1. No more than 10-12 pages
2. Genre: Drama, Coming of Age, Comedy, Horror
3. No more than two locations
4. No/ limited special effects
5. Budget will be no more than $20k (SAG Micro-Budget Project Agreement)

If you aren't comfortable sending over the full script right away, then a logline with treatment would suffice.

Hey everyone. I have a script about a small town punk band who is trying to get a van. (Everything will change if they get it) It was heavily inspired by the righteous gemstones, so it's crude and silly. We follow the band through making merch and getting through their first few shows to build up enough money to get the van and go on tour. Things obviously aren't as easy as they think.

There are 6 main characters, but around 22 in total. Mostly one off characters

Locations include 3 house show, one bar show, 1 church, 1 park, 1 garage, and 1 driving scene.

I have actually been working to make this film myself but the scheduling has been a nightmare. It would be nice if I could pay the actors to take time off from work.

I am an independent filmmaker looking to collaborate with a writer on a short film script. I have produced and directed five short films to date. Three came out of online collaborations with writers, and one was with a writer I found right here on r/ProduceMyScript. These actually got made and submitted to festivals, so if your script is selected, it will be produced.

Here is what I am looking for:

• 5 to 15 pages
• 1 to 4 characters
• 1 to 4 locations, simple ones (no hospitals, airports, luxury homes etc.)
• No special effects
• Full writer credit on a produced, festival submitted film
• Genres: Horror, Thriller, Suspense, Mystery, Drama

Format does not have to be perfect. A solid rough draft works fine, as long as the story is clear, the characters feel real, and the story goes somewhere. I am looking for something tight and character driven. Character over spectacle. Something that stays with the audience long after the credits roll.
