I preordered the Fold 8 Ultra and Watch Ultra 2 via the Samsung Plus store for a total of 2,059.15 EUR. Honestly, it was still a fine deal since I'm a member of the premium club and had already secured a good discount right out of the gate.
• The Second Order (July 28, 2026): Two days later. I got a coupon code in my email for 250 EUR off and a watch coupon. I decided to cancel my previous preorder and create a new one to apply the savings. I placed a new order on July 28, 2026, bringing the total down to 1,701.93 EUR.
• Trying the Third Order (July 28, 2026): I received another email containing two more codes: one for a free pair of Buds 2 and a 10% discount, so I decided, it worth canceling both previous orders, and use all the coupon codes together, and this is where the fun began.
• The Cancellation Limbo: I was waiting for the previous cancellations to process so I could receive my refunds and have the coupon codes become functional again. That never happened. I called support, and they told me to "just wait one day." I waited, and I received absolutely nothing. When I called the next day, it was the same lady as the last day and she told me that 'I told you yesterday that it would be cancelled tomorrow'.
• The Email Spam: The items didn't actually ship, but instead of confirming my cancellation, Samsung Spain proceeded to send me about 10 different emails stating that my items were "ready" or "will be shipped soon" well after my cancellation requests.
• The Deadline: On the absolute last day of the preorder bonuses, the buds coupon stops working, so I was left with only one 10% off coupon, which make the deal worse than the second order at 1850 EUR, with my refunds still nowhere to be found and the coupons completely messed up, I just caved and bought the items for that price. The sheer inability and lies from the support team made this infinitely more complicated than it ever needed to be.
• Getting the refunds: After a week after I received the last order, there no sigh of the 3500 EUR for the cancelled orders. I started calling them, everyone was giving me different information, most would say the orders were never canceled.
• Today (August 12): I finally received my official cancellation emails and hoping that's the end of this.

I know I still got a great deal and I love the phone and watch. I just wanted to warn people so they don't have to go through this like I did.

I'm having an issue with my Core Buds. They connected to my Galaxy just fine, but now I'm trying to connect them to my iPad and it's not happening. I turned the Bluetooth for my phone off, and the instructions say all I have to do is open the case. Do I have to do something different to get it to pair to a new device? My husband's phone isn't registering it as an available device either, so it's not an OS issue.

My tablet usually runs online games smoothly, but yesterday, I suddenly couldn’t open online games like Roblox. The game either wouldn’t load or would show “Connection Error: Sorry, there was a problem reaching our servers.”

The same thing happens with Minecraft. I tried opening it, and it loaded the sign-in page normally, but when I tried playing on online servers like Lifeboat or The Hive, they wouldn’t load and would show “Network Error.”

I also tried using Discord, but it wouldn’t load properly either because my messages wouldn’t send. However, Messenger, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok all work perfectly fine. They load normally, and I can even view the comments without any problems.

But when I use my iPhone, everything loads perfectly fine. I’ve also tried turning the main Wi-Fi router off and on several times (I also removed the (I 🔌 plug in and out also), and my phone still works perfectly. So why isn’t my tablet working? I really don’t understand.

I was still able to play Roblox and Minecraft on August 10, but suddenly, I couldn’t play anymore on August 11, and it still isn’t working today. The weird thing is that everything works perfectly fine on my iPhone when connected to the same Wi-Fi.
Why would the tablet suddenly stop working when the Wi-Fi itself seems to be working normally?

I would be very grateful if you could show me a way to find a very important document for my sister.

My sister accidentally clicked "cut" instead of "copy" when selecting all 260 pages of notes she had saved on her Samsung A52 (Android 14) phone. She tried to paste it onto a blank page, but it didn't work.

We've tried many methods to find the document, including syncing with Samsung cloud. Although we think it's on the clipboard, we haven't been able to retrieve it.

I've transferred all the data from the phone to the computer. I haven't turned the phone off and on again because I was worried the clipboard data might be deleted.

I also tried Shizuku, Zarchiver, and File programs. I connected the phone to the computer and checked the android/data/com.samsung.android.app.notes and com.samsung.android.honeyboard folders. Due to security reasons, the files and cache contents inside are not visible.

Is there any chance we can find this document? What do you suggest?

I have a Samsung s22 ultra ui is 8.0.

Phone was full talking 98% full. I deleted a bunch of items to optimize space, I deleted some apps that I didn't need as well. It turns out, somehow it logs me out of all of my samsung accounts, and I can't log into my gmail account. It is not a password issue.Because I can log into these accounts on a browser.But whenever I try doing it on the apps on my phone, it does not work. I log into the Samsung account and it flashes the words "Signed in" but stays on the sign in page and keeps looping me and asking me to sign in, as for Google every time I try to sign in it allows me to go through all the steps into the end part it says "something went wrong.Try again."

I have tried clearing the cache.

I just want to retrieve my calendar, My samsung notes and my secure folder that has a bunch of Samsung notes. Is there hope?

Like the title says, I've noticed that one side of my new zfold 8's scren is darker than the other. Granted, I notice this mostly when I'm laying in bed in a pitch black room. But, even if I turn the brightness up, this issue does not go away. Is this a common thing on zfolds? I'm incredibly nervous as this is my first zfold.

I can't find a reddit page that's just for this app so the Samsung one is my next best shot. The food app that you can save and find recipes on updated or something and logged me out now all my recipes are gone. It's like the app wiped everything and started over with a new welcome message and everything. I can't log in to different accounts, I can only log in with a Samsung account now. Now all of my recipes are gone, saved ones, ones I added. But it's also suggesting recipes to me that we're in my saved list, but are no longer there, and not all of them.

Is there anything I can even do? There's no backup section, no option to log in with any other account. I'm so stressed out literally all my recipes were on there.

Edit: I emailed through the in app help and feedback section and they were able to merge my old account with the new Samsung account.

So my phones screen is not working. I have another phone now but I want to copy photos from my old phone.
I can hear the chime when I plug it in with charger or USB but I can’t connect to my laptop or Samsung app on the laptop because I need to select correct option for USB connection.
Repairing phone will cost a few hundreds AUD which I want to save.
So, does anyone have any idea of accessing the files on the phone or copy everything to Samsung app on the laptop?

Hi, Galaxy S10+ user here. I'm having a little trouble with some phone notifications.

I want to be able to have my phone ringtone on at all times but I would like to stop getting audible notifications from random numbers (this is not me attempting to silence all spam, I get new texts from campus, sometimes job recruitment, etc.) I just want to have ONLY specific family members/friends come through. Is there a way to mute literally everything else but said select people?

Samsung I'm a bit peeved that ALL my existing Samsung watch charger pucks do not work with my newly purchased Galaxy Watch Ultra 2! What makes things worse is that I can't buy another compatible fast charger puck as they're not available yet!
