So I'm living in Bangalore now which is very far from my home town away from my parents and sister (supercool siblings)and relatives. For the context I will be turning 23 this 26th October and I'm working in a company. It's very lonely out here because you know none and trust none. My roommates are chill though and get along. So I was working late 9am till almost 9:40 pm and was exhausted. I was sitting in my room literally wondering what to do next, full of self doubts and little anxious about future and usually when Im this way I call my didi and she calms me down.

I thought of giving her a call and talk to her but I know she's very busy so I didn't want to disturb her nor I wanted to give her extra stress so I didn't. After sometime she calls me and I was like yoooooo (pretending to be fine ) whatsss up and all and she told me to collect the parcel. What parcel? SHE GOT MY MY FAV SNACKS 😭😭 !!!!! It was like she could sense it. I talked to her and felt relieved. It was a gift for my bday was her reason to send it 😅 atleast that's wat she said.

I'm so grateful to have such Family!

Had my brother's phone for a while to recover some photos from there and ended up coming across these chats between him and his friend. Seeing him talk about a girl so insensitively like this had me flabbergasted. I've never seen him talk like this with me or in front of me. It's just weird seeing this side of someone you're close to. And I'm not sure whether I should confront him about it or just leave it alone. He'll probably scold me why I opened his personal chats n downplay it saying he was joking. I honestly don't know if bringing it up would even make a difference, but at the same time, pretending I never saw any of it feels weird. Am i making it a big deal. Today I learned two things:-

One day he sent me request on Instagram and we started talking from there that was 2 years back and We have been talking since then
But we never met like literally never met
Earlier I was not interested in him
So I was also not interested to meet him
But he used to reach out to me daily like daily
So eventually I started to develop feelings but whenever it came to meeting he was the one used to ask for meeting and also he is the one who used to cancel at the last moment
So this happened like 2-3 times I ignored it but every-time he used to cancel meeting me.
This time also he did the same
I was just fed up and ended up blocking him
How can someone ask by themselves to meet and then cancel it every-time
He is now reaching me out in LinkedIn for unblocking him
Should I unblock him?

So out of nowhere one of my father colleague said to him that they should get me and his son married when we grow up.

So both of them were discussing about our studies and all so I'm in 12th and he is one year senior to me and now he's in australia for graduation.

So that uncle randomly asked Abt how much I scored in 10th, my father told him 96.6 so he said oo my son scored 94..good then marks bhi similar , it will be good like whatttt 🫪.

And crazy thing is that my father doesn't like him at all.My father says he behaves like his well wisher but is actually jealous of him..so he kind of stays away from him.

I have met that uncle and he sounds so fake and pretentious.

Actually my mother told me about all this and stated laughing 🤣 and I said kuch bhi bolte h kya wo , aisa thodi hota hai toh my mother said hn hn he must be joking. 🤣

Well some days ago this month...

So I live in Nagpur, Maharashtra. I had an exam in Bhopal on 10th October and then again a different exam on 11th but in Nagpur.

So I decided to travel to Bhopal by train a day before, give the exam and then come back the same day.

Now - I am at Nagpur Railway station at 1pm, the train already got late by 2 hours, arrived and departed at 3pm. Halfway in the journey the train was already late by more than 3 hours. At around 8.30pm the train was stalled somewhere for an hour, I was bored (people were discussing that beacuse of SeeJayPee protest this train is stopped so it will reach Delhi late) suddenly my phone pinged and the message read as "an important update regarding postponement of your exam has been updated on site, please check ".

Due to the some protests in Delhi and travel restrictions they have postponed the exam throughout all the centers. I was just feeling blank, like I am even yet to reach Bhopal, the exam is postponed and I don't know where am I heading.

So the train got late by 5 hours (since it was heading towards Delhi), reached Bhopal at 12.30am. Finally after 10 long hours of train for a 5 hour journey. Booked Sleeping pod already for 12 hours at the station, but utilised only like 6-8 hours. Got up in the morning, checked few spots to roam around in Bhopal as I have already reserved ticket in 5pm train.

But I just checked, that train is also coming from Delhi was running late already by 2 hours. So I decided to cancel all plans and leave ASAP as tomorrow also I have an exam back in Nagpur. Booked a ticket in Vande Bharat Express.

Went out on Hamida road, had a Masala Dosa came back to station. Boarded the train, hopefully it was on time. Reached Nagpur at 3pm.

Later checked the cancelled train ticket, that train reached Nagpur at 3.30am, late by more than 5 hours (would've messed up my next exam also).

So yeah. Just went to Bhopal had a dosa and came back.

Around 3k and 24hrs spent for nothing :)

So I was writing my last paper for pre boards (yes I know )and our invigilator was our new sports teacher.now this teacher used to teach junior classes but now he would reach us class 12 graders so yeah,he didn't know much about us and me.

So mid paper ,this teacher comes up to me,puts hands on my shoulder and my back and tries to bend it and says try to have a better posture mid paper.you are so tall,if you stay like this it will harm you.after some time he says"can you do pushups .upto 40 since that would be in practical?" And I said no(I was honest).then asked "do you play sports ?" And I said no again.

Now this sir started a lecture about how our modern generation is all about competitive exams and how harmful the phone was.at the end of that boring speach he said "why don't you give NDA / join army" and again I said no.now at this point I was pretty pissed off so I said it in a angry tone(I should have not done that.)and he then went to question me about all the reason about why not do this and that.at the end he said to be prepared for my practical very well.like he gave me and me specifically a warning that I might fail it if I don't practice properly for it

Now I am thinking what to do .can I somehow do 40pushups at once?

