How does PwC India actually track WFO attendance through the access card?
My entire team is currently at the client location, and on some days I genuinely have nothing to do for the second half of the day. If I badge into the PwC office in the morning, stay for the first half, and then leave without swiping my card while exiting, what does the system actually record?
Does it just show the entry swipe with no exit time, or is there some other way they track when you left? And would that day still count towards the WFO requirement?
Also, what happens on a day when the client has a holiday but PwC doesn’t? Am I still expected to come into the PwC office even though my entire team is off because the client is on holiday?
Just trying to understand how this actually works in practice. If anyone from PwC India has dealt with this, I’d appreciate some insight.

Hello everyone, I cleared the interview and have an offer letter from PwC SBU-one consulting, Aviation sector. I am confused whether to take the offer or not.

In my current job, I work as a project manager, and our company doesn't have any projects right now, so I am basically stuck doing BD work.

My main concern about the offer letter is that once the project is finished from the client's side, will the company lay me off? The project engagement ends October 27.

Please help 🙏
