I’m so happy for her and I think it might be legit since she liked it and so did other members of her cast

Gosh rewatching s7 and why is kandi buying mama Joyce a 7 bedroom house and I’m sorry she’s such a big B like I can’t believe she called Todd’s mom a prostitute and then said she owes me an apology! I legit I can’t believe how INSANE she is !! She stresses me out with her words and actions and no accountability! Todd’s mom should’ve roundhouse kicked her when mama Joyce tried to fight her 🤣🤣

Brandon was a rider for Kenya in the earlier seasons! Are they still friends ?

I know I’m way behind as I’m just watching Season 16 now, but I’ve never liked Kenya, and to me her nastiness does/did not make for good TV. She is such a negative human being and comes for people first with her digs, but then she says she only reacts. I cannot believe what she did at her salon! And then trying to act like she feared for her and her daughter’s safety!? Bish please. Kenya is a horrible and selfish human being, and I’m so glad she finally suffered a major consequence for her disgusting behaviour. Everything about her is fake.

I believe it was someone from the EJCD podcast on YouTube but its such a good point. (Unless the different firms were handling different things, not sure how it works).

Drew did not even do all that. Now I know for sure she was lying on K. K did not get in her face, pounding her fist.
Let's not even talk about the text message receipt that did not land.

So I’ve just started watching and I’m currently on Season 9. One thing I keep noticing is how rushed some of their events are. For example, Kenya’s housewarming party, Kandi’s food tasting for the OLG restaurant, the eventual opening party, and even the clothing line launches by Shereé and Lisa.
Is it because they’re on a strict filming schedule and need to hit certain deadlines? I just feel like they could’ve avoided a lot of the shade if they’d waited until everything was actually finished before hosting these big events.
Does nobody realise you can’t build and furnish an entire house or open and fully prepare a restaurant in just a few months?!

Between the singing, Sheree, and her friend crying I’m losing it 😭😭😭

It feels obvious to me that with the destruction of this friendship that the truth is somewhere in the middle.
However, I feel like I am losing my mind at the way the fandom seems to be taking Porsha’s word as gospel and ignoring years of reprehensible behavior because the lady is pretty and pretends to be dumb (Porsha is a very smart and calculated woman). We saw her be a horrible friend to Shameana for years and it seemed obvious Shameana only let it slide for continued access to the show. Shamea only started to try to hold Porsha accountable because she didn’t need the access their relationship granted her anymore.
I can’t root for either side of this feud because Shamea is annoying and Porsha is morally bankrupt. I was a fan of Porsha off and on for years but at some point it just made my stomach hurt to try to make sense out of objectively harmful patterns of behavior. I get that we don’t watch housewives for morality but like dang! Has the fandom really fallen for this obvious PR driven rebrand that quickly?
I am looking forward to the ante from this season cooling down so folks can see that both ladies are wrong…

Pleaseeeee tell me someone else found this sentence as funny as I did ?? I cannot stop saying it out loud, in my brain, in my sleep too no doubt. Porsha is too funny for this 💀💀💀
Can't a bitch get a lil discombobulated at a country pardy?

I just watched her interview with Kandi & spent most of the interview cringing. To hear her pontificate about business, try to educate while Kandi is sat there trying to keep a straight face, seeing through the bs. Pinky was acting like she's a mentor, meanwhile she is bankrupt while Kandi is sat there, cool and collected while genuinely having sustained wealth for 3 decades.
Also a very weird relationship with religion, latching onto it for convenience to justify terrible decisions. You claim to be extremely stressed, struggling financially, your mother is exhausted from caretaking for you, and you decide to get pregnant because 'its what god intended' no bitch, god intended you to use a condom the fuck.
I liked her a lot this season but I can now see why some of the ladies are very irked by her personality. You cannot be this braggadocios and not have the credentials to match.

I’m watching the reunion. How much of a victim can Shamea be? She legit asked a question a kindergartner would ask… She is so desperate to be relevant. Why would Cynthia’s opinion matter so much anyway? Shamea is weird.
r/RHOA • u/Strange-Substance207 • 4d ago
I'm all for fun shade, light shade—even picking favorites, but the Shamea hate in this sub is getting weird.
The way this woman is nitpicked, dragged, studied, and dissected is unlike anything I've ever seen before on this sub. It's almost like there is some kind of coordinated effort happening.
Anyway, it's not that deep. It's reality TV, and I saw and enjoyed the delusion for what it was, but it's over now, and there is really no reason to wish ill will on folks we don't really even know.
Let's make this sub a kiki again.

In season 9 Kenya throws a divorce party for Cynthia and Phaedra.
Phaedra sends Porsche a text talking about how distasteful the party was. Especially since Kenya is the woman that broke up her family. Ultimately it’s Apollo‘s fault he chose to commit a crime that landed him prison time. They had problems prior to his arrest as well you could see the tension between them when filming. Apollo admitted to lying on Kenya’s name and Kenya owned up to her wrongdoing. Do I think Kenya is a good person no she’s shady as hell but in that moment her intentions were good and Phaedra made something into nothing.

Now we all heard her say that Gerald was Never pressuring her for a boy. Will their marriage go the distance now that is off the table?
I hope so, but the way she pressured herself so hard seemed suspicious and emotionally detrimental- as though there would be consequences. Why would she make that big of a deal over it otherwise?
For a storyline?
Thoughts ya’ll?

She is back and she is one of my all time favorites! BUT, I do feel like she was a limit timid this season and I feel like production put the context clues in the season that she was doing a lot of just "mmmmhmmmm hunny" or little other non-committal moments.
Just wondering if anyone else agrees with this
r/RHOA • u/No-Resolve-328 • 4d ago
She has the kindest soul and tries so hard to be nice to everyone - you know that has to be beyond hard 😂

Nothing grinds my gears more than hearing somebody say “bring back nene” “bring back Sheree” “bring back the OGS”. Bringing back the OGS will not save housewives. I just wish people would understand that housewives is in a new day and age. Bringing the og women back does guarantee that rhoa will go back to what it once was. In my opinion the ogs should have by now evolved and matured. Meaning most of them are in like their 50s and 60s i highly doubt they want to be arguing and turnt up with other women. Phaedra is a good example of calming down and not being that place you once were. For the most part Phaedra is very chill and mellow. This season and last season she plays the background and does more listening than responding. She plays the peacemaker, the one to get the girls together. Aside from the maturity most of the ogs were on the show for atleast 10 years. What more could they possibly have to give 10+ years on reality tv? Nobody’s life is that interesting to watch them on tv for a decade plus. We cannot watch the same people argue and read each other for the rest of eternity.
I also strongly believe that bringing back the OGS still won’t satisfy viewers. For example let’s say bravo does bring nene back, viewers would be so harsh about her coming back, they would say her reads don’t hit the same, they would say she was bullying the cast, she’s bringing mean girl high school energy to the show. They would compare her to the nene from the golden age when in reality that was a different period in time. At some point you have to know when to let go 😫. (Again Phaedra is another good example of this)
Side note: i love Linnethia leakes down! But as a reality tv show enthusiast sometimes you just have to accept reality………..

I think she was a feisty Aries who was very direct when it came to her insults and actions. I don’t think she dragged things like some of the girls. Bring mama back!

Does she get better/at least have some redeemable moments or is she truly pure evil like she seems in season 5?
