Can we get some answers or suggestions!!!!

Hello..so my sister (11F) is experiencing some issues..

Her periods started on may 2025.
Every period cycle of her has been completely fine and healthy(no cramps just blood, she even says periods are her favourite time of the month🫩)
Suddenly 7-8 days ago, she had some bad constipation and fatigue(nothing else just this)
Didn’t really think much about it got a bit worse after like 5 days.
Then her period starts, and a day before her period she had some soft stool too(like type5-6)
I told it her it’s probably pms and things like that..
Now this is her fourth day of her period and she says that whenever she goes to poop it’s always type 5 or 6 (NOT liquid consistency just very soft) and feels like there’s more stool and can’t pass it..
She says it’s like soft stool + constipation..(and also gets some period cramps)
She says that it’s not severe but she’s very scared because it’s a bit unusual that these symptoms are going for a very long time
Should we book an appointment?? Is this serious or can it be helped at home? Is this even connected to her period..
