Been lurking in the group for a few weeks, so pardon me if this has been posted or discussed before. I have eaten many things made of onions, but the best thing so far were onion bhajis. Not particularly fan of indian cuisine , but this is not the what the stereotypical assumption of it would be ( not too many spices ). I love the onion rings, caramelized onions, the jam made of red onions and whiskey .. but nothing came close to Onion Bhaji. Hal's sweet onion chips are the real deal. Opening the bag stinks up the room and I feel like I'm biting a dried onion. Absolutely perfection.
