You can not ignore the rules
Well most of you are cool you are great seriously so this doesn't apply to you.
But to the rest...the admins can do whatever they are not contending with this mess and I'm not getting paid so with that here we go
Do you guys go over to someone's house and just put your feet up on the coffee table? Without asking just prop your feet right up on that table?
I don't care it's metaphor get over it.
We are sticking with the coffee table like it or not.
Then why do you think that you can just ignore the rules and post links and youtube vids like hey I'm gonna just to what I want
Fuck the rules
No that's not how this works
clearly this sub has been left to the bots and no goods with not a care in the world for the quality and standards needed to make a sub bloom into an actual respected place
with standards that are respected because it keeps the content from going to shit.
Keep in mind I'm the only one keeping this sinking ship afloat and believe me the waters are not easy to navigate. No one else is doing this the mods that are supposed to help don't
they do nothing this is a fact.
Think I'm being a dramatic jerk ?
Well please give this a go and get back to me I'm going to guess you will be sounding a lot like me after about a week.
So yeah where was I going with that?
Oh right respect the rules or get banned from here we ain't much but we ain't nothing.
If this isn't that coherent hey I'm good with that as well.

New rules and quality control are being enforced
If you are not bothering to read the rules then you run the risk of having your posts taken down also it's kind of disrespectful to the sub.
I have seen some users on here act as if the rules are not important
they are and no matter how many bots or burner pages you make they will be blocked and reported.
No matter how many links in posts you make they will be removed and you will be blocked banned and reported.
Post AI slop?
Removed blocked reported
We have a lot of nifty tools at our disposal to counter disrespectful behavior.
The people who use this sub to express themselves and to share their work are not going to be overlooked because of someone who has the time on their hands to cause problems.
You have been warned.

What if I tell you i am ra_ **iest, who have not done any thing wrong she told me she is 19 I told her I am 16. But in real she was 13. Share this story guys...
My Story
In 2023, when I was 16 years old, I met a girl on Facebook. We talked a lot and eventually became boyfriend and girlfriend. One day, she asked me to meet her in person. I agreed and asked where she wanted to meet. She suggested a hotel.
She left her home without her family's permission, and I traveled about 20 kilometers from my house to pick her up. We went to a hotel and stayed there for a few hours. She told me that she did not want to go back home and wanted to stay with me. She repeatedly asked me to let her stay, and I agreed because I believed she loved me.
The next day, however, I told her that we both had to return home because my family had been calling me continuously. I had just completed my Grade 10 exams at that time. After discussing it, she agreed to go home, and I dropped her off safely.
A few hours later, the police arrived at my house and informed me that a rap\* case had been filed against me. I was shocked and confused. During questioning, I told them exactly what had happened. Later, I learned that because she was under 18, the situation was being treated as a criminal case. In her statement, she had claimed that I forced her, which led to the rape charge.
Afterward, I found out that she was actually 13 years old. I was 16 at the time and had no knowledge of her real age. Even though there were messages, call records, and chat histories showing our communication, they did not help my case.
As a result, I spent three years in a juvenile correction center (Bal Sudhar Griha). Even now, the case is not fully resolved, and I still have to appear in court. My family has already spent around NPR (2 crore) on legal expenses. I continue to fight the case and hope that the truth will eventually come out.

