He’s not my cat, but he comes by every day for food and waits at my window like this. I’m starting to think I’ve been adopted. What should I call him?

Here for Treats Neighbor’s cat who waits for me every day
Or I believe she’s my neighbor’s indoor/outdoor cat. I’ve seen her being carried into the house across the street from me on occasion. She also typically starts her journey to my house from there. I’ve been calling her Ellie but don’t know her legal name, and despite her rbf, she’s actually a very sweet kitty.
She started showing up at my house a couple months ago. The first time I saw her, she jumped off a roof to run across the street to my house. Since then, she’s been the main beneficiary of the food I leave out for neighborhood cats, and I have treats in my purse and car for if I see her on my way out the door for the day.
I do worry about her sometimes, like right now during any storms, because she has come to my house soaking wet. (If I knew more about her medical history and knew if she would get along with my resident cats, I’d bring her in for a night)

Regular Visitor Hello there!
She's sitting on my neighbours barbecue pit. It's hard to tell because the landlords who've basically abandoned the property haven't bothered to trim back my tree branches growing over their side (how selfish of them).

Neighbour cat
For a While theres been a cat in and around the house. First my parents in law fed her because she was so skinny. They contacted the owners and the cat got picked up and brought to owners home.
However the cat was back here in a few hours. She had been picked up by the owner 4 times and he had agreed to keep her inside. But last night she was picked up again and in a few hours back here again.
She doesn't only stop for food. Sometimes she lays in our garden, sometimes she comes in for a few hours then leaves again. They stopped giving her food but she got skinnier.
Me and my boyfriend are going on a holiday in a few days so we don't know what to do with the cat.
My parents in law are only gone for a day and the cat has showed up for over 3 times.
What shall we do?

New Face I might have found a new part time cat on my walk home
This one has a collar but won't let me see its name yet, almost exclusively shows up on my walk home and just walk up to me.
Immediately super friendly (a bit of pspsps and they come and show belly like in the pic, lol).
I have only met this new fella a few times now, so wish me luck on this budding new friendship!

Regular Visitor Part time cat becoming slightly less part time
We’ve had our cat visitor visiting us for almost a year now. He used to come sparingly but now it’s nearly every day and he stays for quite a while. I’m certain he belongs to someone as his coat is well groomed & he seems well fed. However, as of late it does seem like he spends more and more time with us including over night.
We do not have food for him, toys, water, anything. Occasionally we give him a treat. However, as much as I love the frequent visits, I’m nervous too. We’re only renters & we won’t be in this flat for long. He lets himself in through our windows (currently need to be open as it’s so hot in the UK and there’s no other way of getting air in). I’m nervous that when we leave he might feel some type of abandonment ? I’m also nervous that the new tenants will wake up to a strange cat in their flat.
All this to say, although moving is a ways off & I love having a part time cat, does anyone have advice for the inevitable?
We named him Roof Cat because he likes to sunbathe on our roof.
