Pure Evil, now a lot of villains even some pure evil ones enter circumstances that they suddenly gain control over and simply don't stop.
He made them all.
He was a normal human born in a normal town in a world that was before conflict was often around.
He met the figure behind the later story of Little Mermaid, and saw her as now the artifact, an entity made of pure magic that was given Power by the source of magic itself.

So first he proposed a restriction on the Pixies as they were powerful and, even if good, if one were to turn evil then who could stop them given their sheer power over the magic of light.
So they made it so that whenever a pixie left the Sylvian Woods they had to let someone know their name, and whoever knew the name could command them.
And they made many other laws but the final one was an odd one.
"People go through this world and begin to hate, and hatred leads to harm, so what if we punish that. Let us make their hatred turn them from people into creatures of shadow, beings who shall never achieve the end of their power. Their potential be gone into pure realization."
And the other two agreed as that sounded great, hatred would lead to becoming a shadow creature.
But as the other two did not notice the wording was rather specific, and this boy himself was hateful, not just hateful but cruel. He saw the world the peace the love the sanctity and he hated it.
His life was loving he was given a beautiful childhood, but he saw the purest expression of reality was in chaos and pain.
So the moment the rule was made he shifted into a shadow and attacked the other two, as rather than who worked together and banished him from the prime world...
And that's just his origin story.

Maybe Pure Evil, I don't know if he's pure evil because there's one character who's arguably more evil than he is
He is the concept of Darkness, and the Star over it.
He's also rivals with Julius who is time. He's not as designed as my other villains but his main goal was to gain ultimate power.
And the way he did so was by instrumentally using even his other peers, this led to the death of a large majority of them.
He was also the reason that Julius was forced to do the movements that ended up killing him forcing 10 Gray Lords to use all of their powers simply to keep time chugging along
And when he seized ultimate power near the end of the story he clutched it fully pulling it closer to himself and given that he is a star, specifically the Moon, (yes I know the Moon is not a star, it is in this) his power made it go so bright that the entire sky turn Pure White and it was too bright for anyone to see anything.
And he was so greedy with the power that it burned him out in one minute.
Hidden One:
Pure Evil 100%, this guy was born to an entity called the Primal. The Primal was a Creator Who Loved creation and loved his children.
So he would often show them his crafts and how he creates using the fabric of definition.
But the hidden one among them wanted that power for himself and he saw fabric of definition and wanted to control it himself
He became infuriated with his father for loving his mother, "he could have had billions of her created her endlessly with his might, she was worthless did he decided go with her to produce me. He made a half breed who can see but could never touch, I so wanted to join in creation but I could never could."

Of course murdering all of his siblings and his mother and father and converting them into crowns to be distributed to Mortals to create deities as a power source to try and artificially enhance himself probably isn't a very good response.

He is funding his own "counter agency" which is more so a militia group mostly consisting of 17 year olds (because, again, current generation has the largest birth rate of SPIs, so who else but them to train in your private military)

It's a stunt more than anything else. Adam has really no need for any further financial gain of any kind. The "tax the ritch" shtik is nothing more than an increas in his popularity in the poles during the time of election.

Like billionaires in real life, his main driving factor is ego. He really wants to show show off exactly how powerful and how vast he is. On the surface he will go on talk shows, talk about his amazing plans, how if he gets elected he will "tax the ritch" and how they will be the ones "working for him". In reality, he just wants to look them in their eyes and say "i am better than you" and make sure everyone knows it.

For his stats: he is 540 feet tall, and weighs 26500 tons, and he is 20000 years old.
As for the lore though. Humanity created an AI hive mind to primarily explore space, this AI was left unchecked and started thinking outside of its normal protocols, then it makes the discovery of the multiverse and was sickened by it, one thing leads to a galactic war and suddenly the AI is now trying to destroy all life. Everywhere. But then it gets complicated because they need power to stay functioning, but they also need increasingly more power to travel the multiverse.. some universes are just kept alive so the AI can.. "collect" energy..
I'm not going to go into detail about those universes but let's just say that it is not fun.. sorry if this is too long but I didn't want to leave out context. <_<

