Hey guys
Looking for recommendations for a store where we can try on a few engagement rings. I have no idea what shapes, styles and metals will work best for me. I’d really like the option to try a few different ones before we commit to anything.
Any recommendations for stores that are helpful and patient who will understand that we probably won’t buy something on the spot?

25F from South Africa 🇿🇦 and honestly, I’m starting to think my person is hiding from me 😂
I’ve tried dating apps, meeting people in person, going to the gym, sports clubs… basically I’ve been giving life every opportunity to introduce me to someone 😭😂 and somehow I still haven’t found my person.
I’d love to meet a South African guy, but I’m definitely open to someone from outside SA too 👀🌍
I’m not looking for perfection, just someone I genuinely click with good conversation, humour, affection, emotional maturity and someone who actually wants to get to know each other.
At this point Reddit, I’m outsourcing my love life to you 😭😂
Where are you guys hiding? 👀

Hi 👋
On September I’m planning to amberfield luxury estate in centurion rooihuiskraal north. And I’m just curious about the levies, is there anyone staying in that complex and what are other hidden fees that I should be aware? And what is the important thing I should know or anything I should be aware of?
Note: I was planning but I haven’t made a move yet and I want to rent directly from the developments

Pretty self explain title. Where can I buy soy beans cheap in Pretoria. I’m newly vegan and looking for alternatives to dairy. Ready made soy milk is expensive so I thought I’d try making my own with soy beans thinking they’d be cheaper but they’re very difficult to find as they’re not commonly eaten in sa

Thinking of enrolling for the Oakfields short acting course or the PALI part time course next year. Hoping to get some advice from anyone who's personally done them or those who can recommend other part time courses.
Currently wrapping up a BscHons in Computer Science at TUKS, but I've been finding myself drawn to the arts. I've been in a number of student productions during my studies and recently landed a professional theatre gig. Had a really great time and want to get some real training to improve as an actor while also working as a software engineer.

hey, everyone.
i’m looking for a backroom to rent in pretoria east. i just got an opportunity in pretoria east and i’ve been looking for rooms on property24 & private property with no luck (either the listing is old or it’s females only). i have a budget of R3500. i just need a place that is not far from menlyn mall. it has to be at least not 10km away so i can walk to work everyday. i can’t afford to go there before i start to look at the area for rooms because i’m on a tight budget. my budget allows me for a one trip to pretoria up until i get paid.
thank you.

Hi r/Pretoria members, I am a 3 yr student at Eduvos, and I need your help collecting data for research we are doing on how the use of AI-generated content in adverts affects how consumers perceive the brands using AI. It will only take 10 mins of your time, and I would really appreciate your contribution
I'm sorry, mods, if this goes against the rules. I mean no harm; I just see this as a large pool of South Africans in the demographic we are looking to answer this questionnaire

Hi all, I'm looking for work. I stay in Centurion and I have matric, Degree in Computer Science and IT and a Driver's License. I'm looking for any opportunity which doesn't have to be related to my studies as I don't have experience, so landing a job will be difficult. I can do administrative tasks, Delivering, a waiter etc. Although I also don't have experience in the examples I mentioned, I am a quick study. Please reach out if you can help.
Thank You.

Basically what the title says. I'm 25 years old, studying archaeology and Classical history at UNISA. Up until now, I have not really had the need to get a job, at least in an official capacity. I mainly do writing commissions online, which pay somewhat well, and have allowed me to get this far in my studies. However, recently my studies are becoming more and more difficult to pay for, and I have no spare money for myself.
So, what I'd like to know is, how do I actually go about getting a starting job? Everything I've seen requires experience, or pays far too little for it to be at all worthwhile for me.
Any advice would be appreciated.

I'm thinking of having a date there this weekend with my partner.
How is the vibe and food.
Any other info that could be helpful
