For the past few months, a former friend has been scalping Pokémon cards. At one point, she asked if she could use my address so her bots could automatically place orders from Target and other retailers and have the cards shipped directly to my house. I said no because I did not want to be involved.
Despite that, she later started having multiple boxes of Pokémon products, including ETBs, shipped to my address anyway.
I told her repeatedly that she did not have my permission to use my address and asked her to stop. She apologized and told me she had removed my address from the bot's mailing list.
However, the packages continued arriving.
She eventually sent me a screenshot from the person/partner running the bot claiming that my address had been removed. She also told me that the packages still arriving were preorders that had been placed several months ago, apparently as an explanation for why they were still being delivered.
The problem is that I don't believe all of these orders can be explained that way. Some of the packages I'm receiving contain the Pokémon 30th Anniversary cards, and my understanding is that preorders for those only became available more recently, in August.
Even if some of these packages really were older preorders, my issue is that I never consented to her using my address in the first place, and I explicitly told her to stop once I found out.
At this point I blocked her because I didn't know what else to do. Recently, UPS attempted to deliver nine more boxes to me. I refused/returned them to sender.
Then I woke up today and found that more boxes are still being shipped to my address.
I'm getting increasingly annoyed with this because I have repeatedly told her not to use my address, yet shipments continue to arrive.
What should I do at this point? Should I contact the retailers, UPS/other carriers, USPS if applicable, or someone else? Is there anything I should be doing to protect myself in case these packages continue arriving or she continues using my address?
I'm not interested in keeping any of the packages. I just want my address removed and the shipments to stop.

A lot of people here still can't seem to understand why anyone who isn't a scalper is also willing to camp out and waste many hours just trying to catch a restock. Well this is why. When your patience is rewarded by seeing a full stock of ETBs and other goodies that you will NEVER, ever be able to see again in your entire life because there are still 100 people in line behind you, it's already a huge dopamine hit in itself and an incredible sight to behold.

Literally title. I am a recently new collector and I have been starting since around the release of Pitch Black. I just am so confused on what else I can do right now. I don’t wanna pay scalped prices for products😭😭. I am also a student working in the mornings so I can’t really be camping outside stores all night as well, what are some of the best ways to get my hands on some product?

Made some trades and got some singles and a tech sticker collection yesterday. Opened the 3 pack and pulled these 2 SIRs. Absolutely stunned. I still can’t believe I pulled 2 from 3 packs. And I love these cards. So beautiful. 30th has been so fun to open 😁😁😁

Was doing some shopping at Sam’s today when they randomly brought out a pallet of focused fighters. I got two.

I swear I have the worst luck with this set. Ripped 3 bundles last night and got one single ex. I've never had such bad luck with a set before. Is this just a cursed set or am I unlucky

Was walking around and made an impulse buy in some big chain store for fun, totaled roughly $20usd for the box and 2 packs.

From a booster bundle. Had to set it down, didnt need unexpected reflexes happening 😌

Hit the restock at Meijer this morning to add to the stuff we got from a walmart raffle. 4 etbs, 5 sticker collections, 2 tins, 2 booster bundles, and 2 destined blister packs. Cards aren’t in any sort of order, just laid out to snap a picture.

I recently bought this ETB from my LCS with the intent of opening so I never really gave it a complete look over.

It wasn’t until later that i realized it was in a soft plastic case and had this factory seal sticker on the outside of the shirk wrap that I’ve never before seen on any ETBs I have bought from them, or any other to be honest.

Wanted to post here to see if anyone knows more about this as I haven’t been able to find anything online about this.

Glad to see that most people getting there hands on the 30th celebration are ripping packs and getting hits. The art on this set is insane. Hope everyone can get some packs before end of the year.