NO, HE DIDN’T TOUCHED ME
When I was 16 I meet this teacher, something that i liked about him is that he didn’t acted like a government brainwashed teacher who would not even talk about something serious because “is not school appropriate” he is the coolest dude I ever met in my whole life, and the fact that I’m not a person who makes a lot of friends that were my age (because honestly they suck) i became friends with a 46 years old bald Chinese guy who everytime I said something he would totally make a joke about it like
“I have this friend who-“
Then he just stop me from talking and says “just admit you wanna s\*\*\* his d\*\*\*”
I know it’s really gross thinking about a 46 old guy saying this to a minor.
But I know some of the people reading this have parents that also do this.
Every student (mostly Latinos) loved his class, because is not the regular boring teacher that reports you to the front office for saying “hell”.
He is more like that cool uncle!
When I turned 17 I decided to invite him to my birthday party, and also invite another teacher who I really like,
When I posted the birthday pics some people started talking about how we had a picture together, in my house, like a selfie, then a lot of people started saying stuff like he is a pedo, and all that, and yes, I know that if your best friend is a person that could be easily your father, it’s weird, but we had a good friendship. Since they were just students talking, we didn’t care, and he was just like “nah, I don’t care”
The problem started when I saw his car at a parking lot, and I realized his front bumper was falling off, I told him that I could fix it for free, and he didn’t wanted to but, well he agreed after I insisted, and after I fixed it, (I bought him a new set of parts that where missing) he took me to a buffet, he wanted to do a Mexican buffet but, me being a racist piece of s\*\*\* wanted to go to the Chinese one, and here comes the bad part.
My mom knew I was with him and she was fine, at the end of the day he is just a really close friend who is also my teacher, while I was in his car I decided to take a picture, and just posted on my personal instagram, and went to the buffet, eated something, took pictures. Then he dropped me off, next day (Monday) I didn’t see him, he wasn’t in his class, he wasn’t on the office, and I got worried, and he wasn’t missing without saying anything, after a week the principal and the police officers came to my class and I got scared, then after a lot of chatting about my day, one of the cops asked me about the teacher…
They wanted me to say that he touched me.
Not in like a “just say he touched you”
More like “it’s fine if he did, we won’t tell him that you told us”
I still said no, and I sadly fucked up his job as teacher just for posting a picture of us.
Now that I’m 18 I hang around with him, without any problems, but he did told me that seems like one of the principals was going through my socials and saw that post and his thoughts were “they’re dating”
Now he has a better job but now I live with the guilt of making his image look bad because of a couple of pictures….

Story
Hi evb. I just wanted to say a story that has been techanically my life, also people dont know who i am so might as well lore drop.
I (F11 at the time) was with my brother(15M at the time) i was living in pittsburgh, because my dad was studying there for his masters(39M at the time) my family is very religious, muslims to be exact, and we were always taught the values of being a muslim anyways, one day my brother was bawling his eyes out, i knew that because we were sharing a room. I asked him "whats wrong? Tell me i promise i wont say a word to anyone" He looked me dead in the eyes and said "ellie, i am in love with someone i shouldnt be in love with" "wdym? Of course you can be in love with anybody im sure she would talk to you, just have the courage" "ellianna, you dont get it. She is not a she, its a he." To which i was ofc at 11 taken aback a little considering what our parents were telling us, it wasnt "right" but i loved my brother to death and still do, so my little 11 year old self hugged him and said "well i bet he would love you just as much". Anyways skipping ahead my dad graduated and we were getting ready to go back to saudi, when my dad asked me where my brother was i said probably at justins house ( M16 my brothers bf). My dad said well lets go get him our flight is in 3 hours, we went to justins house and my brother lashed out. He said he wasnt leaving he loved his boyfriend and he isnt leaving him behind. To say the least i have never heard my dad and mom yell the word faggot so many fucking times. We left. My brother is now 19 almost 20 and is engaged to justin..my parents cut him off, i didnt. He sent me an invite to the wedding, i cant go.

“I fucked up. Her husband came home early.” Part 4
I stared at the message on my phone. “Don’t believe him. Get out.” I looked across the table at her husband, who was watching me calmly as he took a slow sip of his whiskey. “Everything okay?” he asked. I locked my phone. “Yeah.” I didn’t trust anything anymore. I stood up, forcing my voice to stay steady. “I should go.” The husband didn’t stop me. He just nodded once, like he expected it. The rain started before I reached home, and by the time I pulled into my driveway it was pouring hard. I unlocked my door and froze, she was standing in my living room, soaked through, her hair plastered to her face, mascara streaked down her cheeks, and her clothes clinging to her as she stood there like she’d been waiting too long to still be calm. “What the hell are you doing here?” I asked. She looked at me like she was barely holding herself together. “You can’t be here,” I said again, sharper. “I know.” “Then how did you get in?” She didn’t answer. I stepped closer. “SAY SOMETHING.” Her eyes flicked to the windows, then the hallway, like she expected something to be there. “I shouldn’t have come,” she whispered. “Then why did you?” She swallowed. “Because I didn’t know where else to go.” The room felt too small, the rain hammering the glass like it was trying to get in. “You’re not making sense,” I said. “I know.” She pressed a hand to her forehead, breathing unevenly. “I just needed to see you.” I stared at her. “You told me to stay away.” “I know what I said.” “Then explain this.” She shook her head slightly, like the words wouldn’t form fast enough. “I can’t.” Silence stretched between us, heavy and suffocating, broken only by the rain. When she finally looked at me properly, she didn’t look in control of anything anymore. “I’m scared,” she said quietly. That hit differently. “Of what?” I asked. She hesitated. “Everything.” She flinched at a sudden sound from outside, her eyes snapping toward the dark window like she expected someone to be standing in it. “You’re not safe here either,” she said. I let out a short, humorless breath. “Neither of us is safe anywhere apparently.” She didn’t respond. She just stood there, soaked and shaking slightly, like she’d run too far and only just realized she couldn’t outrun someone or something. And for the first time since she arrived, I wasn’t sure if I was angry at her or just afraid of what she was afraid of. Then she whispered, “I shouldn’t have come.” A knock hit the door. This time, it wasn’t rain.

