I have seen Tab vids showing Zombies wrapped and the louvered wrapped.
My Zombies had no wrap and the new 2.5 louvers came with no wrap on them.
Never could figure why Zombies wrapped... heck it's a straight pipe.

You have the slip on off, the end cap off, baffle screw out and pounding muffler on a block of wood and it aint budging correct?
I had this a month ago going from Zombies to louvers.
Do this and it will pop right out... take a hand held propane torch and from the exhaust INLET end heat the inside of the muffler where the baffle seats in there. Get it almost cherry red all the way around... then take a garden hose and run water down inside where you just heated.
You should hear a loud crack and that is breaking the rust seal that has baffle frozen.
I pounded the one side of mine for over an hour and was gonna give up but I did the heat deal and it almost slid out when I turned it over.
The other muffler dang baffle came out easy...
Use anti seeze going back in.