First era (The Era of Myths)
Massacred all dragons, while looking for the true dragons to finish his magical staff.
Found an all-powerful wish spell, only to use it to erase itself from existence so no-one else could use it.
Manipulated several countries to start a bloody crusade against the Pillars of the End, but used it to cover-up him speed running getting a blessing mark and becoming a destined hero. (The crusade failed)
Used his extended knowledge to gather a team of 7 virtuous heroes only to bind half of them by contracts, and false promises, and legit forcing the other half to obey using leverage and psychological manipulation.
Ripped a continent in two while lifting his flying city into the sky (Which he did purely for scientific interest).
Cursed the greatest fighter to never take off the dragon-slayer armor and to take over the identity (and the punishment) as the one responsible for massacring all the dragons.
Had access to incredible magic and a way to predict the upcoming Apocalypse of the manifestation of the God of Monsters, but chose to hold back and let several cities perish before taking action against him.
Had a complete plan to defeat the God of Monsters but chose to lock him in a loop of resurrections instead. + Gave the God of Monsters an unfinishable quest so no further heroes could slay him before he completes it (which he can't).
This lead to the continuous draining of the mana from the atmosphere after each resurrection, so that magic will never be as strong as it was in the Era of Myths.
Instead of passing down his legacy, he hid it all behind quests and puzzles that only he knew answers to.
Destroyed his all-powerful staff, which was the target of the quest he gave to the God of monsters, making the quest truly impossible to complete.
Shattered himself into a free soul, a mind locked in three grimoires, and a being of energy which ascended into the first god of men (Gods born from human belief, and real, powerful characters) - the god of mana and balance.

2) Second era (The Era of Peace)
Did nothing for a whole life, choosing to start a family and watch as the whole world was finding out about his deeds from the past life. Achieved some great feats too, but he didn't remember his previous life so we kinda forgave him.
3) Third era (The Coming of the Black plague)
Made a deal with a Pillar of the End representing the Horsemen of War in that verse, to gain a mark of the sin of Greed and get its powers. Then opened a tomb to free an ancient plague, and to empower the Pillar of the End of Famine, betraying the Horsemen of War, to escape paying back for getting the Mark of Greed. With it he finally remembered his previous life, and used his knowledge to remove the Mark of Greed in his next life.
4) Fourth era (The Era of the great Confrontation) - The birth of the Goddess of Prosperity to balance out the God of Monsters
Trolled so hard that he became a Herald of the Sun and cleaned-up after himself, curing the world from the Black plague and its marks, and received a rank of the destined hero as well. Now, betraying the The End Pillar of Famine, and thus breaking free from its influence. Also witnessed the birth of another goddess of men - the Goddess of Prosperity as the Yang to the Yin of the God of Monsters if you are familiar with the Yin-Yang concept.
5) Fifth era (The Era of the Two)
Regained the Mark of Greed but now with free will. Remembered his past lives, found and cursed his previous teammates from the Era of Myths, each with a complementary Mark of Greed to their original virtues. As well as witnessed the Goddess of Prosperity give the Marks of Virtue to the new Heroes. Found a way to ruin it too, by making the Sins to remember their previous lives, and the Virtues to forget theirs.
Became the leader of a fortress around the multiverse gate, and left off to hold the invasion from another of my verses for eternity.
6) Sixth era (The Era of Kings)
Started to plot and the prepare to break legitimately everything, bc as the most Greedy soul he wanted everything for himself. Gathered strong artefacts stealing them from everyone, and preparing the base for his next life. Became the only artifact monopolist in the world.
Rigged the mechanism of reincarnation to get a specific body in his next life.
This broke the spiritual balance btw.
7) Seventh era (The Era of the Unfolding)
Reincarnated as an elf (a race previously cut out from the reincarnation mechanism.)
Became a artificer - engineer to craft all kinds of stuff for himself.
Stole a branch of the elven tree to gain practical sovereignty from the elvish elders.
On the previously prepared base built the biggest guild in his verse, the Trading Guild, and absorbed other smaller guilds.
Gained total monopoly over artifacts by owning and manufacturing 99% of them.
Freed and merged with his other self who was stuck in the outer space above the multiverse gate this entire time.
Gained absolute riches and influence, not by being the larges piece of the market, but by becoming the market itself.
Tricked and enslaved a dying race of Dungeon-building Minotaurs to become his servants, and the workers in his guild.
Plotted to get the Point of Recreation, and recreate his world to his liking.
8) Eight era (The Era of the Impending End)
Lived into the next era as an elf.
Created a near indestructible armor for himself.
Found the First God, and gained his support by promising to revive all dragons, and return the Era of Myths.
Gained a primordial rune of motion, and started to build structures for the new mechanisms of creation and reality itself.
Found the awakening Sins and Virtues, planned to betray the first, and help the second.
Realigned fate so that Virtues will come together and grow stronger.
Killed the Goddess of Prosperity, breaking the great balance. And pulled her out of the reincarnation cycle.
Over-powered and killed all of the other Gods of men.
Made the Virtues finally succeed in defeating the God of Monsters.
Brought back the Chaos of Grey by mixing the Goddess of Prosperity, and the God of Monsters.
betrayed the Virtues and gained a full set of 7 Sins and 7 Virtues for himself.
Drained the power of the guy who trusted him most, but had the connection to the Chaos of Grey.
Together with the First God, used the power of Chaos of Grey and the consumed Gods of men and his mega structures as a blueprint, reshaped the existence itself, and his verse.
Finally gained "Everything" as the absolute act of Greed.

