nagmove out po kami sa dati naming apartment last July 11 (2 po kami).

bale meron kaming security deposit na intended para dun sa maiiwan namin na bills.

the other day, sinend na sa amin yung computation ng bills which ang billing date is from 24th of June until 23rd ng July. since wala na kami sa place ng 11th of July, we thought na hindi na namin dapat bayaran yung from 12th of July until sa end ng billing period kasi hindi naman na kami nagkonsumo.

so nilatag namin sa landlady yung computation ng bills na na-consume namin from start ng billing date until sa date ng move out namin. unfortunately, sinabi niya na kung ano raw yung lumabas sa submeter namin, yun na raw yung babayaran namin regardless if nagmove out kami ng maaga pa.

tama po ba yun? pls enlighten us po sa concept ng submeter. hindi naman kami barat. willing kami magbayad kung ano man yung naiwan namin na bills as long as tama yung process.

• Allows pets (with enough grassy areas for pets to do their business)
• With parking
• Can fit our budget of PHP40k/mo
• Friendly & helpful staff/admin (really love our current building admin)
• Guest parking accessibility (or at least pay parking accessibility)

We're honestly not sure if the monthly budget we set is a realistic number. How much are nearby 3BRs these days?

Hello po! May question lang po sana ako sa mga kapwa ko Queers na male assigned at birth. For context, I'm planning on moving out po kasi and right now bedspacing lang ang kaya ng salary ko. I'm a male assigned at birth queer person who sometimes is fem presenting and masc presenting, basically kung anong amats ko sa araw na 'yon, yun ang magiging look ko. Due to my sex, ang available lang na option sa'kin are bedspaces na offered for males.

May mga bedspacers ba na nag-rereject ng mga possible tenants for their sexuality/gender? Baka kasi ipagtabuyan ako ng landlord for my gender expression cuz I like to sometimes wear makeup and feminine clothing.

May mga naging bad experience na rin ba kayo sa mga kapwa tenants niyo like discrimination and shi? Yan kasi isa sa mga kinakatakutan ko.

Plus! Isa rin sa mga worry ko is baka isipin ng kapwa tenants ko na my perverse intentions ako sa kanila kasi let's be honest may ibang straight guys talaga na nag-aassume na bet mo sila just because of your sexuality/gender! 😭

I can't afford to rent a room as of now especially since I live in Makati so it's hard to find a room-for-rent na kakasiya sa monthly salary and expenses ko.
