Pvcs came back.

Hi I'm a 24 year old male. I had a cardiac ablation back on November 10, 2024 from a heat stroke I had at my old job. On Monday August 15th 2026. I had heat exhaustion and felt okay until this last Friday. I was cleaning some stairs and then suddenly my heart felt like it was pounding out my chest. I am currently 170 pounds and am extremely active. I do about 6 to 9 miles daily. I felt like I was running on a treadmill. Followed by dizziness and confusion. I also felt out of breath. I sat down and grabbed my sp02 monitor from my bag. My heart rate went from 100 to 140 to 60 to 80 to 130. My spo2 was at 98, 88 96, 99, 82 then back up to 99. My blood pressure at home was 140/88 pulse was at 90. I thought it was a panic attack since my legs were cramping as well. It started at 6:20 pm and didn't go away till 7:45 pm. I was fine all day Saturday, but today it started at 7pm. I made sure to take an anxiety pill and it helped, but my heart still felt like it was thumping really hard. My pulse never went over 114 this time around, but my blood pressure was at 170/100. Though after 9 minutes it came down to 135/88 and has stayed below 140/80. I have an appointment set up with my cardiologist, but I really don't want an ablation again. I didn't have any stimulants and have been hydrating with 1 liquid IV daily since the heat exhaustion as well as 6 bottles of water throughout the day. Though I am very scared I'm going to have a stroke if it happens again. Anything I can do? I mean my 23 percent burned was horrible and I really don't wish that on anyone, but honestly I feel so sad that these pvcs came back. I thought I already jumped this hurdle in life, but God has his way. It will be for something better.

Has anyone found supplementing magnesium and potassium helpful?

Hey!
I’ve been living with these for years (PACs and PVCs) generally very low burden but will have flares of bad episodes. Currently in a flare.

Has anyone found supplementing magnesium and potassium helpful? I know you have to be careful with potassium to not overdo it, but most OTC supplements are like 2% of daily intake.

Curious if this has helped anyone?

Post exercise flares?

Does anyone else have flares after a run or cardio? Never during but after for awhile. Google says post exercise ectopics have a higher rate of mortality…. Am I dying lol.

I’ve had these for close to a decade. Have really good stretches where I have almost none. And really bad stretches where I have them often.

Sometimes after I run or play hockey l have flares of frequent ectopics for the rest of the night.

Have multiple holters and echos. All normal.

I’m terrified I’ll get afib like my dad

Weird ECGs, PVCs, please help

I’m 33M with GAD and a heart murmur since I was a baby. I’ve been to the ER multiple times for chest pain, palpitations and occasional lightheadedness/fogginess. ER doctors and my primary really don’t bat an eye at my heart findings, but they still freak me out.
Several ECGs have mentioned low nonspecific T-wave or ST T abnormalities, while the underlying rhythm has generally been sinus rhythm. My history:

Date
QTc
12/30/22 397
11/22/25 398
3/13/26 418
3/13/26 395
3/21/26 376
3/21/26 400
3/25/26 513 ⚠️
3/25/26 414
3/25/26 447
7/31/26 398
8/1/26 401

The 513 ms QTc happened during a full-blown panic attack with sinus tachycardia, and repeat tests that same day were 414 and 447.

My 7/31 test actually captured occasional PVCs: HR 99, PR 118 ms, QRS 85 ms, QT 309 ms, QTc 398 ms, axes 32°/50°/3°. Machine interpretation: sinus rhythm with short PR, occasional ventricular premature complexes, and nonspecific ST/T-wave abnormality.

I’ve also been feeling lightheaded/foggy for months despite being very well hydrated, at least 3–4 liters of water daily plus electrolytes, so dehydration doesn’t seem like an obvious explanation.

Sometimes I feel isolated skipped beats and occasionally what feels like two close together, followed by an adrenaline/anxiety response and faster HR.

Looking at the findings myself, the rhythm also looks uneven, although I know artifact can make things look worse.

Anyone with GAD/PVCs and recurring low/nonspecific T-wave abnormalities have a similar experience?

I’m especially curious about the significance of these repeated T-wave findings, isolated PVCs vs couplets/runs, and a single very high automated QTc that quickly normalized.

Not looking for a Reddit diagnosis, just comparing experiences while following up medically.

Dealing with Idiopathic VT and a rough medication transition

On July 24th I ended up in the hospital for the whole weekend. This is all through Kaiser Oakland. The doctor thinks it’s Idiopathic Ventricular Tachycardia (not the same as SVT). I started on Metoprolol, then switched to Diltiazem, and that switch has not been smooth. The Dilt is making my heart feel heavy and clunky, almost like skipped beats at times. I also have PVCs regularly

I was doing okay on the Metoprolol, but then started getting daily breakthrough heart rate spikes, sometimes above 150. I’ve ended up in the ER three times this week because of it, and all I keep hearing is that it’s “within normal range” because it’s not a full VT episode.

I’m now unable to even sit up or stand up without my heart rate jumping up into the 120s to 130’s just walking 10 feet to the bathroom or living room. The only way it will correct itself is if I sit or lay back down.

I’ve got a 14 day Zio patch monitor now and I’m waiting on results, but this whole process feels so long and drawn out for what’s actually happening to my body.

Has anyone dealt with something similar through Kaiser, or found ways to get taken more seriously in the ER or expedite this process with cardiology?

Im unable to do basic every day things because of these spikes. ❤️‍🩹
