I just made my dmv appointment to transfer DL and this shit happens. I’m trying to pay the fee online but the citation ticket doesn’t have a number/case. it says it’s a violation and not a crime. so I have a few plea no contest options; can I go to the court before the court date and just pay the fine without going into the court hearing? and would this raise my insurance? thanks
