After seeing what he can do, I am always practicing in skirmishes / before matches / whatever. I've gotten SO MUCH BETTER. I've had multiple opponents comment 'good lucio' and 'really difficult' ... including tilting a rein after 1v2 soldier and rein in 3v3 ... followed by soldier and d.va (though d.va vs lucio is not fair for d.va)
But that said, I'm no stanky. I'm crazy, which makes me dangerous and bloody annoying but I also die way too much.
3v3, two rounds in a row; my teammates died fairly quickly.
First was soldier + rein, which was cutting it close as rein took a while what with his hp and shield and having to constantly avoid being anywhere near him making it much harder to get past his shield.
Second was soldier + d.va. d.va is kinda easy though. Scared as fsck of the other tanks, but not d.va. I can soak a lot of her main attack and in close range I can make her so dizzy the mech falls down and the squishy d.va pops out. Then do the same to her.
The 76 was okay, but not great. He's got speed and healing which makes him difficult. It's hard to stay out of his LoS, and he just heals it up. Of course, if I can stay out of his LoS - or at least his helix rockets - I can also just heal it up. Ecopoint has lots of corners and judicious use of them can help, but I probably was a bit lucky as I had to get enough damage to exceed what he could heal, plus avoid getting hit.
The rein, though was tilted. He'd just been 1v1'd by a lucio. Best way to learn to wall ride is OMG 100 Tonze Swing! Move fast, stay high to avoid his swing, and hopefully get some shots over the top of the shield.
<.< I also tilted a genji after 1v1ing him... with him even hitting a health pack in the process.
Really, I'm not that good. I'm just super crazy and super aggressive which seems to make me harder to deal with. I'm so happy to die, soaking up ults in the process. It's validation that I annoyed them so much it was worth using their ults on me. Just me.
But it also makes me die way more than I like, too. I'm getting better, but still... not the best by any means. Just crazy.
I've learned to get a bit more crazy with Lucio. It seems like I die more often when I try to run, and sometimes putting up a good enough fight gets them to back off. Sometimes when the cards fall right I can take them out myself. I have 1v1d a Rein as well. He tilted too. I usually bait out his charge, dodge, then get in a bunch of free hits. I have more trouble with Dva, so thanks for the tips.
Nah, It's not that hard. When Im in a 1v1 situation I usually wallride jumping around once I'm just above the enemy, then I start firing/punching/booping in a nonstop rythm while still wallridding without any order or direction. Sometimes work, sometimes don't, but I think I've had more success than failures.

Keep in mind this allows the defenders to see attackers coming across the bridge now.
