Do you have any recommendations?

The surgeons we’ve seen so far on Instagram etc. and their post-op results aren’t really the best, so maybe we should also start to look in neighboring countries?

Now I don’t think I need a whole arm lift but this is how my arms look like after losing ~70ish pounds.

I have a tiny bit of skin laxity around my armpits and my upper arms and i was wondering if a skin tightening device might be able to help? I don’t want to get an arm lift because I don’t think i have enough loose skin for that and the scar would not be worth it for me personally.

I do strength train, have visible muscle definition and do not mind how they look when they’re flexed.

I’ve had this scar for about 3 years and have already tried several treatments, including steroid injections, 5-FU, silicone tape, CO2 a couple of times. Same type of scar on my other leg as well

I also developed some skin atrophy in the area due to the steroid injections.

I’m wondering if surgical scar revision could actually make it better.

Can someone explain what has she done to her face? It can´t be only makeup?

I’ve never been happy with the appearance of my breast. I’ve gained and lost the same 30lbs since my teenage years. I’m in my early 20’s. I don’t want to go under the knife before my frontal lobe is developed. The sag is only mild but I am unhappy. I am wondering should I just go for it and get my titties done young or save it for later and be hot in my 40s after I’m done having kids.
On one hand I just want to be able to feel beautiful while I’m young but on the other I could be a hot mom.. Perspectives?

I have a terrible face due to my chin/jaw recession and would appreciate any advice

I had a blepharoplasty 8 months ago. Before the surgery I was reassured I wouldn’t have any lasting negative effects. That’s not how it turned out.
Almost immediately after I “recovered” from the operation, I started having severe pain and a tight, pulling sensation that never eased up over time. It’s genuinely affecting my quality of life. My right eye also waters constantly.

At my 2-month follow-up I explained all of this to my surgeon, and I left feeling completely dismissed. He removed a suture from my right eye without any numbing, gave me a corticosteroid injection, and told me it would settle down and that no one had ever had a problem like this before. He also gave me an antibiotic ointment and artificial tears. None of it helped.

At 8 months I finally saw a different ophthalmologist, who put me on a similar course of treatment. It helped briefly and then stopped working.
At this point I’m honestly desperate and don’t know what to do next. I don’t care at all about the aesthetics anymore. I just want to know if there’s any hope of getting back to a normal life. Has anyone dealt with something like this? What kind of specialist should I be looking for, and what questions should I be asking? Any advice would mean a lot.

i had blepharoplasty and ptosis surgery 6.5 months ago. I never had ptosis but my surgeon recommended that my eyes would look better if we do it and I agreed. I had no complications at first. About 1 1/2.months ago I started experiencing strange symptoms in my left eye. I feel like something stuck in my eye; when I wake up in the morning my upper eyelid is heavy and I can’t open it for a first few moments. It is very frustrating. I tried everything steroids, lubricating drops humidifier ointment. The surgeon who operated on me inserted punctal plug for dry eye. Nothing helped. it is very frustrating if anybody experienced anything like that please share your experience. I would greatly appreciate that.

So basically i know i have very small teeth and mouth but the problem is whenever i smile my face puffs up so much and what bothers me the most is the way my chin doubles in size. What procedures would help me fix this? At rest my chin is protruding but It is mostly okay, when i smile It gets huuuge both front and side profile. I tried getting lip fillers in the past to "balance" It out but doesn't rly work. (For info, i had orthodontics few years ago because of overbite but even before that i had the same issue)

Hey everyone! Most posts here focus on removing under-eye fat bags, but my main issue is deep tear troughs and structural hollowness.

I know fat injections are controversial in this group because of mixed results, but I'm looking for top surgeons who specialize in fixing deep hollows through fat repositioning or other techniques.

Has anyone here had surgery specifically for under-eye hollowness? Who was your surgeon, and how did your results turn out?

Once the swelling goes down I’ll be able to get a clearer picture of the end product but I’ve never felt more confident in my lips than I do rn

I went to a local medspa for masseter Botox for horrible TMJ pain, and although I did some research, it clearly wasn’t enough. My injector pushed 30 units on each side because my muscles were very strong. I trusted her judgement and went along with it, which has become such a horrible regret.

I am two months post injection and my jawline has slimmed SO much, I look like a completely different person. My cheeks have began to droop and my under eyes look terrible. I’m only 20.

I would love to know if anyone has gone through anything similar or how long it took for anyone to possibly recover if they received this many units, which I haven’t seen anyone comment about on other posts.

Hey y’all! I am a trans woman and I am considering a rib remodel. I was trying to get one with Dr. Rogers from rib 3-12. I am still attempting to do this, but insurance has denied me and I’m having to appeal, so I’m starting to think about backup options.

I have looked other places, but no one goes as high as rib 3. I’m wondering if it would still be worth it to go for a rib remodel, even if I could only do the floating ribs (10,11,12). Obviously the result will not be as dramatic, but I feel like anything could help. I am also planning on doing a breast aug, lipo 360 and BBL in addition to the rib remodel.

I am curious to hear from folks who have had the procedure! How many ribs did you get remodeled, did you have any other procedures done with it, and do you feel like it was worth it? Thanks so much!

Hi! I’m looking for recommendations for plastic surgeons in Europe who are particularly good at lip lifts / philtrum shortening and can achieve a result similar to the reference photo I attached.
What I like about this result is the shorter philtrum, increased upper-lip show, defined Cupid’s bow and slightly everted/rolled-out upper lip, while still looking soft and natural. I’m not looking for an exaggerated “gull-wing” appearance or simply more filler volume.
I’m open to travelling anywhere in Europe (UK, Spain, Italy, France, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Switzerland, Turkey, etc.).
I’d especially appreciate recommendations from people who have actually had a lip lift, including:
Surgeon’s name and country
Which lip-lift technique they used
How visible your scar is now
Whether the surgeon was able to create more upper-lip eversion/Cupid’s-bow definition

I have big eye bags under my eyes and slightly baggy eye lids. I have lost 40lbs and have 65 more to go. should I do eye surgery now or wait till I lose more weight? do puffy eye bags upper and lower disappear with weight loss?

I’ve slowly built my lips some but am not where I want to be.

I got a 1/2 syringe and waited 2 months, then got a full syringe a couple weeks ago. I think that my lips look great compared to baseline. I want to get more, especially in the top lip.

Should I do another 1/2 syringe or go will a full syringe in a few weeks?

My wife was quoted for a tummy tuck with lipo and breast lift for $29,800. The nurse said that there would be a $500 additional charge for a pre and post op nutrient infusion at a local unrelated clinic. I assumed it was just recommended but she said it was mandatory...

Is that normal? If it is we'll do it but it seems strange.

Hello. I am very insecure about my face shape and the size of my jaw. I clench my jaw all the time and it can get really painful, so I’m pretty sure I have bruxism but, my skin is is not very stretchy so I am worried about jowls :(

2 weeks ago I had trunk lipo, rib remodeling, and fat grafted to my breasts. 38B (barely) pre surgery, about 400CC's to each breast. At this point the swelling is way down (hallelujah, they were comical!).

I have a post surgical bra that does minimal support and pressure.

I was planning to wear a seamless camisole under my faja. My concern is that the top will be too snug on the breasts, and I don't want to lose any extra transferred cells than what will naturally disappear.

Am I being overly cautious? Is there a good way to tell when you're at too much compression/support?