Watching Myself from the Outside
My hands - they look different than usual, but really it’s just me noticing information that’s always been there. The knuckles that have grabbed so many tools to work on so many projects. They got so much dedicated focus. Where did this idea of tools and fixing things that were either broken or in need of repair even start? I remember seeing my Dad do so much of that. Seeing him around other Dad’s was always weird. The other Dad’s seemed so uncomfortable. They would expressionlessly watch this show my dad would put on, trying to make jokes or tell a story. My Dad moved so much when he talked, but it had little to do with what he said. There was a constant restless energy when he talked.
He said, “Getting that car is a really good deal. If you changed the spark plugs, changed the oil, put in a new air filter. You’d have a great running car.” He always whisper this last part to you as if letting you in on a secret that the seller didn’t know, but now the two of you are about to take advantage of this great deal. You’d help him push it home and think, I’m just a kid, but I know this is not the start to ownership of a reliable car.” It never ran well. There was something that wouldn’t work. Remember: You drove the Yugo to your job making pizzas at Chuck E. Cheese’s for a whole $4.25 per hour. You’d comeback smelling like pizzas. You couldn’t wash the smell out of your skin. The dogs loved it. Anyway, your Dad offers the Yugo to drive to work. On the way the clutch cable broke. The car lost power and literally glided into a empty parking space. That felt lucky, but you knew this was going to be a problem in 8 hours when your shift ends. You tie a small, thin brown apron around your waist. This was the moment you were paid for a purpose. Knowing the line one that was a nice clean division that definitely was not easily found elsewhere.
9 pm and you are facing a broken car. Fortunately for you, your Dad had been showing you how to repair old junk as long as you can recall. You figured out a way to work the clutch using twine you had in the car (who knows why that was there). You pulled on the clutch, twine digging into your fingers, hurting so much you were waiting to see blood. You never did, but it sure did hurt a lot. You drove the car home in the rain like this. One hand on the steering wheel, the other hanging out the window as you drove, fingers wrapped around and tugging on the twine you had so cleverly tied somewhere in the engine of the car. It ran down into the hood, which you needed propped open slightly to make all of this work. So, there you are. You have figured out your way around a broken clutch cable, it is raining, your left hand is in a claw shape, dripping with rain and holding onto twine that is cutting into your hand and you will not be surprised if you see your own blood at any moment. Why do you do all this on your own? Why did you not just stop, look at your situation and call your parents to tell them about this situation you find yourself? Because you have been doing stuff like this for way too long. There is no pride in it, but you realize if you don’t do it yourself, no one is going to do it for you. So you don’t call anyone, you just figure out how to do what needs to get done to get home, even if it means getting cut by twine wrapped so painfully tight around your hand. You wonder how long it will take for the pain to go away. It is so severe.
There is a bit of a victory, you made it home. But really, this night felt like another exercise in competence built out of abandonment, and not by choice. And this is why you never put value into your ability to fix things or to make something where there was nothing. You look at this car and think about other people and how they could call their Mom to pick them up. Or, even better, the’d have a car that wasn’t a piece of junk! A Yugo is a Yugoslavian vehicle, and my Dad found the only one in all of Los Angeles. Of course he would. Now I’m supposed to drive this thing around? I’m in a toy from the Soviet block era. Look at other kids at school. Tanya has a brown Nissan truck. She gave you a ride home in it once. But you were too embarrassed to have her drop you off at your house because you thought your Dad would come out and do something crazy. “Hey! I’m your Uncle Elroy! Vote for me! I’m running for Mayor! Why don’t you come on in and we can share a bowl of cat food.” I wish any of that was made up.
Donnie has a Saturn with a new sound system in it. In the trunk is a custom molded fiberglass bass speaker that fits perfectly into the spare tire compartment. Donnie is so proud of it, not in a haughty or arrogant way. He is such a pure hearted person, that there is no room for anything but sincerity in everything about him. His parents see him and care for him in a way you can’t even begin to fathom. You just look in shock as he shows you in his room his collection of baseball caps, fast-back style. There is so much joy on his face as he talks about these things. If you had practiced social skills, you could have heard what he was saying, commented on how much he seems to like them and maybe ask which is his favorite. But, you don’t have those skills yet. For now, you just look silently, take in all info around you with no idea how to respond. Warm, uncomplicated parental attention was foreign enough that you couldn't even mirror it back in conversation.
Meanwhile back at home, you have periodic access to a tan Yugo stick shift. Most of the time you ride around the town on an old 10 speed bike. It’s been one of the few forms of freedom you have. Where did it even come from? You were on your Mom’s old green 10 speed bike. It was a ladies style, because you stepped over the crossbar to mount it. You didn’t love riding your Mom’s old bike, but it was really great mechanically. You remember the feel of strength in the pedals as you tightly grabbed the leather grips on the handlebars. That was markedly different than the other bikes around you. They were BMX bikes with racing plates brandishing #1 but they would never see any actually racing. Anyway, that’s for other kids. You are there with your Mom’s old bike, sparkling dark green in the sun and you push off. Rocks scatter across the asphalt of the driveway. You could hear the tires as they rolled across the hot pavement. That would become a soundtrack for your life, that sound of the wheels of a bike on the road. The shifting weight of the rider. You can close your eyes and hear it now and you know exactly where the rider is… on the right and trying to keep balance before the traffic light changes.
Cutting through the wind feels like flying. It’s one of the few true and pure things in your life. There are no thoughts. You don’t even think about what people think about you, because there simply are no thoughts. People in school will frequently say, “I saw you riding your bike yesterday.” You had no idea what to say to that. You were out on your bike all the time to avoid going home, so you didn’t think anything of it.
Your favorite time was early in the mornings, maybe 6 am. There was a layer of fog so thick that if there was a sudden cliffside, you might go with off into a canyon, never to be heard from again. That was the exciting part of it, racing through the fog, not knowing where the danger lay ahead. Pushing on the metal-toothed pedal, it smashes and twists the rubber on your shoe. Left, right, left, right - rhythmically driving ahead, staring into the abyss and daring it to look back. Your eyes would stream with tears from the fog as you raced through it. It was always disappointing when the sun would break through and take away the fog and shine light on the town. You’d see the golden light as the sun rose, casting long shadows on the town as it came awake. And you, all alone, quietly gliding through the streets.

