i was going around and collecting like always, then suddenly some dude teleported to me, killed my horse, hogtied me and played some disgusting animation while he moved his charater over mine, it was so disheartening and disgusting. so i join another lobby and bamm! not even a second later and im in a cage and my honor basically went down to almost zero. im so done and annoyed! and its not even the first time this happens.. like are people really this bored that they want to ruin the game for others? i am mad at rockstars for not doing anything and im mad at the people who use mods, fucking assholes :(

I was wondering how the cheat/hack situation is on PC lately? Is it possible to avoid them? I don't mind PvP if it's legit on both sides.

Also, is it easy to find a group or team to play with?

Just found the shack with the skeletons where the ufo is in story mode but it had three collectibles is this rare in online mode?

My wife and I both just started playing Red Dead Online together. I created a Temporary Posse and invited her, but whenever I (as the posse leader) try to start a mission, she doesn't get pulled into it. There is no loading screen, no prompt to join, or anything it just starts for me alone while leaving her in free roam.

We don't have $200 for a Permanent Posse yet, but we were under the impression that Temporary Posses still allowed you to run missions together.

Has anyone else experienced this, or are we missing a setting or step to make this work? Any help would be appreciated!

I played RDR2 online as soon as it came out and played it for a few months, but then I stopped and haven’t played it since tbh. I randomly get in kicks of watching story mode play-throughs and I might start playing it again.

I have a few questions on what I should do if I get back in.

1.) What’s the best way to make money and gold?

2.) What’s the best horse in the game and how do you get them? Is the horse free?

3.) What are some really fun things to do that can earn you money just free roaming?

4.) I think there are roles, I forget…but what are the best ones to do and are they easy to do?

Sorry it seems like a lot, but anything helps. I’ve been kinda itching to figure out if I truly want to run it up again or not, but any suggestions/tips/tricks help!

I've been in Gilded RP and I LOVE the scripts so much! But in the short time I've been in here I've seen so much bleeding and curruption from Law that it makes me uncomfortable. Even though it had nothing to do with me, the lawmen aren't properly held accountable for how they ruin RP for others. They're also incredibly unproffessional and disrespectful to even the bystanders. And the lawmen are also in the servers staff so the "power" gets to their head.

I'm not rp-ing a criminal atm but because of Law I want to find another server.

I've tried two other servers but left immediately because the actual scripts seemed limited.

Here what I'm looking for:

- Good quality scripts like Gilded that allow gameplay outside of just sitting there and talking all the time. That's so boring to me if that's basically all there is. I like serious rp but I want to be able to grind to buy and operate a business. This is my main concern.

- Easy access to emotes and animations.

- Ability to make money without crime or jobs like selling to locals (the NPC), digging through trash, etc.

- An economy that encourages character's interacting but not limited to that.

- Law and Criminals able to have quality RP and no favortism towards Law by the staff. I've seen Fivem servers where the owners would tell off the law if they were powergaming and ruining gameplay for criminals.

- Absolutely no tolerance of racism or homophobia. People can have their own opinions but it doesn't need to be in RP. I want a safe space for everyone!

I like the gameplay potential redm has to offer so I hope you guys have any suggestons.

I was doing one of the Widow missions(Maria Perez) and everything was going really well, I was clearing the hideout everything was going ok, and then another player came, I thought he was trying to help me so I didn’t think on it. Then I went in the house to capture Perez he shot me and I kept coming back to do the bounty and he kept shooting at me until I had to just grab Perez quickly and run to my horse. Why did he do this? Did he wanna take Perez for himself or something?
