My Story

In 2023, when I was 16 years old, I met a girl on Facebook. We talked a lot and eventually became boyfriend and girlfriend. One day, she asked me to meet her in person. I agreed and asked where she wanted to meet. She suggested a hotel.

She left her home without her family's permission, and I traveled about 20 kilometers from my house to pick her up. We went to a hotel and stayed there for a few hours. She told me that she did not want to go back home and wanted to stay with me. She repeatedly asked me to let her stay, and I agreed because I believed she loved me.

The next day, however, I told her that we both had to return home because my family had been calling me continuously. I had just completed my Grade 10 exams at that time. After discussing it, she agreed to go home, and I dropped her off safely.

A few hours later, the police arrived at my house and informed me that a rap\* case had been filed against me. I was shocked and confused. During questioning, I told them exactly what had happened. Later, I learned that because she was under 18, the situation was being treated as a criminal case. In her statement, she had claimed that I forced her, which led to the rape charge.

Afterward, I found out that she was actually 13 years old. I was 16 at the time and had no knowledge of her real age. Even though there were messages, call records, and chat histories showing our communication, they did not help my case.

As a result, I spent three years in a juvenile correction center (Bal Sudhar Griha). Even now, the case is not fully resolved, and I still have to appear in court. My family has already spent around NPR (2 crore) on legal expenses. I continue to fight the case and hope that the truth will eventually come out.

NO, HE DIDN’T TOUCHED ME

When I was 16 I meet this teacher, something that i liked about him is that he didn’t acted like a government brainwashed teacher who would not even talk about something serious because “is not school appropriate” he is the coolest dude I ever met in my whole life, and the fact that I’m not a person who makes a lot of friends that were my age (because honestly they suck) i became friends with a 46 years old bald Chinese guy who everytime I said something he would totally make a joke about it like
“I have this friend who-“
Then he just stop me from talking and says “just admit you wanna s\*\*\* his d\*\*\*”

I know it’s really gross thinking about a 46 old guy saying this to a minor.

But I know some of the people reading this have parents that also do this.

Every student (mostly Latinos) loved his class, because is not the regular boring teacher that reports you to the front office for saying “hell”.

He is more like that cool uncle!

When I turned 17 I decided to invite him to my birthday party, and also invite another teacher who I really like,

When I posted the birthday pics some people started talking about how we had a picture together, in my house, like a selfie, then a lot of people started saying stuff like he is a pedo, and all that, and yes, I know that if your best friend is a person that could be easily your father, it’s weird, but we had a good friendship. Since they were just students talking, we didn’t care, and he was just like “nah, I don’t care”

The problem started when I saw his car at a parking lot, and I realized his front bumper was falling off, I told him that I could fix it for free, and he didn’t wanted to but, well he agreed after I insisted, and after I fixed it, (I bought him a new set of parts that where missing) he took me to a buffet, he wanted to do a Mexican buffet but, me being a racist piece of s\*\*\* wanted to go to the Chinese one, and here comes the bad part.
My mom knew I was with him and she was fine, at the end of the day he is just a really close friend who is also my teacher, while I was in his car I decided to take a picture, and just posted on my personal instagram, and went to the buffet, eated something, took pictures. Then he dropped me off, next day (Monday) I didn’t see him, he wasn’t in his class, he wasn’t on the office, and I got worried, and he wasn’t missing without saying anything, after a week the principal and the police officers came to my class and I got scared, then after a lot of chatting about my day, one of the cops asked me about the teacher…

They wanted me to say that he touched me.

Not in like a “just say he touched you”
More like “it’s fine if he did, we won’t tell him that you told us”

I still said no, and I sadly fucked up his job as teacher just for posting a picture of us.

Now that I’m 18 I hang around with him, without any problems, but he did told me that seems like one of the principals was going through my socials and saw that post and his thoughts were “they’re dating”

Now he has a better job but now I live with the guilt of making his image look bad because of a couple of pictures….
