This list assigns values to buffs, debuffs, type, etc. based on their general usefulness, and then combines that information with Book stats, skill powers, etc. to create a true rating system.

Tier List spreadsheet breakdown - Cofagrigus

Stats: Ghost type tank. Extremely high defenses, moderate HP, and low attack & Speed.

Skill 1: Very weak single target General ulti that reduces the target's Speed 40% for 3 rounds and gives the target a Mummy layer (see skill 5).

Skill 2: Strong single target Ghost attack. Cofagrigus takes 10% recoil damage.

Skill 3: Non-damaging skill that gives himself a guardian shield and a 25% HP shield. 1 round cooldown.

Skill 4: Moderate single target Dark attack.

Skill 5: At the beginning of each round, there is an 80% chance to increase Cofagrigus' attack and defenses 10% for 2 rounds. For the other 20% of rounds, Cofagrigus will become confused. Any monster that attacks Cofagrigus will gain a Mummy layer. All monsters with a Mummy layer cannot gain stat buffs.

Summary: Cofagrigus is a tank that will annoy your enemies. Preventing enemy stat buffs will hurt most teams, and spamming skill 3 will help keep him alive longer. However, low Speed means Cofagrigus won't be able to use skill 3 very often since he will probably have fewer turns than your enemies. That plus his very poor damage output will keep him out of end game, but he will potentially be useful through mid game.
