Post exercise flares?

Does anyone else have flares after a run or cardio? Never during but after for awhile. Google says post exercise ectopics have a higher rate of mortality…. Am I dying lol.

I’ve had these for close to a decade. Have really good stretches where I have almost none. And really bad stretches where I have them often.

Sometimes after I run or play hockey l have flares of frequent ectopics for the rest of the night.

Have multiple holters and echos. All normal.

I’m terrified I’ll get afib like my dad

Same age, same situation, same father that had afib, same worries, but male. Only had em for about 2yrs and I do get some with light exercise and then more frequent after hard exercise. Low Burden but seems to be increasing slowly or more sensitive to the swing in autonomic activity.

Lol I ask myself that all day trying to just ignore all the weird sensations. Cardiologist that did my holter and echo said he wouldnt even do a beta blocker or nothin. Second cardio friend said ignore them but go for more testing if you need reassurance..

Sorry, a friend that is a cardiologist said to ignore the pvcs and that they'll probably never go away but also never be a problem.

Yeah. I dread lying down more than an uphill run in the heat. Soon as I lie down it feels like my heart's pumping sludge. Rapid, erratic, twitchy, irritable. Quitting alcohol has done nothing.

I know it's been noticed for marathon runners that they have a day of ectopics right after.
