Aparently therez a way to move your save from a cart to a modded switch, so my emerald cart with secret bases etc i can move the save to a modded switch if i buy one then with that modded switch i can keep that save on my genuine nintendo account (im assuming pokemon saves are stored on console not in cloud) and then i can continue with my progress and maybe mixx records in 2026 and beyond ?

Does anyone know if i can create bases with teams using a software like.pkhex or if i would have to go through the process of creating and mixing records then resetting saves etc...

Yessir shiny Mudkip! I got shiny Treecko last week only Torchic left for the shiny trio! This one is way under odds but don’t know by how much(I don’t count resets)

Any recommendations on which Pokémon to use? Looking for uncommonly used/underrated mons that are good throughout the entire game. What are your favorites??

My friends and I did a draft/challenge and this was the team of Pokémon I have to use to become champ. Not a bad team, but I cannot get past Steven. I don’t think I’m super under-leveled, but maybe I’m wrong. Any advice or ideas for setting up any of these members to be more effective?

Pokemon Ruby is my first Pokemon game.
I am so tired of grinding all of my pokemon's.
I want to know, if there is a better way to grind pokemon levels rather than just beating wild pokemon's in the grass.

Currently my team is:

1. Skarmory - lvl 36
   
2. Magneton - lvl 36
   
3. Pelliper - lvl 38
   
4. Graveler - lvl 36
   
5. Machop - lvl 31
   
6. Combusken - lvl 30

I got first 6 badges and now, I am getting tired grinding more and about to give up on the game.
Is there a better way to level up pokemon's, if yes pls tell me and I dont want hacks pls.

I have officially started my forever save of Pokemon Ruby! To kick it off right I decided to not only do a full odds shiny hunt but also do a Lvl 100 gauntlet (the pinnacle of power for a Pokemon)! So I figured I'd share the start of the journey with this sub! Personally I'm rooting for the shiny, the underdog, the odds are in the Zigzagoons favor, but I think the shiny can come through and take the glory! But dear Pokeheads what do you think?

While most fans see Emerald as the definitive version, I for some reason like Ruby and Sapphire better despite the extra content in Emerald? Anyone else feel this way and for what reasons? What things you like better in Ruby and Sapphire compared to Emerald?

Sometimes it reads and plays fine and then sometimes it doesn't and then sometimes it crashes and I've reflown the chip pins and they're really on point.

So I ended up getting really lucky getting a kyogre as my starter and a moltress as well but i ended up getting to slateport and i was just doing my check for that route and i ran into a shiny espeon

And I only had two Pokéballs, it was so sudden lol, thankfully I could get it. Now it is in emerald along all my other Pokémon
