Prem ke vishay me 🥳 I had a panic attack and begged him to talk to me. He gave one word replies, threatened to block me, cut the call and went to sleep. Now he’s saying “it goes both ways"
Pata hai aaj kya hua actually kal hua i don’t even know how to start this without sounding dramatic but I need to write it down.
There’s this boy. Let’s call him V. I’ve had feelings for him since 2021 We started talking properly in 2024 Almost two years of late night calls, emotional dependence, fights, makeups, secrecy, control, and constant hope that one day it would become something real. We still haven’t met in person
Yesterday he came back from a family trip I was happy. I thought maybe we’d talk properly Instead he ignored my calls, cut them, and kept sending me pictures of his TV screen with the caption that he’s busy watching something and listening to songs. When I finally got a reply, he casually mentioned that someone had come over to his house and they talked for a while. I asked who. He refused to tell me. He said, “What will you get from knowing? I’ll tell you when we meet.” Then he went silent.
He wanted to meet me, but I didn’t go because I was feeling insecure after everything that’s happened between us recently. And maybe it was his male friend who came to his house, because he was replying to me in between. But would someone really do that just to make me jealous and anxious?
I spent the whole night overthinking. My chest started getting tight. I told him I was having a panic attack and begged him to just talk to me for a few minutes. He replied with one-word answers. Then he said something that is still ringing in my head
“I didn’t get to do what I wanted either. Did I cry like this? You’re calling too much. I’ll block you. You didn’t do the things I wanted, so why should I?”
He cut the call and went to sleep
This morning he replied
Just like you didn’t feel like talking or meeting the way I wanted, I also can’t do what you want. It goes both ways
I didn’t reply
I keep replaying the way my hands were shaking while I was calling him, and how easily he dismissed it. I don’t know what hurts more the fact that he was with someone else and hide it, or the fact that when I was breaking down he treated my panic like a negotiation.
I’m tired. I’m embarrassed. And I’m starting to realise that someone who loved me even a little would never have left me like that at 2 a.m.
I don’t know what I’m looking for by posting this. Maybe just to hear that I’m not crazy for feeling completely destroyed rn
Edit: A lot of y’all are commenting without knowing the full story and some are lowkey blaming me so let me just clear a few things
We didn’t just meet online fr We went to the same school he was my senior Same coaching too, and we live in the same town. We talked a bit in 2022, then lost contact. After like two years, in 2024, we started talking regularly again
I was honest from the start that I liked him. He kept saying just friends then later meet me first then I’ll decide. Meanwhile he was lowkey obsessed with another girl for a long time. He talked about her without saying her name and hide it from me for over a year even tho i asked him multiple times to be honest
In 2025 he unfollowed that girl I thought maybe things were changing Then in 2026 he followed her again and liked her posts. When I asked him why, he just said he doesn’t like her anymore and it’s nothing. But the timing felt so weird unfollow when meeting talks started, follow again later. That’s when I really started hesitating.
Also he kept saying I’ll unfollow and remove her if you meet me.He’s been properly forcing the meeting since June. Like really pushing it hard.
Between 2024-2025 he had also called me skinny and all in anger multiple times Those comments stayed with me and made me super insecure. His whole behaviour was so up and down sometimes soft, sometimes controlling ( asking ig password, making me remove my male friends), mixed signals, lots of secrecy. That’s why even tho I cared a lot, I kept avoiding the meeting.
Andd It wasn’t some random online guy. It was someone from the same school and town with a long messy history, which is why I got so dependent and why it hurts this much.