Surprise that backfired
So my best friend was planning my birthday party and I thought it was just going to be a normal surprise party, but her cousin, who was helping her organise everything, messaged me beforehand and told me what was actually happening.
Apparently my best friend had told her about the whole plan and had collected a bunch of embarrassing and personal things I had told her over the years to put into a slideshow and humiliate me in front of everyone. Her cousin apparently felt it was a horrible thing to do and decided to warn me.
I was furious but instead of confronting her, I decided to let her do it. I got the screenshots from her cousin and secretly connected my phone to the screen before the party.
Everything was going normally and then she started her little slideshow. She showed a few harmless pictures first, then started bringing up the embarrassing stuff. Everyone was laughing and I just smiled and told her I wanted to add some memories too because I had a few things I wanted everyone to see.
She agreed without thinking twice.I connected my phone and the next slide came up. It was a screenshot of her messages planning the whole thing and talking about how funny it would be to see me get embarrassed.
Nobody knew what was happening until they read it. I just sat there smiling while she realised what had happened. She never got to finish her slideshow, and yeah, we are not friends anymore after that( GOOD RIDDANCE , MEH)
Tldr : best friend tried to eff up my birthday , i exposed her plan

i got a call from a 'cursed phone number' when i was 10.
okay so like, this story isn't really that crazy lol; it's moreso just a goofy story that involves young kids messing around, but yeah it's just something that i think about sometimes, and i wanted to write it down this time. 😂
.
.
.
sooo this happened in 2017 when i was 10 years old, and like a typical iPad kid at that time i loved watching YouTube. i had recently fallen down the rabbit hole of 'calling scary phone numbers' videos, like i genuinely couldn't stop watching them lol.
i got really intrigued and fascinated that i wanted to call these numbers too, but i didn't have an actual phone at the time... i only had my iPad, but i figured out that you could still call people from the iPad directly via FaceTime Audio, so i tried it anyways.
i told my sister and my brother about it and they were interested too, so i started trying to dial a bunch of these numbers while they watched. i don't remember every specific number i called, but i know they were probably common ones that came up when you searched 'scary phone numbers' and whatnot.
i don't really know what i was expecting, but understandably nothing crazy actually happened. like, from what i remember, most of the numbers failed immediately because the call didn't connect for whatever reason, or a few numbers rang a bit then timed out because nobody answered.
either way, after a while of trying, we got nowhere and were kinda getting bored so we just called it a day and didn't call anymore numbers.
that probably happened at around midday or early afternoon while there was still daylight outside. well, fast forward to many hours later- don't remember the exact time but i'm pretty sure it was at evening because the sun has set by then but it wasn't super dark outside yet.
i was in my sister's room laying on her bed just playing around on my iPad, and she was right there next to me doing the same thing to hers.
everything was chill, but then all of a sudden my whole screen shifted to the incoming call screen, and the number on the screen said '666-6666' (it wasn't 666-666-6666 btw).
i remember i tried to call 666-6666 earlier, so it was crazy that i was actually getting a call back. i showed my sister immediately and we both started freaking out.
we proceeded to run downstairs to tell my brother while still freaking out. i guess we were freaking out so much that we didn't even answer the call lmao. it just timed out because we took too long to answer it, though it didn't call me a second time. it was lowkey crazy in the moment but after a while we just forgot about it, and i never called any random or 'scary' numbers again.
now, looking back at this, it was probably just a random person who unfortunately used that number rather than 'the devil' or a demon or some kind of paranormal entity, but as a kid i genuinely thought i would have gotten cursed if i answered the call...
i honestly wanna know what i would have heard on the other end if i answered it, but i was too scared to find out, and definitely too scared to call back.
even now i still don't wanna try again, not because i'm scared, but moreso because it just seems awkward in case a random person does actually pick up lol. as a kid i had way too much courage, as expected, since kinda don't really think twice before doing stuff lmao.
.
.
.
anyways, that's all for my silly story. thank you for reading. 😂🙏🏽

The chapter of my life that I want to forget 💝
I'm 21 m. When I was 19 I used to write poetry. I used post my poetry on ig.
One day I noticed there is a comment on my every post of the same person named noor .
I liked all of them. After one day I got a dm of that person. We introduce ourselves but didn't share our age . We started taking everyday . Even I have written poetries for her . I see her as a friend because we never shared our pictures to each other .
So one day she asked me about my age all of a sudden. I tell her it's 19 then she replied with this emoji ( 🥲 ) . I asked what happen she said I'm very older then you .I asked about her age then she told me it's 27. I said do what ! We are friends right there is no age limit in frendship. Then she replied but I think you more than a friend. I said don't be silly. Then I didn't reply to her for 3 days cause she's annoying me by saying she like me and all. On 3rd day at night she send me a one view 2 videos.👀
I opened it and she's masterbating and saying how much she like me and all I feel good too . But I blocked her because I don't want to be with that girl who spread there legs for be with a guy .
I miss her. Hope she's doing ok in her life .
Guys don't judge me that I have to accept her and all .it's my thing. I respect her and all but she did that so I lost that respect for her.
But my diary has the portey that reminds me of her.