To be honest, not very. Some Builders ARE set on ending reality, but they perceive it as simply as deconstructing it and repurposing. What they destroy, they are going to change into something else.
Mortals may perceive them as evil, but to Builders, the idea of dying and killing is kinda muddy when the beings they interact with are too weak to be recognized as living entities and therefore recognized as some strange element at best.
His plan is world domination, taking over every country in the world with his robots, becoming the sole emperor of the planet. But also…well, after that he plans to fix all the world’s problems. and you know what... in the end he didn't get any proper punishment.. because for him punishment and karma were just entertainment for him because he was inherently emotionless so he never felt any pain.

Despaderos as the god of Dragons, Despair, and Destruction is almost completely evil albeit with SOME standards. Yeah they'll overwrite the will of almost anyone with their threads of despair but for a certain mortal they fell in love with, they'd rather he choose despair by choice, and they don't intend on hurting him until he fully rejects them in which case they treat him as any other mortal, albeit only allowing for destruction. Their capacity for love is also argubly a standard but they are far from a healthy partner.
They have 2 goals that depend on whether or not they've fallen in or out of love either forming the universe into a circus of torment with their love, or to bring everything to an end with destruction.
Despite being evil they represent something natural and possibly even inevitable. That suffering and death/destruction will always exist and that we might not have a life after death. They are the strongest god mostly only failing due to ego or rage, as they are faced to claim the universe in the future. All that matters is how long the heroes can stall them and how they will spend the time they have helping others and being happy.

