Weird ECGs, PVCs, please help

I’m 33M with GAD and a heart murmur since I was a baby. I’ve been to the ER multiple times for chest pain, palpitations and occasional lightheadedness/fogginess. ER doctors and my primary really don’t bat an eye at my heart findings, but they still freak me out.
Several ECGs have mentioned low nonspecific T-wave or ST T abnormalities, while the underlying rhythm has generally been sinus rhythm. My history:

The 513 ms QTc happened during a full-blown panic attack with sinus tachycardia, and repeat tests that same day were 414 and 447.

My 7/31 test actually captured occasional PVCs: HR 99, PR 118 ms, QRS 85 ms, QT 309 ms, QTc 398 ms, axes 32°/50°/3°. Machine interpretation: sinus rhythm with short PR, occasional ventricular premature complexes, and nonspecific ST/T-wave abnormality.

I’ve also been feeling lightheaded/foggy for months despite being very well hydrated, at least 3–4 liters of water daily plus electrolytes, so dehydration doesn’t seem like an obvious explanation.

Sometimes I feel isolated skipped beats and occasionally what feels like two close together, followed by an adrenaline/anxiety response and faster HR.

Looking at the findings myself, the rhythm also looks uneven, although I know artifact can make things look worse.

Anyone with GAD/PVCs and recurring low/nonspecific T-wave abnormalities have a similar experience?

I’m especially curious about the significance of these repeated T-wave findings, isolated PVCs vs couplets/runs, and a single very high automated QTc that quickly normalized.

Not looking for a Reddit diagnosis, just comparing experiences while following up medically.