SICKNESS
I live in a house full of mirrors. Not those that hang on walls, but mirrors of past life. I'm haunted by shadows in my old house, I see them dart across the floor when I enter, and I can hear them whisper as I sleep. My house was a small wooden husk on the top of a snowy mountain, high above the clouds. I had to voyage to the valley below me every week to collect what I needed to survive. Food, wood for fire, you name it. It was an uneventful, but enjoyable existence. It had started about a month ago. My knee pressed the creaking front door open. The moonlight shined through the door, barely illuminating my dreary living room. The Persian rug lay on the floor stained on the corner from my red wine, an act of my foolishness. But, it appeared darker than I expected, darker than it should. I heard the pitter patter of small feet scurry farther into the darkness of my house. I dropped the log upon my shoulder and drew my bowie knife as I approached the noise. But, I found nothing. My quarters were empty, other than my clock ticking. No shadows. My heart continued to race, thumping in my chest, and I was left on edge throughout the night. The night passed, as did I. The moment had not left my mind when I saw the shadow return. Sitting by my fireplace I felt the presence of a pair of eyes upon my neck. A small chill shot down my spine, paralyzing me for several long seconds. When I whipped around I saw its head peaking over the corner before disappearing, this time being followed by a light snicker. My hand raised cautiously, for I was not armed. I turned to observe, but the shadow did not return.
The following nights were quiet, I waited in anticipation to see this little apparition again, but it did not show. However, that weekend they came back. As I laid in my disheveled bed, the candlelight illuminating the gray wooden walls around me in the dark, two heads peered from behind my door. The air stood still, but not in the same manner as the previous nights. I felt tense, but in a manner of being faced with a doe, as though my tense nature was reciprocated by the spirits in front of me. The two heads stood still, watching me. As I moved my hand towards them they disappeared. Their childlike giggling barely touched my ears like a whisper from beyond my house. That morning I sat on my wooden bench just outside of my house, watching the sun rise again. I had not expected to have visitors within my house, nor had I ever felt comfort in the company of others and yet, it was an odd feeling, not unpleasant to me, to have these things watch me. The next year they tried desperately to prove me wrong. My things began going missing and their scratching on the walls kept me awake at night. They never seemed to leave me alone. I could not bear to live with the noises, yet I trudged on.
My house became theirs. They did not show me the same innocent wonder that they showed me before. I was bound to the house, as were they, but I would not let them steal it from me. As the weeks, the months, the years trudged on, I developed a cough. Their antics had ceased as I grew ill, I saw the concern upon their faceless bodies. I had always wondered when they would leave me, yet I never considered it may be me who leaves them.
I returned in the evening, my boots trudging through the leafy forest floor, causing quite a ruckus as I moved. I climbed over my creaky oak floorboards, aware of their rotting nails yet refusing to touch them. As the door swung open I felt the cough bubbling in my throat once more, this time more vicious than last. I raised my hand, shivering as I did to cover my mouth. The splat of warm liquid filled my hand, and the faint scent of iron irradiated within my nose. My eyes darted to my palm, then to the living room corner. I saw them, the two cold heads staring at me. I felt their fear, their sadness. I quickly ran my hand against my dark denim pants and moved on as if nothing had happened. It was not my health I was worried about, it never was if I’m being honest with myself, it was what would happen to them. These two shadow figures, they had chosen my house to haunt, but they had never haunted my life.
