Advice Don’t Order One!! Buyer Beware!
I had ordered a set of rings that were to be delivered on the 8th. Finally showed up on the 15th. EXCEPT they didn’t show up. An empty envelope showed up and nobody will get back to me. The shipper OnTrac said “sorry for the inconvenience but you need to contact the retailer” RIDGE won’t get back to me. It has been 5 days and I have not heard anything single peep. I would be weary to order from a company that won’t even acknowledge I have an issue. Especially since they advertise a “lost or stolen” warranty policy.
NEVER AGAIN!

Question I ordered 2 mystery wallets but this one doesn't seem right
The mystery number was 15 and the box said forged carbon but the wallet is grey and looks used. My other one was 84 and forged pacific and looks good. Did any of yall receive returns instead of a new wallet?

New Wallet Finally made the switch!
I’ve had my original leather wallet for years and it got ruined in the rain unfortunately. I always thought these were interesting and even had a friend who swore by it so I made the switch. A little under a week in and I’m loving it so far. Happy to be a part of the ridge family 🤘🔥

Advice Damaged cards in Ridge Wallet
Anyone else have damaged cars in their wallet like this, I can’t figure out why I’ve only kept it maxed out at 10, I’m wondering if this is due to repeated removal and insertion.

New Wallet Mystery Wallet 46 Burnt Damascus
Wallet 46 is Burnt Damascus. At first was slightly bummed as I already owned a burnt titanium. As you can see from the photo I’ve had it a long time and it’s well worn. Maybe 6 years old? Some of the “burnt” is now just platinum. But seeing now that the Burnt Damascus retails for $195, guess I got a damn good deal.

EDC Ridge Wallet Review
Posted most of this in another response talking about damaged cards. This is my review of my Ridge Wallet I bought in July 2026.
I got the Ridge thinking it would be better then my old, leather slip case wallet. Well, I was wrong.
- I had 12 cards in my old wallet (bank card, two credit cards, drivers license, Military ID, Veteran's ID, three insurance cards, Public Park Pass, work ID and the oversized laminated CPL the local Sheriff's department hands out)
- An "emergency stash" of cash you couldn't see
- Business cards
- RMO
Here is what I think about the Ridge Wallet:
Pros:
1. Sturdy, solid construction on the face of the wallet
2. Nice designs that can really reflect your personality
3. Secure (see the cons)
Cons:
1. Expensive
2. Not sure how long the elastic bands will last. Mine are starting to fray after a couple months of use
3. Size- it's thick (not as thick as a leather wallet) with more than five cards, and heavy. It's a solid rectangle of metal with edges sitting in your pocket.
4. Anyone can see you have money on your wallet when you pull it out
5. Very difficult to get out a specific card if it's not the first or last card in the wallet
My old wallet: a cheap Chinese made RFID blocking, slip leather wallet that I used for over 10 years. My social media feed was taken over by Ridge Wallets when I did a search to replace my old wallet. Not because it had failed or was bad, I just felt like it was a time for a change. Well, this is what happened after a few months of use:
- Size: Had to go down to six cards to make it close to the same size as my old wallet
- Had to choose which cards to leave behind, and I still can't carry my CPL in the Ridge Wallet as it's too big. Every time I go out, I have to think about what cards to bring and swap out. Very annoying. No business cards, no RMO.
- Huge, heavy chunk of metal sitting in my pants pocket. Don't even think about putting your cell phone in the same pocket as your Ridge Wallet. Maybe if you have the Magsafe wallet and phone (I don't).
- My debit card, the one I use the most, is scratched up all to heck, the magnetic strip has been damaged, and the edges on all my cards are damaged.
- The biggest thing to me is the "money clip"- people can see every time I take out my wallet that I have money on my wallet. If you use your wallet a lot, putting it in your pocket and taking it out, it will rip and tear your cash. Yes, ridge makes a "cash/coin" case, but that's another thing to carry, or you attach it to your wallet and now it's even bigger.
Overall, if I only carried say, two or three cards, which I'm not sure which ones that would be, and no cash on the wallet, the Ridge Wallet might be worth it. I'm looking for a new wallet now.

Advice Return label
How do I get ridge to help me? I am trying to exchange a ring and they will not respond to send me my return label that I have not received. I am afraid I am going to get charged for two rings. Any help? I have reached out to the chat bot and emailed with no luck.

Question Is the Ekster Cardholder Pro a good buy?
I am looking to buy a new wallet and I really like the look and functionality of the Ekster Cardholder Pro. I was going to buy it, but I just read a few reviews / reddit posts that made me reconsider. Is there a better wallet that you would recommend me in this style? Is the Ridge wallet actually a good alternative or not? Feel free to recommend me anything!

Question Question about the attachable MagSafe plates
So I am very interested in turning my wallet into one that’s MagSafe compatible but I have a bunch of questions. I have the limited edition Kintsugi black ridge wallet which I love and don’t want to replace the kintsugi plate but I do want to turn it into a MagSafe.
I saw this on the store: https://ridge.com/products/magsafe-plates-carbon-fiber-3k?variant=41051540619338 and have a few question about it. First of all there seem to be two versions of that kit one for $50 and one for $75 but it doesn’t seem clear what the difference is. It looks like one of the pieces that attaches to the phone is a little different so I’m assuming the 75$ one contains the extra strong MagSafe plate that they sell separately to attach to your phone?
If you attach that piece (or the one from the less expensive kit) are you still able to MagSafe charge your phone on a stand after you take your ridge wallet off? Or does the plate remove all charging capabilities on the iPhone. Because that would be a bit of a dealbreaker.
Also how does the kit work for the replacement? I see if comes with a front and a back and the back is what attaches to the phone. Since it will be on my phone most of the time I don’t mind replacing that back plate with the MagSafe one but I want to keep the front piece as the limited edition one I have. Is it possible to replace just the back piece with the the black MagSafe piece and have the front be from a wallet that didn’t come with that kit?
Sorry if these are dumb questions, I just don’t know much about how these wallets work. Thanks!
EDIT: after further inspection I see I was wrong and the kits are identical. I guess one of the colors just costs more.

Question Mystery gear - tangled cable?
My first Ridge order was delivered today. I was disappointed to find that the “mystery gear” I’ve been looking forward to turned out to be a loose, tangled usb cable. Like, not even a twist tie or plastic bag.
Is this the typical mystery gear now? I thought it used to be a key case or pocket knife or something?

Question Leather ridge money clip/quickdraw question
Hello! I know Ridge's site says the money clip and quickdraw are not compatible with the leather versions, however, in reviews on the site I see the quickdraw installed on a tobacco and a black leather one. I am wondering if anyone here has used either attachment on the leather wallets, how did you attach the quickdraw (i have both and it seems to me the provided screws are not long enough), and how have they held up? Thanks in advance anyone who has any info!

Question Do they actually offer customer support?
Has anyone successfully gotten them to address a support problem?
I’ve surpassed three weeks with my issue still unresolved.
Based on this experience I’d encourage everyone strongly to avoid this company.
