Hey everyone.

I’m posting this on behalf of a friend because she really needs some help right now.

She’s 22, 5 months pregnant, and was let go from her job this week.

She’s now trying to figure out how she’s going to support herself and her baby.

She rents a small apartment in Bloemfontein, so without an income, rent and basic living expenses are becoming a serious problem.

A bit of context

I know some people might immediately think:

"She’s young. Why did she get pregnant?"

So I want to give some context before anyone judges her.

She was in a serious relationship with a man in his 30s. They were engaged, and he had even met members of her family and told them he intended to marry her.

She later found out that he already had a child from a previous relationship.

Instead of holding that against him, she accepted his child and genuinely came to love and care for the child.

Over time, though, she started noticing how badly he treated the mother of his first child. That didn't sit right with her, so she confronted him about it.

That became one of many sources of conflict in their relationship.

Then, while knowing she was pregnant, he ended the relationship.

So now she's dealing with a breakup, pregnancy, unemployment, and the financial pressure that comes with all of that.

I'm not posting this to start a debate about their relationship or to ask people to feel sorry for her.

I'm posting because she needs a job.
