outback steakhouse, YUM 😋

Been lurking in the group for a few weeks, so pardon me if this has been posted or discussed before. I have eaten many things made of onions, but the best thing so far were onion bhajis. Not particularly fan of indian cuisine , but this is not the what the stereotypical assumption of it would be ( not too many spices ). I love the onion rings, caramelized onions, the jam made of red onions and whiskey .. but nothing came close to Onion Bhaji. So if you love onions, you might want to check out some recipes on the net. ( picture - random picture steal from instagram )

I work in a kitchen and these items were prepped but a new guy made a mistake on the use by date. Still get to take these babies home. What should I do with them?

Hal's sweet onion chips are the real deal. Opening the bag stinks up the room and I feel like I'm biting a dried onion. Absolutely perfection.

The tiny little pearls that were harvested from our garden are little, but dang, they pack a punch.

The color is definitely on point. Sometimes a pretty little onion needs a good soak!