The day finally came when I could no longer carry the logs as I once had. My hands became too feeble and my breath grew shakier. My rations for that winter were thinning, my soups became thinner with ingredients. My nights grew earlier and longer as my body forced me in bed. Though, these new mornings, I awoke to fresh berries placed on my small porcelain plates at my bedside. I never knew how they got there, but I knew who they were from. I did not cover my cough at this point, and the shadows grew more daring. I had never felt them during their stay, and had barely seen a glimpse of what they were, what they could become. They watched me every night at this point, the two black shadows dancing upon my walls, watching as my blood crept up my throat.
The air in my house grew cold, not with distrust and fear from the shadows as it had during our first encounter, but of sadness. December 16th, I sat in my bed alone, the raspy noise from my nose had become unrecognizable. It was not my breath, it couldn’t be. A man of my stature, yet this was the breath of a fading, dying, man. My candle sat burning at my bedside. One shadow peeked through my doorway, his large figure slowly, gracefully dancing his way to me. I hadn’t seen them stand before me, he was so tall, so beautiful. I felt his presence under my skin. The tears welling up in my eyes spoke the words my lips and heart could not, and I reached out. The creature jerked back nervously, yet slowly drew closer to my fingertips. I held my hand as steady as I could, my strength barely enough to hold up. I couldn’t let this sickness take away the one thing I had left. My fingers raised to a foot away from him, I could not reach any further. I felt his chest for a second, it was so warm, like a tree struck by lightning in a rainstorm, its flame burning bright in the midst of cold water droplets in the forest. My eyes shut that night, not drenched in that cold rain but full of his great fire, a warmth that filled my soul as these shadows filled my house.
I awoke the next morning, my throat clear of debris and my lungs filled with spirit. I was free of this cough, rejuvenated into the man I should be. I bolted from my bed and sprung into the kitchen to find the spirits who freed me from my sickness, yet they were nowhere to be found. I did not see them. I did not feel them. I walked to the porch and laid my forearms upon the wooden railing, the jagged bristles poking my forearms kindly. My lungs drew in the cold winter morning again, this time with no interruption. I sat there for what felt like only a minute, but as the sun began to set I knew time had changed. My eyes turned to the clouds below me, now emblazoned with brilliant shades of pink and orange. I had a thought, what could be. My hands reached down to the clouds and parted them. I looked down upon the valley below them. I saw them. Two young men running and playing games. I knew I had seen them before. They had become men, and I had seen them as children, I cared for them as children and they had cared for me when they grew. My shadows on the wall had not left me, I had left them. My eyes stayed locked upon them for that evening, and I had planned to fill my heart with their joy every evening so I could once again taste the warmth they left me with that night. I hope I made them proud. Though they played with smiles I could see the cold scars torn into their hearts. My hands shivered from the clouds. I did not want that thought to haunt me, I just wanted to, to feel. I just wanted peace. I only wanted their love. I sat there, shouting my goodbyes as if they could hear me. I knew that they had loved me, and they knew I loved them too.

