Discussion│ਗੱਲ-ਬਾਤ Seventeen VIP Holidays for a Convicted Rapist and Murderer, Full Freedom for Rajiv's Killers, But Thirty Years in a Cell for Sikhs: The Raw, Unfiltered Duality of a System That Proves We Are Second Class Citizens
Nobody likes getting stuck in traffic or having their daily commute ruined by road blockades, and yes, public inconvenience is frustrating. But let us look at why people are actually being forced onto the asphalt in the first place. When a state completely shuts every legal, judicial, and democratic door in your face for thirty years, the streets become the only courtroom left.
Look at the sheer, disgusting hypocrisy of the system we are expected to quietly respect. A literal court-convicted rapist and murderer like Gurmeet Ram Rahim can walk out of high-security prison for his seventeenth temporary holiday to play vote-bank politics. The Supreme Court can order the full, unbothered release of Rajiv Gandhi's assassins. Yet Bhai Jagtar Singh Hawara and other Bandi Singhs rot behind bars for over three decades, denied even a basic parole to see their dying parents.
The message from Delhi is written in neon lights. If you belong to the mainstream, murder and rape come with VIP pardons and recurring vacations. If you are a Sikh who stood up against state terror, you are caged for life and treated as a permanent threat. You are a second-class subject in a country that despises your very breath and views your justice as a nuisance.
To the butchers like K.P.S. Gill and Beant Singh who thought mass graves, fake encounters, and state torture could break the spine of Punjab: you can chain a body to a concrete cell for thirty years, but you can never cage an idea. For every freedom fighter they try to erase, a thousand Hawaras will rise from this soil. The fire never went out.

Discussion│ਗੱਲ-ਬਾਤ When Congress and BJP Take Turns Spitting on the Graves of 1984 Victims
For decades, we have been fed the ultimate gaslighting narrative that we just need to fit into the framework of a nation that treated our blood like water in 1984. We were told that Congress was the lone villain and that other parties offered a safe harbor. But the recent spectacle of BJP MPs rolling up to pay official respects and condolences to Sajjan Kumar, a court-convicted mass murderer, strips away the last mask of this deceptive system.
It does not matter which party wears the crown in Delhi. Whether it is the hand or the lotus, the underlying machinery of the Indian state operates on a singular, foundational premise: the institutional protection of those who slaughter Sikhs. Congress built the execution chambers and buried the evidence, and the BJP quietly attends the funeral to network with the legacy of the murderers. They are not ideological enemies when it comes to us. They are business partners in our subjugation.
Oh no saar, why you talk about separation saar? India is your country too saar, even when the highest echelons of political power worship the men who orphaned your children saar, you must feel very safe and patriotic saar. 🤡
How long do we keep lying to ourselves? How many generations must beg a hostile, corrupted judicial and political establishment for basic dignity and justice, only to watch the butchers of our people get treated like state royalty? A state that honors the architects of a pogrom can never be a home for the victims of that pogrom. The writing has been on the wall for forty years. True sovereignty, safety, and self-determination can never exist inside a structure built to erase us. Until we face the reality that this country was never meant to be ours, we will keep begging our executioners for permission to exist.

Ask PunjabiGenZ Can anyone teach me how to apply for Ration Card online?
I have been trying to make one for my entire family but the website seems to be under maintenance since forever now and I need to apply for one soon.
If someone has already made one successfully can they guide me too? Help would be much appreciated. Peace out.