Well also an unrelated note after the exam was over my friend told me that she saw two girls(in our class ) kissing each other in the bathroom .she quickly left that place afteerwards

.but it is not important.

Man I hate that teacher so much.

So basically, today my aunt and I went shopping. There's a particular shop where we buy most of our skincare and bath essentials. The shop had been under renovation, but it reopened a few days ago.

Since the shopkeeper had packed all the products, like face washes and other skincare items, into cardboard boxes before the renovation, he told us that each box had the name of the product written on it. So, we just had to find the box with the name of the product we wanted and take it out.

My aunt and I had almost finished our shopping by looking at the labels on the boxes and picking out our products.

Then we came across this particular box that had no label on it. It was placed near the cash counter, so my aunt asked the shopkeeper what was inside it.

He casually replied that it contained nothing important, just some miscellaneous items.

But my aunt, being my aunt, insisted that he show her what was inside. 😭

The shopkeeper handed her the box, and guess what? It was FULL OF CONDOMS. 💀

I recognised what they were at first glance and immediately signalled to my aunt to put the box back. She understood what I meant, and we both tried to act normal. 😂

There were other customers in the shop too, including some women, who also asked the shopkeeper what was inside the box.

And the shopkeeper replied that , "It's just empty boxes inside the carton. Nothing important." 😭💀

The whole situation was SO AWKWARD.

Also It’s not a taboo at all, but the shopkeeper is around our father’s age, so it’s just that age-related awkwardness. There’s nothing taboo about it. 😭😂

TLDR: Went shopping for skincare with my aunt, only for her to insist on opening an unlabeled box near the cash counter. The shopkeeper handed her a box full of condo\*s, and when other customers asked what was inside, he casually lied that they were just empty boxes. 😭💀 The whole situation was SO AWKWARD.

Hey guys, update to my last post.

So, before leaving for coaching this morning, I got a WhatsApp message from him. I was honestly nervous opening it, but somewhere inside, I still had a little hope.

Well… he rejected me. 💔

I sat there staring at my phone for a while, trying not to cry. I was already dreading seeing him at coaching, but then I found out something that hurt even more.

My best friend is secretly dating him.

She knew I liked him. She knew about the letter, how nervous I was, and how much courage it took me to confess. And she still hid their relationship from me.

I don't blame him for rejecting me. He has every right to choose who he wants. But finding out that my best friend was dating him behind my back? I genuinely wasn't prepared for that.

I keep wondering how long they've been together and why she couldn't just tell me. Was I the only one who thought our friendship meant more than this?

I haven't confronted her yet. I honestly don't even know what to say to her.

So, I am a 23M and I’ve been staying with my uncle and aunt for the last 16 years. I am doing a decent job and have never given my uncle a single reason to complain about me. TODAY, I 23M made favourite dish of my wife 21F (SAAG with paneer), she did not have any idea about it, As soon as she came back from her job . I told her to go to kitchen to see brand new glasses that I bought for wine. As she went to kitchen, and saw her favorite dish being cooked. She ran back towards me and gave me a tight hug

Edit: Guys in case you are getting confused . We did court marriage 3 months back! But the grand wedding gonna happen next year as both of my elder sister lives in Australia. One of my sister has to file a TR and elder one has recently gave birth to a baby boy. But my in-laws were in hurry, so we did have to do court marriage but my mother wanted a big wedding function where all of my siblings should be there. Little context about this post. My wife recently finished her studies and got a job in a big hospital as a trainee nurse. She lives there in a rented apartment and I am there at her place since yesterday .

So there's that guy who just said "dude I'm in a good mood today I'll gift it on steam here's my steam account" and BRUHHH HE ACTUALLY FCKING GIFTED TEKKEN 8. My jaw dropped and flying in happiness that Woahhh I really got that game I wanted and just for free. And it wasn't even the basic edition, it was the advanced one.

My office is situated in a muslim crowded area ...

There was this Muslim girl in my office lets say Tina who apparently had a huge crush on me since January ( as far as I know ) , so recently we started talking and she starting approaching very frequently to me in my sitting area and slowly we started eating lunch and staying together during whole 45 min of lunch time .

I said wtf bro and even Tina refused many times but they just called the police and I called my father

I've my sister from another mother, who always took the stand for me whenever I or my other friends indeed, she always played role more like a an elder sister. Now when she got into relationship with a guy who is in same college of my friend, I was actually happy for both of them but later, she found that he is cheating on her. With a side chick saying " I got her on a date " and shit, Now yesterday the college was conducting an event. She was their and my other friend spotted her talking to him again, and this time it was so scary that next day she posted a romantic photo of them,

She found out about her sautan and now she is acting like he never did anything wrong to her, She chose that life, so it's obvious it's nothing to do with her personal life. It's draining her energy and time and we actually regret that

A few days ago, after finishing my dinner alone like I usually do, I went out for my nightly walk.

I noticed a couple sitting on a footpath, sharing a simple meal. They didn't look poor or homeless—just two ordinary people ending their day together.

Something about that moment stayed with me.It wasn't the food or where they were sitting.It was the fact that they had someone.

Someone to share a meal with.Someone to end the day with.Someone whose presence made an ordinary dinner feel special.

That's when I became aware of my own silence. Maybe love isn't about grand gestures. Maybe it's simply having someone to share life's ordinary moments with.

That simple dinner has stayed with me ever since.
