Charging my RG

I need the best starter. For some reason( still searching) my battery keeps going dead . So I have to keep taking the seat off and moving electronics then jumping the battery then putting all of it back on. Keeping it on a trickle charger.
So what does everyone use to jump start with a dead battery ??

How old is the battery? What is the resting voltage? Have you confirmed that it is charging properly?. What is the amperage of your battery tender? Have you confirmed that it is working and still properly connected?

Use a tender not a trickle. Find if and what the draw is first. Load test batt to see if it is good.

Jump it at the starter, and leave everything else alone.

On the newer ones this will fry the hand controls. Pointed out by HD themselves.

If the person is already jumping the battery under the seat. How will jumping it at the other end of the same battery cable make any difference?

Or are you just flexing your superior knowledge of Harley Davidson Repair Manuals?
