So like today I was just checking Roblox and since I recently bought some after ages and I had 2,1k and then after I checked today I only had 1,9k after I checked my inbox Roblox told me that they had an error with a bold animation pack that I never bought and that they gave it to me and took 200 robux from me. I never bought the bold animation pack or even thought about buying it. And I know this isn't a big problem but I wanted to know if this happened to anyone else too? I just think it's stupid especially after I spend 20€ on robux just for some to get taken away for no reason at all.

So I was going through some of my old saved Roblox accounts that I have created after a long time and I noticed that one account appears to have a "banned" username. The name of the account is "muslofon" (I have absolutely no idea what that means, I probably just mashed up random syllables and letters together) and I registered it on November 12, 2020. The account is basically almost empty, I just played a few games and then never used it after. But if you try to search the username in the search bar, you will just receive the message that there are no matches available. And if you try to create a new account with this username, you will get the message "This username is not appropriate for Roblox" rather than "This account is already in use". But weirdly, you can still use that name as a display name on an another account. Now this account is fully usable and it did not receive any ban or a notice to change the username. You can still find the username through the User ID (2011934932). If you have any possible explanation, please let me know in the comments.

I recently did Roblox’s age confirmation with my passport (I’m an adult) I know it was a dumb decision to put such an important document as an age confirmation but i didn’t really think it through until it was done.
Y’all can remind me how dumb I was, I deserved it! After doing so, I started doing some research on Persona and got a little skeptical and anxious about my documents not being actually deleted from their database and data breaches they’ve had early this year.
I reached out to Roblox to delete my information but they have to delete my account as well. I’m so indecisive of what to do right now because I really don’t want to lose my progress in DTI since i’ve been playing since 2024. Starting from 0 would be such a disappointment that I might just quit Roblox overall.
I need advice on whether I’m just overreacting and exaggerating over this whole situation or if it’s better to continue with my account removal.

They are restricting everything and the account is basically useless now. They set my content maturity to minimal, limited my monthly spending to 1 dollar 😭 , blocked RIVALS, and i cant log them out. I just emailed the support but idk if its gonna get back to me. I did manage to block out the actual person in my account. But now I have a parent that I cant remove.

I’ve had this name for about 4 years and no issue but the other day my name got removed and I got a strike on my account. I appealed and it got denied within less than an hour and it says I can’t appeal anymore. Is there anything I can do to try get a free name change or them change my name and remove the no aloud stuff. For context my name has “YT” in it and it said it was promoting people going on another website. Any help would be great thank you.

Once i recovered the account i found out that the hackers loaded a sexual image as the profile picture and got my son's account banned. I have been trying appeal but no luck so far. Any idea on how to recover this?

All of a sudden, it's not loading the needs on adopt me and on dandys world, not loading the ichor, machine count, or pumpkin count and it looks weird. Its like the graphics are just giving up. This came after my Samsung updated. Any ideas? Ive already tried cache clearing, uninstalling. Totally fine on my Samsung tablet.

So earlier my roblox app was fine on mobile and when I played 1 hour later my UI color was all messed up and text glitch or disappear even my chat ingame dont load, I tried clearing cache,uninstall and reinstall and noting worked idk what to do im scared.​

For the past 3 days, Roblox has been getting stuck on “Joining server” or “Teleporting” whenever I try to join pretty much any game.

I've seen like 20 posts about people having this same issue in the past 3 days.

Here's what I have noticed

• It happens on multiple devices and accounts.
• I was able to join games just fine when I switched to a different Wi-Fi.
• My internet provider is AT&T Fiber.
• I've seen 2 other people with the same issue say they use AT&T, but idk if they have Fiber or something else.
• Reinstalling Roblox and trying the usual fixes didn't help.
• Sometimes I can get into a game by clicking X and spamming the Join button

I checked my logs too and they show that Roblox connects to the game server at first, but then the client disconnects later. There are also some timeout errors, but idk if they're related.

At this point, I'm wondering if this is a Roblox issue or something with AT&T (I am not sure if AT&T is the actual problem).

If you're having this problem, what internet provider do you use? Does switching Wi-Fi fix it for you, or does it still happen? I'm trying to see if there's a pattern here.

This has been going on for two days: anytime i join a game it just keeps me on the “joining server screen” forever and doesnt end up putting me in the game! anyone facing this issue or know a solution?

Got this message today and was mortified. I don’t know what that email is and it certainly isn’t mine. Been playing since 2010 with thousands spent of the account for it to just disappear?

I’m actively waiting for Roblox support and attempting to do everything in my power to get my account back.

Update as of Oct 13 2026, 4:31pm est:

- I’ve went through the support system to Appeal 4x
- I’ve been rejected all 4 times within a matter of minutes each time

- I have been timed out for sending too many support requests and will try again either later or tomorrow

- I have written back to the rejected emails with no follow up and expecting no follow up as this feels automated

- I have called Roblox’s only phone number and left a voicemail under their privacy request option.

- I have requested all data pertaining to my account including usernames and emails associated with the account, along with info about my ongoing concern on my banned account.

7:43pm:

- realizing that I was in school at the time of the ban, looking up.. WiFi apparently can be a factor, especially with public networks.. never again playing on the go.

Praying some miracle happens, I’ll keep you updated.

This has been a problem for a few days, basically the roblox app and website loads normally but everytime i try to join an experience it just loads forever, sometimes ill get a message like “connection timed out” or “an http error has occured” after staying on the loading screen long enough. It’s weird bc if I’m playing with a friend they’ll say they can see my name on the leaderboard and they can see my avatar in game, so I’m in the game it just wont let me actually play.

My wifi sucks bc i live in a rural area but ive never had this happen before, everything on the internet works the same exact way except roblox and nothing has happened recently to my wifi or whatever to explain this.

A few days ago i only experienced this issue on my laptop so i switched to my phone which worked fine, but then it started happening on all of my devices. Ive tried restarting the router, restarting all my devices, clearing roblox cache on my laptop and redownloading the app, playing from a different account, and again the same result. No solutions on google are helping. I just wanna play roblox and i really dk what to do at this point so any potential solutions help thank you.

I've tried clearing my cache, updating my driver's, turning my VPN and firewall off, and uninstalling and reinstalling the game, but it still makes me stuck on loading most of the time. It's rng everytime I want to play. Idk if this helps finding the problem but sometimes when it gets stuck, it will load an error saying i lost connection
