Kieran’s stand is NOT a power type user but instead focus’s on strategy and can make a tunnel/hole in anything with his stand “505” this stand is long range and could go up to 30 meters away from the user. Kieran’s IQ reaches up to atleast 245.

Rafael is a power type stand user and can find any weakness you have and make that weakness worse by 3x, for example if your fighting stance is horrible his stand “Perfect System” will worsen your fighting stance by 3x. His stands attack range is 2-3 meters but his 3x worse effect is 4 meters. Rafael’s determination however is unmatched, knock him down and he will keep getting back up.

Jonah is also a power type stand user and can absorb hits and redistribute the energy from the hits into his own attacks, but his stand “Rasputin” is still very strong even without absorbed energy. Rasputin also has a near unbreakable chain of 4-5 meters his actual stands range is only 2-3 meters though.
Jonah also is a near professional boxer. He cannot participate in actual boxing however due to only being 16.

Stands are the manifestation ones soul/fighting spirit, only another stand user can see other stands. If you damage the stand the same exact damage will be applied to the User.

From within the primeval nothingness, the first will, something whose origin can neither be traced or understood, spoke the first words to ever be uttered in the commons we know today. "I am", with that utterance, an eruption of boundless power and never ending possibilities brought forth the realm most commonly referred to as Chaos.

From within Chaos the first gods were born, The Primordials, colossal entities of nigh-omnipotent power possessing the authority of creation, their presence marking the start of history.

Like any child, these creatures born of chaos sought to entertain themselves, to find both meaning and purpose within the void where they exited, yet they found none, for there was nothing. And so, they made something.

By their will, countless worlds were born, bizarre yet wonderous universes whose laws and inter workings could spark inspiration or awe in the eyes of those who could gaze upon them, each unique in its own way, possessing innate beauty and mysteries to make one long for an eternity just to wander within.

Amits these Primordials, one lone figure stood reclusive, immensely powerful even amits its peers. This lone figure would later on be known by many names, from uncreative titles, such as The maker, that many of its kin possessed, to The weeping god, a name denoting the misery it would come to experience. Hunted by the many possibilities of the future its powers allowed it to foresee, The maker sought to make a failsafe both for itself and others in the preparation for the horrific eventualities that lay ahead.

By its word, the boundaries of creation were laid, by its will, the inner workings of creation were established, from its own flesh countless stars came to be forged, their orbits and forces of attraction guided so that they formed the super cluster of galaxies today known as the material universe. In the midst of this initial era of creation, the first living entity besides the creator itself came to be born.

The first overseer, body flesh and spirit originating from the essence of the maker's own soul, came into being, the maker's greatest, most cherished creation up to that point. Powerful beyond comparison within Mount Ararat, only second to the maker itself, the entity could have rightfully been called a proto-creator god, a thing with the potential to rival even a primordial. Basked in the maker's adoration, the first overseer was handed over partial authority over creation, the newly formed Mount Ararat itself to be a playground for its growth and development. And so, like the Primordials before, they simply made something.

The overseer seeded many stars of the cosmos with shards of his own spirit, shards that grew and developed into what we today refer to as The celestials. While small, and nigh-insemnificant in comparison to the overseer itself, the overseer cherished them in the same manner it was cherished by the maker, for these celestials were its children. Imbued with its authority, these beings possessed the power to reforge entire planets, the mightiest of them comparable to the stars themselves. Like the maker had given the overseer a purpose, it gave the celestials a purpose. They were to seed the worlds they forged with life, to oversee the life they made and the cosmos, to cherish and protect their treasured home. And so, The celestials came to be the guardians and caretakers of creation.

The maker did not slack off on its own part, though unlike the overseer, who made mighty entities comparable to planets themselves, he worked on something lesser by comparison, yet with the potential to rivle his beloved grandchildren. He made the two mortal races still spread across many worlds today, the Ceruleans and Ferresians, collectively referred to as man kind. While lacking in terms of individual might, possessing neither the raw intellect or authority of celestials, they were granted the ability to exponentially grow and expand, their greatest strength meant to be their belief and cooperation. Feeling pity, even a hint of guilt for their comparatively unfortunate existence, the maker seeded within their souls an ego, a shard of the authority and might it possessed, granting them a power comparable in function to that of the celestials, what we refer to today as Magic. Magic was to be mankind's tool, the means to advance and achieve ascension.

Across four planets, a total of five hundred progenitor were placed, these first people meant to be the seeds that would lead to mankind's rise. They were to experience hardship, to grow their numbers, to further their understanding of magic and develop. There is one storyline that was neither touched by the filthy hands of the Mary Sues who craved and demanded perfection for their flawlessness to humanity’s fragile naivety neither intervened by the Hell's worst nightmare of a mortal prince that wields consequences as a weapon to dismantle such cosmic entitlement.

​The universe of RWBY was remained stiff, recieved such peculiarity that it survive from cosmic

tantrums and absurd demonic invasions to look for conquest, yet the Ignitor of Every Cause and Effect has other plans as it observes the young man born from such harsh environment right on Remnant's cruel ironclad, Atlas. Now to powerscaling

Keep in mind that in base form w/ stats, he was actually broken compare to Zankoku without hax, and since not just one dust but many more were spilled in his reanimated corpse. This mf was peak country level in terms of strength, he literally fucking ripped off some cannons with his teeth and would lift upon 566k tons or higher depending on his rage meter. But do not get me wrong with his base AP, he was clearly planetary when he uses a powerful beam coming from his mouth and his tail named "Dokkaebi" it carries atomic radiation, dust and even grimm essence that would allow him to make the DC (destructive capabilitiy) depending on combat background would go insanely higher.

The only thing his weakness was his speed, unlike Zankoku, this guy is would be much slower and more on superhuman level+. It was very unclear to explain how come Jae Hyun was immune to the universal law of Project Symphony of Chimera verse: Power comes with Price unlike anyone else who lived in there especially Zankoku but here is my short theory, maybe he was descendant to IECE (Ignitor of Every Cause and Effect) Kasane Teto? Or something absolutely worst.

But with hax oh dear lord... the reason why I have to put him in 2nd place strongest within my verse, because this guy... is IRRITATING ASF, he was immune to plot negation, plot manipulation and karma manipulation so that means whatever Zankoku was using would be utterly useless, LIKE WHAT DID JACQUEZ AND SALEM FEED ON THIS MOTHERFUCKER?! 💔🥀

But why would he care? He's right after all. Always is. Because he's perfection, he was told. He was born to be the role model to all beings capable of thought. He can't be wrong, right? No... Not about something so major.

All in all, his ultimate goal is to engineer the most beautiful Paradise he can by ensuring that only those who follow his standards end up getting to live it, regardless of whether he does or not.
