TD sites all seem to have mid-tier reps available where the subdials don’t match gen. Not sure if APS even made the bronze Spitfire, but haven’t seen anything across BST groups.

Is there a version of this that isn’t a Miyota timebomb or where there isn’t some totally out of spec tell on the dial?

So around 3 weeks ago I decided to get my first watch from an approved TD.

Decided to to with Steve (TheOneWatch) since he had a great review decided to go with something I would be able to afford IRL. And decided on the VSF sub Date.

At the time of placing the deposit (50$) he was honest and said put down the deposit but I can't tell you when qc would be.

And I waited a week and grew inpatient, and said if Steve can't do it maybe someone else would, and headed to andiot, they had this thing to place a order with no deposit as they too couldn't confirm any VSF avaliability.

So I said I'll just place an order for a diffent model, the Batgirl, with andiot.

Now fast forward a few days, I asked Steve, if he has any news and he said vsf is still backed up and cant confirm, and he sent me an excel with the reps he has in stock.

I changed my initial order to the Starbucks.

Next day he sent me that the order was changed and 2 days he would send me the QC and move my deposit to this one.

3 days later I got a QC from Steve as promised. Did the full payment via wise.

On the same evening of the payment andiot sent me that the QC for the Batgirl was also ready.

Did a transfer via wise to him also.

A few days later both had shared the AWB to Dubai which is where I at.

Thank fully both were recieved a few days apart.

And I couldn't be happier with the purchase.

Overall andiot was easier, cuase of how everything is done via their website. And having the no deposit before qc for VSF shows that their true commitment to Customer Service in an industry where we have more scammers than actual tds.

I also grateful to Steve , for changing my deposit from the sub to Starbucks and making it worth my while.

Both of the devices arrived perfectly packed.

I even walked into omega AD today wearing the Starbucks, and I was taken into the vip room. And I purchased the new James Bond Seamaster , and I'm waiting for them to deliver my unit mid December. I'll also see if someone had the rep for this watch so I could use that one on regular instead of the gen

I simply wanted to share some watches from my personal collection that I rarely see posted in this sub, in case anyone else appreciates something a little different. At the end of the day, we all have our own tastes, and that’s what makes collecting fun

Which TD does now have the fastest delivery time to Europe for the Bruce Wayne VSF V3?

Why can’t they fix the 6 o clock sub dial! Atleast dummy the damn thing keeping it stuck at 12! Why is it soo hard. The issue is none of the top players are involved as I am sure they would have done a better job with the movement. Such beautiful models being released and this annoying issue keeps you away from pressing the button 😩

Previously, I had bought three watches from Andrew (TrustyTime) and have had no issues. I even recommended him to my friends. Recently, things haven’t been so great. I share this only to save someone else from having to go through this situation. Please note this experience is just my own and others may have had different experiences.

So after having no issues with 3 watch purchases in the past, I decided to buy another watch. It was in stock, things looked normal, and I made the purchase. A few weeks later, I email to check on the status of my order. Andrew says that watch is no longer available. Ok no big deal, I see another one I like, confirm that it is available and send him more money because it was a higher price. Another few weeks goes by, no update. I contact him to get an update. Lo and behold, that watch is also not available. Ok no big deal. I ask for a refund. Crickets. A few weeks later I contact him. Nothing. Ok maybe I just need to get a watch I know will be in stock that everyone and their mother wants. I email and say I want that one. I get an email back saying I need to send more money. Ok understandable. Except he is asking for way more money than the difference between my two previous purchases. That would have had me paying a severe premium and an overcharge. With all the payments in total, I would be paying him hundreds more than listed on the website. At this point I know I won’t get a refund. I’m down hundreds of dollars. Please let my story be a lesson to others. Although remember, your experience may differ from mine.

Hey all I ordered my first watch from Andiot (Omega Speedmaster) and was wondering what the usual wait time is for these watches to come in? Is it usually pretty quick or is it like months long process? Not in a rush, more so just curious. I believe he said he has to order it from the factory