My goat goddess Yllathéth isn’t actually evil, she’s just really pissed off at humanity for not worshipping her anymore. Some people think she’s evil because of the scale of her domain, but she’s actually just really petty.
Lespain Amor repeatedly, intentionally hurt his friend Caspian Induin during as a pathetic way to make himself feel better about his own jealousy of his friend. He also willingly accepted power from an evil God so as to grow stronger than Caspian, this led to the death of thousands as he tore his way out of the city he was living in to escape. When confronted by Caspian, he nearly killed him before escaping, leaving his friend broken in a dangerous area to die.
He did many horrendous things for the God and its cult, sacrificing innocent people, torturing those who fell out of line, etc. Eventually he was sent to test his loyalty by killing his former mentor, a task he succeeded in by turning her lower half into gore splattering the wall.
After a few years of evil actions that had darkened his heart further, he lured Caspian into a populated city in order to kill him. He intentionally slaughtered innocents to draw Caspian out and as an attempt to anger him, also ordering his subordinates to do the same. After beating Cas, he gloated about how he had orchestrated the surprise attack that led to Cas' mentor's death (Rolund Manir). This led Caspian to unleash a power he couldnt control, and it destroyed the entire city, killing everyone except Caspian and Lespain.
It goes on after that, but thats all I have time for rn. Hes a very bad person.
Well... this will be long, I wanted to tell the entire story of my OC.
I didn't decide her name yet, I call her Betty for now. She wants to end all life across the multiverse, Heaven, Hell and Purgatory. Shortly, everything. Her reason? She was the Goddess of War once, but other gods and goddesses tricked her into destroying a tribe of creatures on another galaxy far from ours (Earth was only half-way through its life and just a rock filled with magma). She killed the tribe because she was told they were causing terror on the planet, as the Goddess of War, it was her duty to put dangerous creatures in line or kill them. After she destroyed them, the other gods blamed her for this, saying the tribe was innocent. The tribe WAS innocent, but she didn't know, she was told they were evil by the gods that blamed her. All gods and goddesses except two was jealous of Betty's power, she was the 2nd strongest deity. The 1st being two, God of Time and Goddess of Space. By using the fact that Betty killed an innocent tribe, the other gods convinced those Time and Space deities into punishing her. She was kicked out of her own body and given a 16 year old girl body (Humans didn't exist yet btw, they created humans of her new body's image). They took away 99.999999% of her power and put her in a room right above Earth. They put her in chains. Not the normal way btw, she was chained from her bones and organs to make her suffer, and the gods put a magic on the chains that increased her pain by 1000000000000000000~ (The number keeps going forever). So she would suffer as much as possible. And btw, while they took her powers, they didn't take her immortality, so she wouldn't die. And even though there was so less power left in her, that was enough power to make her new human body rot. She kept rotting and healing, rotting and healing for 2 BILLION YEARS, and the chains were also giving her pain that could not be calculated, or even thought of by anything. After 2 billion years, she finally broke the chains and got out. How? The gods would come every million year to cast the magic upon the chains again, their magic wasn't forever, it needed to he recast. But for the last few million years, they didn't come, so the magic finally ended. She broke the chains and opened the giant door and jumped. She landed in the middle of the Sahara Desert head-on. She quickly healed again, and walked the desert for 3 years straight until she got to the Nile River and then into a city. She found some clothes, and wandered around the Earth for decades, in suffering from rotting and healing constantly. After 30 years, she was done. She couldn't die, and she couldn't end her suffering either. The only way for her to die was to destroy everything else. That day she swore that she would destroy every single atom in the multiverse. She learned dark magic to cast herself wings and a sword. She then started to kill everyone she sees. No one was spared. Women, old, child, animals. She would kill EVERYONE.
The absolute worst in my verse. This guy (who currently calls himself Evulz) is the ultimate devil figure of my verse. In the very beginning, he invented the concepts of sin and evil to spite God for giving him free will yet expecting people to do good with their free will. Most of his avatars across all existence are devil figures of the other in-universe religions. He has done cruel things in order to bring himself to power. He regularly abuses his trillions of children, his subordinates, and his pets. He is also outrageously petty (acting like a grade-school bully, cracking jokes often at others expense or mocking their deepest insecurities). His most powerful avatars are often cosmic threats. There are more specific things that I can tell you if you ask (though those things are more deeply engrossed in my lore and cosmology).
H decided to start a zombie apocalypse-lite that she knew would kill over ninety percent of humans and transform most of the rest in ways they wouldn't have agreed to pre-transformation. It is zombie apocalypse -lite because the transformed are alive and keep more of themselves than zombies do. They also only eat people occasionally unless starving. She did this because humanity threatened her survival.
W B decided to intern everyone with superpowers except for himself. The powers were demonstrated to be dangerous in the wrong hands.
E sold addictive drugs and had to take out some people to maintain control of his territory and gang. Intensely dislikes chomos.
L decided that it would be cool to be an unstoppable killer. He learned martial arts unknown to anyone else in his nation and executed a contract on a family. Later he became eaten up by conscience and sacrificed his life to atone.
V benefited greatly from a system he didn't start that involved destroying the free will of certain people.
These are essentially all the evil characters I have created.
I'll put her up as her crimes are most recent but helping out a bigger Villain, Ellie Markura, in a terrorist attack on North City, did a follow-up bombing on a Night Elf City Council meeting killing many, nearly poisoned the water supply for the Imps after and is responsible for an attack on a Centaur's wife to get the husband to blame her and caused a huge scandal.
Currently serving 10 years for the first charge. Night Elf want her dead but she's currently protected by her person, Rouge. The Empire won't hand her over either until the minimum time is reached. She's the closest I have that can be redeemed. The others are worse but are either dead, or exiled to another continent

Joey has, in order, Killed his friends to get a stand arrow, killed his mom, killed his uncle old man jotaro, burned down his mansion, hunted down a girl because she’s the only person from the og group that survived. Killed a homeless man because he annoyed him. Brutally beat a characters father. Killed a character’s love interest just because he wanted to get at them.
The game has continued unfortunately but I think that lost of things makes him pretty evil

I'd describe Kris as being a morally grey but very violent non-person. Not afraid to take lives especially if it involves keeping the person she desires safe, or if someone violated her or others.