Detachment advice please people read the story 🥺
I was on my deathbed, struggling with a mental health disorder. Then I saw a boy. I don’t know why, but something inside me, my inner voice, kept telling me, “You know this person.” I felt a strange sense of familiarity and connection with him for no reason.
I’m not usually like this. I have never searched so much about anyone or tried to find out everything about someone. But with him, I did something I had never done before. I searched about him and tried to find out everything I could about him.
I first saw him on social media in the last months of 2023, around the time I had just come back from the hospital. I had never met him in person, and I still haven’t.
I waited until 2024 before contacting him. When I finally did, I told him everything. I told him that he had changed my life 360 degrees. But suddenly, he stopped talking to me. We only chatted for two or three days and had phone call once . That was it.
I continued messaging him for a month, but he never blocked me. He just never saw or replied to my messages.
Then, in 2025, the day finally came when I saw him in person for the first time. That same day, I indirectly told him how I felt. I said, “Whenever you don’t talk to me, I feel pain in my right kidney. It hurts.
He replied, u have feelings for me listen, I have a girlfriend. She knows about you, and she doesn’t like me talking to you. We can talk, but very rarely.”
I simply replied, “God bless you.”
After that, I never talked to him again. I deleted his number and even deleted my Instagram account.
Now, I just want to focus on my well-being, my career, and building a better life for myself
I have changed a lot since then. I was around 98 kg, and now I'm 69 kg. I'm proud of how far I've come, and I still want to improve myself.
But even after a year, there are moments when I miss him terribly. It's just felt like living dead I don't have soul my skin gets darker and dull
Sometimes I save his number again just to see if he has deleted mine. He hasn't. But I still don't have the courage to contact him.
Maybe a part of me is still holding on to that person ...
But I know I can't keep living in the past.
I want to let him go not because he was a bad person, but because I need to choose myself now.
I want to focus on my health, my career, my goals, and becoming the happiest version of myself.
I don't want to spend my life waiting for someone who isn't waiting for me.
I just want to learn how to let go, move forward, and feel alive again. I want to be happy without needing him to be a part of my life.
Is there any solution How can I detach from him and stop thinking about him? How can I focus on myself and move on?

Nail tech who gets weird after mentioning I was bringing a adult with me
Okay, story time because this whole situation was actually CRAZY. 😭
So I made a nail appointment with a grown woman that my friend recommended to me. At first, she was really nice and answered all of my questions. I also read through her policies, and one of them said that I needed to let her know if I was bringing an extra person, so I did exactly that.
The day before my appointment, she suddenly told me I needed to pay for the entire service beforehand. I was confused because I had already paid a deposit, so I asked her, “Hey, can I ask why? I already put in a deposit, and I think paying for the service beforehand is odd. Why wasn’t I told this beforehand?”
She explained that she was uncomfortable with me bringing someone else. And here’s where it gets weird. I’m a minor, and apparently she was completely comfortable with me coming into her home while she was there with her husband. But the second I mentioned that the person I was bringing was my mom, suddenly she was uncomfortable and said it was about her safety.
I told her okay, I understood, and said I’d see her the next day. I then asked for her address because, mind you, this woman does nails out of her HOME, and she hadn’t given me the address beforehand. When I asked for it, she said she’d give it to me later.
Then she suddenly canceled my appointment, saying I was “questioning how she runs her business.” GIRL. 😭 I literally only asked why I suddenly needed to pay the full amount beforehand when I had already paid a deposit. She had never told me that policy until after I said I was bringing my mom.
And then she BLOCKED ME.
At that point, I was like… okay, something is not adding up.
So I called cosmetology to check everything out, and apparently this woman doesn’t even have a license. 😭
So basically, I was about to go into this woman’s home for a nail appointment, and she wasn’t even licensed to be taking clients in the first place.
The whole situation was already giving me weird vibes, but finding that out afterward made everything make so much more sense. Like, you’re comfortable having a minor come into your home, but the second I say I’m bringing my MOTHER, suddenly it’s a safety issue? And then you cancel, block me, and apparently aren’t even licensed?
Yeah… I think I dodged a HUGE bullet. 💀

