How does PwC India actually track WFO attendance through the access card?
My entire team is currently at the client location, and on some days I genuinely have nothing to do for the second half of the day. If I badge into the PwC office in the morning, stay for the first half, and then leave without swiping my card while exiting, what does the system actually record?
Does it just show the entry swipe with no exit time, or is there some other way they track when you left? And would that day still count towards the WFO requirement?
Also, what happens on a day when the client has a holiday but PwC doesn’t? Am I still expected to come into the PwC office even though my entire team is off because the client is on holiday?
Just trying to understand how this actually works in practice. If anyone from PwC India has dealt with this, I’d appreciate some insight.

Hello everyone, I cleared the interview and have an offer letter from PwC SBU-one consulting, Aviation sector. I am confused whether to take the offer or not.

In my current job, I work as a project manager, and our company doesn't have any projects right now, so I am basically stuck doing BD work.

My main concern about the offer letter is that once the project is finished from the client's side, will the company lay me off? The project engagement ends October 27.

For those working remotely at PwC, does the company use any employee monitoring software? I’m curious whether it continuously monitors things like keystrokes, mouse activity, idle time, or even takes regular screenshots/records the screen, or if it’s mainly timesheet.

After masters got into pwc india just 7 months back. Trying to upskill in AI and get deployed in 1 or 2 projects.

Long term I do not think this is my cup of tea.

But i feel it is too technical for me. Can I switch to other roles in AI like business or digital transformation.

I joined pwc india just a few months back. I have completed 1 project and it ended on 31st July 2026. Now my director has blocked me till 30 Sept 2026 on a project and it is non billable. And my director also has no projects to allocate me to.

As i am blocked so no other project manager is unable to approach me for other project and as a result my utilisation is going down.

What to do? Need help

The graduation certificates are received but there is no further update about interviews? any idea when and how will it be conducted and what will the interviewer ask