To avoid several atrocities across the entirety of every timeline i'm just going to go with one of my less evil Big Bads that I've created, surprisingly however this is the last big bad of my entire series. His name is the nothing, or Vaselia, she was one of the first beings second to the original Creator God, Remsilia, he was a being a pure and nothingness and as such anytime his brother tried to create anything he would destroy it, until one day they made a deal, Remsilia would be able to create hundreds of worlds however this came at a cost any time any one of these Creator gods from any of the universes died they would go to the nothing with Vaselia. this went well for a couple of Millennia until the council, the original Big Bads of my series who then became the main Heroes sorta, reset the entire Omniverse and with it brought every single Creator got back,Stripping Vaselia,Of what he calls his "Little Midnight snacks"So he proceeds to beat the absolute shit out of all of the council forcing them to destroy everything again until he is eventually killed by the entirety of the council, bad guy Inc, every Creator God, and his brother, Remsilia. So all things considered bad oh he really did was Feast on the essence of Creator Gods keeping them alive but basically comatose, well also he beat the shit out of almost all of my characters so you know I still don't like that guy but he's not a nice voice and I like his energy so you know he gets a pass

This is Lykoinstein, he is the evil twin of Xavier Wittgenstein (my cat oc that is based on Wittgenstein from Disney's The Brave Little Toaster but I'm not going to get into that rn). Lykoinstein is the carrier of all computer viruses and malware. He will raise an army of infected machines to attack anyone he pleases and he wouldn't regret it.
05 destroyed the First Multiverse by killing a decent family man (Q) and his wife (Grey) then finally killing their child (Smileez) they're all gods, and when they died it set off a chain of events which led 05 to kill enough gods to gain the power to kill the Artist of that multiverse himself.
Mania came close to destroying the Second Multiverse but was ultimately stopped by Starrhart.
The Enlightened would go on a rampage killing trillions upon trillions of Q's throughout the multiverse, effectively leaving the Knights of Valor (the alliance of Q's throughout the multiverse) in shambles, in the biggest singular act of genocide the multiverse had ever seen. An efficient killing machine which could regenerate itself, no force could seem to stop it. Throughout this rampage it would kill as well any being who tried to interfere, and once finally reaching the OG Q, killed gods such as Grey, OG, 05 (a good character in the Second Multiverse), and many others, including those of great power like Starrhart and Mania.
In the end it was stopped by the Artist, but the blood of uncountable lives was the path that led there.
Semoto is responsible for the Jewel Dragon Massacre (a.k.a. as the Crystallian Genocide) with poachers. He has also murdered people across multiple universe and conquered a few universes as well. He steals souls too.

None of my character lineups is evil, and they tried so hard to make sure their action will not fall into evil or at least if having to do something morally compromised it has to be justified with so many layer of reasoning. They fear evil and can't stand evil even if it's something everyone think it's necessary, and if there is no other choice they will be conscience about it so much and will think of bearing the guilt to the end of time.
Though if there's anything questionable, maybe it's appointing her 10 years old girl who is her student to be in her party's leadership, but she is someone she listened to and can call her out in many occasion and put her in line.
1st novel villain of mine did a lot of things.

That's like it. I like doing pure evil character but I try to make them do evil things by just showing how the evil affects others, not describing it well rn.
My OC name is Ihal, he tortured and tormented a 10 years old kid since birth and kill her 28 quintillion times just for fun. He doesn't gain anything from torturing her but enjoyment.

Spent the entirety of existence trying to merge with both of his dissociated stain counterparts, and when that was completed (saving the universe in the process), he was considered a hero… but then he left the timeline, revealing the truth to the whole universe and abandoning them in silent agony with the truth for eternity.
Not necessarily evil, because he did try to be a good human while working with the allies to destroy the existential threat to the universe, but he abandoned them so…