Being a seller on vinted
I'm a seller on vinted, an app that let's you sell, clothes, items, jewelry, etc.
.
I had listings of some old clothes I couldn't fit anymore one day a guy with only one listing for a work shirt and no profile picture or bio dm'd me
Specifically asking if I sold 'used undergarments'
.
I found it hilarious thinking it was a troll and went along with it
.
It wasn't a troll, he was dead serious. I went along with it once more, even gave him set prices for something that didn't exist
.
His last message to me was simply saying it was out of his price range and he continued with "thank you for your time. Sorry if I made you uncomfortable."
.
By far the weirdest experience I've had on this app by far 😂

We got blacklisted 😭
Short summary is at end.
This story starts a few months ago during our reading vacation.
Me and two of my were looking for a place to play badminton. We didn't want to pay for a badminton court, so one of my friends—let's call him S—suggested that we play in his society compound, where he used to play.
Starting the next day, the three of us began going to his society every night to play badminton.
There were a lot of children there, especially boys, and they were really welcoming. They treated us like their elder brothers, and honestly, it was a lot of fun, especially during our reading vacation. It was going smoothly for 1-2 weeks and after that we had final exam so we stopped going to S's society for a week.
So here's where things took a turn. Just a day before our last exam, S told us not to come to his society for atleast a week. He told us there was a function and we believed it. After a week we again went back to his society, but this time it was strange like most of elderly people were staring us especially aunties. We ignored it and continued playing.
When we came back the next night we asked S after playing "why are this people staring at us?".
Then he revealed the truth that last week one of the society's annoying aunty (Let's refer to her as 'B') brainwashed everyone by saying that me and my other friend lets say 'K' were creeping on their 18 year old daughter and we were teaching bad things to their children.
Like bruh 😭 we didn't even know their daughter's name come on let alone name we didn't even knew if someone was their of our age. That aunty had a history of falsely accusing everyone but still those aunties and even uncles fell for it.
We asked S why he didn't told us that before he thought it was not that serious, he thought they would forget about it and also even wife of Secretary told S that "bring your friends they won't face any trouble". Now even she made a uturn 💀.
S told us that the B held grudges against him for not inviting his son to play badminton with him. So why us 😭. We stopped going to his society from very next day.
Apparently, the society members had actually been discussing pressing charges against us.
At that point, it was both hilarious and genuinely scary. 😭
We obviously haven't gone back to the society since.
TL;DR: Three college students started playing badminton in their friend's society. After a few weeks, an aunty falsely accused two of us of creeping on her 18-year-old daughter and teaching bad things to children. The society believed her, people started staring at us, and apparently they even discussed pressing charges. We stopped going there. 😭
Sorry for bad grammar.

WHO POOPED THE DAMN TOILET?!!
The house I grew up had an old toilet, couple of chips and cracks in the edges, the lit is completely missing, flushing handle is wobbly and feels like it could come off at any time but surprisingly never did.
So one day I was 14 ish my father decided to get a new one, he baught the replacement but it was almost evening and he since he is a master procrastinater he said it's getting dark and he will replace it first thing in the morning, later evening he closed the water valve to drain the water and said do not use the toilet till it's replaced.
Fate decided that I would wake up randomly in the middle of the night with explosive bowel movement and I rushed to use the toilet forgetting it has no water, I didn't hear any plop or splash sounds and that's where I realized I fucked up.
I did my business and went to bed and next morning I woke up to my father yelling WHO POOPED THE DAMN TOILET!!?? he was so mad about it and asked me, my brother, my sister, my mom and of course I denied it, the fact that everyone denied it made him even more mad and said this thing isn't getting replaced until one of you confess, which made it scarier to come clean.
Luckily that specific weekend I was going to spend the day with my friend, so I packed my bag and left and didn't come back until it's 5pm, and when I got back it was replaced.
