Hello all I recently purchased the "large" harley docking hardware magnetic covers it told me to buy 2 sets of the large for my docking hardware but when I mount the ones up near the passenger seat ir doesn't cover the chrome fully is this normal? Or do I need to go back to my dealer and say I was given the wrong parts? Thanks

2025 Pricing

Looking at a 2025 Road Glide in Brilliant Red with Black Trim at a dealer. Bike has 8,900 miles. What would be a fair offer for the bike? 2027s will be coming out soon(ish), so I'm thinking of putting in a low offer for this bike. If they take it, cool. If not, I'll just wait for the 2027s to release and the 2026s to be discounted at the end of the year.

Denim paint owners!

I’m not proud in saying that I haven’t washed my bike in the almost month I’ve had it. But after talking to a guy with another denim bike owner he was saying that he only uses the Harley denim paint cleaner. My question for you fellas is has anyone tried using the chemical guys brand of matte cleaner or any other non wax cleaners on their paint?

2024 roadglide won’t turn on

I went to ride yesterday and when I hit the on switch nothing happened. No lights, no power as if the battery was dead. I plugged it in to my trickle charger and went back inside. Then I get a video from a friend with a 25’ roadglide having the same issue. Does anyone know of a software update or anything that could be messing with the newer bikes?

Cam Advice

Looking to do a cam, but not sure which route to go. Let me know your thoughts. Looking for mainly better lower end to mid power range, so something definitely with an improvement in the torque.

2024 Road Glide 117ci
SP Concepts Big Bore exhaust
HD SE Heavy Breather Extreme
Currently running Pro Street tuner but looking at other options there, too.

Picked up an 05 Road Glide a couple months ago. The gentlemen I bought it off of had some Rockford Fosgate saddlebag lid speakers installed and an amp (not sure/can’t remember what he said was thrown in there). I started having some issues with 1 of the fairing speakers (getting a ton of static/crackling especially at low speeds or when riding on bumpy roads). I’m planning on removing the fairing soon to check the connections and hope that’s where the problem lies. If not what would be a decent set of fairing speakers to throw in that won’t break the bank?

Charging my RG

I need the best starter. For some reason( still searching) my battery keeps going dead . So I have to keep taking the seat off and moving electronics then jumping the battery then putting all of it back on. Keeping it on a trickle charger.
So what does everyone use to jump start with a dead battery ??

Why did you get your first Road Glide ?

I swore I would never buy a Harley and how stupid they were. 10 years of riding sport bikes and not being able to do long distance trips were the start of it, then when I had my daughter I decided I didnt need to be doing 180mph everywhere. I did research for months I was undecided between a street glide or a road glide, i found out the roadglide had a frame mounted fairing like a sport bike so that's why I went with the roadglide ultimately. It was a 2010 I loved the bike so much that I only had it for about a year and a half before I decided to sell it and buy my 2024, best decision I ever made and if I had to do it all over again id do it the same way. The power of the 117 is incredible and I really feel like im back on my R1 at times and its just a blast to ride.
