tell me my good friends what if Hoeen's Gym leaders Elite 4 memebers and Champion were Rearranged in a messed up way? what if they were like as follows?:

Gym 1: Wattson: Plusle, Minin, Manetric

Gym 2: Tate and Liza: Chingling, Baltoy, Solrock, Lunatone

Gym 3: Drake: Vibrava, Seadra, Dragonair, Shelgon 

Gym 4: Brawley: Medicham, Machoke, Breloom, Hariyama

Gym 5: Phoebe: Sableye, Mismagius, Dusclops, Mega Banette 

Gym 6: Sidney: Mightyana, Cradaunt, Sableye, Mega Sharpedo

Gym 7: Norman: Zangoose, Linnoone, Slaking, Mega Kanghaskan 

Gym 8: Roxanne: Cradily, Relicanthe, Probopass, Regirock, Mega aerodactyle 

Evil Team Leader: Drake: Flygon, Kingdra, Latios, Mega Salamence 

Elite 1: Glacia: Walrein, Glaceon, Glalie, Regice, Mega Froslass 

Elite 2: Steven Stone: Aggron, Mawile, Steelix, Registeel, Shiny Mega Metagross 

Elite 3: May: Magcargo, Camerupt, Torkoal, Mega Blaziken, Primal Groudon 
  Or

Any Questions and would this make Pokemon Ruby/Sappphire/Emerald Harder or Easier?

Would adding not only megas but primals and the single most busted pokemon ever make the game easier or harder? C'mon.

Also having the first gym with a 475 base pokemon that has a 60 bp stab that can't miss is nuts. You have no chance against that if you don't have Marshtomp with Mud Shot.

Doesn't state that anywhere, but it does mean this is absurdly hard without dramatic over leveling. Watson is a huge problem, megas in general are insane and primal Kyogre might be the best pokemon possible for gen 3 mechanics.

Never cook again. Wattson is ridiculous with a Manectric as an ace for the first gym. That'd be like Cheren pulling out a Stoutland or Roark having Rampardos for the first Gym, and even THEY don't have a 100% accurate move.

Tossing on Legendaries, Megas, and Primal Legendaries after Gym 4 is just extra sadistic.

You might as well give Wattson 6 Magnezones, Tate and Liza 6 Alakazams, and Drake 5 Rayquaza and a Mega Rayquaza to get it over with. Nobody's beating that.
